Great job, very conscientious. Showed up on time and/or called with updates as needed.

Steve was awesome that's all I can say, he diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately. I will definitely use him again in the future. He also told me about a recall on my stove that I had no clue about, it was a safety recall, I am now able to get that problem taken care of free of charge. I would definitely recommend Steve for your appliance repairs.

This is a vacation condo, they came out on a Saturday, because we were only in town for the weekend, when our 1yr old whirlpool fridge stopped working

Even though I felt the repair was a tad pricey the customer service and knowledge these professionals have make up for it. I would recommend them to anyone. They serviced my fridge on the same day and even tidied up after themselves which is greatly appreciated.

Washing machine leaking, was and still is. They could not find the leak! Paid $69.00 to be told machine not leaking, he couldn’t find leak, yet water runs from under it when I run a load of clothes (regardless of load size). Not impressed!

EXCELLENT Company & Service! Steve is very easy to talk to and work with. He went above and beyond to help me with my broken washer and other jobs. He and his wife are very fine, honest, people. He truly cares about helping others. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him and will DEFINITELY call him again. He is very multi-talented, intelligent and a hard-worker who gets the job done!

Fast and easy to work with. Price was right too. Used them to repair a dishwasher at a rental and did everything over the phone. Added them to my favorites since I will need him again.

The technicians determined that our 10-year-old refrigerator was not worth repairing . They were very frank and honest in this respect. We paid $69, a reasonable rate considering that a fair amount of disassembling and reassembling was required.

Steve and Jimmy saved my old Kenmore washing machine. I am very grateful. The arrived in the time frame given. Assessed the problem, got the part and fixed the washer. Also, cleaned up. This appointment was a same day appointment. Glad they were able to fit me in. Would definitely use again.

Nice enough guy. Brought his significant other with him. She had a bad "smokers' cough" and sounded like she would lose a lung. Mis-diagnosed the problem and I ended up having to buy a whole new machine.
