Refrigerators that stop cooling are problematic, and dangerous with respect to food therein. Very fast response, excellent service from initial visit to return with needed part and installation. Courteous and eminently professional; this appears to be a great resource. Yeah, there was a cost, that of professional repair knowledge. It was considerably less than a new unit…whenever it would be available. My repair guy was excellent.

Stephen, the owner, actually called me. And told him that another from ANGI list was supposed to show that day and never showed up nor called. And Stephen, was trying hard to get one if his technicians to come say day..but they were busy and I totally understood..but scheduled for next morning and was on time and called beforehand and fixed our dryer and gave great advice..tech even left his flashlight and I called him to let him know and he told me to keep..will definitely use them always..thank you!!

Talked to Steve both times I called. He knew exactly what my problem was, approx. what it would cost and could have someone there the next day (it was Sunday when I called). The young gentleman arrived in the time frame quoted and had the job done quickly, efficiently and no mess.

Steve responded quickly for a quote, showed up when he said he would, diagnosed the issue within a few moments and gave us a reasonable price to fix our fridge. He ordered the part and estimated 3-4 business days for a return to finish the work. The part came in the next day, so he came out on Saturday to fix the fridge. Again, showed up when he said he would and quickly finished the work. Totally happy with his professionalism and customer service. We will use Steve for all our appliance repairs.

Flexible, helpful. Repair price high so I decided to replace instead of fixing.

They were very professional, the technician showed up as scheduled by phone and kept me updated as to his locations and when he will be at my home. The repair was completed ahead of when they estimated they would get the part needed. The fridge is working very well and cooling much better than before. The price seemed a little bit high but the work and customer service was excellent.
