Our 4-year-old side by side refrigerator/freezer was working great, cold, making ice, not DISPENSING ice. After troubleshooting, they determined it had a defective paddle circuit board. $200.00 deposit, please. Returned next day with the board, replaced, did not fix. Swapped out auger motor, did not fix. Decided it needed a different, major circuit board. Not in stock, next week maybe. While they were there, we had them clean cooling coils. After they left, refrigerator/freezer was not cooling. Had to take contents (meat, vegetables, et al) to an off-site refrigerator. Next morning ordered a NEW refrigerator/freezer ($1351), it was installed the next day. Informed Stephan we had a new refrigerator and they need not return.

This company KNOWS large appliances. A part was needed to fix my refrigerator. Since my home is old, upgrade was necessary to attach to my lines. Steve and his accomplice went quickly to the hardware store. My frig was fixed within an hours time. I was told to call anytime if a problem arose. These folks worked efficiently, very professionally and were so kind. I've found my new company for all of my appliance needs. Highly recommend these guys. Great job!

They were punctual. Loved the fact that they have a truck that has parts on hand so you don't have to order parts and wait for it to come in. They fixed my dryer quickly too.

After I initiated the inquiry with HA, Steve called to offer his services. He scheduled an appointment with my husband for the next day, called before his arrival to ensure we were home and showed up promptly. Rather than just taking our diagnosis for the problem, he stayed long enough for the washer to cycle to witness the problem himself. He had all parts on hand and once the machine was open, he corrected a incorrect installation by another repairman in January. He then stayed through another cycle to ensure the machine worked properly.

Quick call, showed up on time. Willing to work with my schedule. Would definitely recommend and will use them again.

Our dryer "died" this morning, we looked up dryer repair on Home Advisor, Stephens Appliance Repair called us within minutes of hitting enter and was was at our house repairing our dryer within 2 hours. Very grateful as soccer and school are beginning this week.
