Prompt response in an emergency. Courteous and honest in that he said that I was better off buying a new refrigerator than spending the high cost of repair for the appliance. Thank you for your prompt response and honest assessment. I highly recommend this business.

The technician Steve was very efficient and knowledgeable and fare with his pricing. Excellent job.

They called back right away. They were there when they said they would be. It was a simple fix and they took care of it and they also mentioned that if I had an issue they would apply this service charge to that repair.

I thought the fee was too high but it may be higher to some degree in a vacationing area.

This has been the best experience I have ever had with a repair person. Steve quickly diagnosed the problem with the ice maker and gave me an immediate quote for the repair which i thought was quite reasonable. He is on my appliance repair list from now on. Courteous and knowledgeable.

The experience was almost perfect. Gentleman was very friendly, seemed to know what he was talking about, fixed my dishwasher in a short amount of time. My only issue was that the repair was fairly costly and I wish he would have at least mentioned that maybe its not worth repairing and we should replace. I did some research and while it would be more expensive to replace vs repair, he didn't even suggest that as an option.

I was contacted immediately after submitting my Project. 2 messages were left about initiating contact. When I returned the calls , I had the opportunity to have him come by within the hour. He called to let me know he was close by. Friendly, courteous, professional. He had an additional service-man that he was getting up to speed for his business. Again, friendly, courteous and professional. They were able to determine the issue I had with my dishwasher and quoted me the cost of repair. They were done within a short amount of time. Very happy with the entire experience.
