Steve came within an hour. Since I was having company that evening and my fridge was rapidly warming up, i really appreciated that. He told me that my compressor was going out. Rather than selling me some expensive part, he advised that I buy a new fridge asap. I appreciated his honesty.

This company was very prompt in returning in my call and setting my appointment. They came prepared, had the parts and were able to fix my dishwasher on the first visit which is unusual in my experience! Stephen was very courteous and pleasant to deal with. Great experience!

Frig. and freezer were icing up and contents were getting warm. I made a request for immediate service and Steve called within a very short period. He could respond as soon as he completed the current job. Steve and Patrick arrived soon after , replaced the thermostat and saved the contents without any loss of food. He had the part on his truck which prevented any further delay. The entire process was fully explained and completed in a very professional manner. All my future business will be with them. Steve is also a Army veteran. All other companies stated I would have to wait from 5 to 7 days for service.

Steve was interested in finding the problem caused by Irma and fixing it. He worked to spare me the expense of ordering a new part. That took a little longer but was well worth it. Oven is working now.

They confirmed, were punctual,got the job completed and cleaned up efficiently.

What I love from this experience is their timeliness, I did not have to wait all day for that only I give them a 10.
