I have had another appliance repair St Pete Appliance out about my ice maker acting up over the past few years and always said needed to replace ice maker or some valve. Jimmy is the first person to actually fix the problem which wasn't the ice maker at all but the freezer. NEVER EVER will I buy another Kenmore. My Mother-in-law said that Jimmy was a very nice young man.

It was not an emergency and they still came out the same day I called. Very polite and informational of my problem with my oven. Jimmy was my technician. Price was very reasonable after using Angie's list they were my best option. Very satisfied.

Steve got back to me very quickly. My fridge wasn’t cooling, so obviously I wanted this taken care of ASAP. Jimmy came that same day and diagnosed the problem right away. The part had to be ordered. He suggested I move perishables lower in the fridge as the highest shelves were warmer. Jimmy was very friendly and knowledgeable. He came today and fixed the problem. This is a great company, and I will definitely use them again.

The owner Steve contacted me immediately on a Sunday! My ice maker stopped working. He researched my model number and called me back within 20 minutes. He explained that I needed, the whole unit and quoted me the price along with a 1 year guarantee. He said he could come the following day , however I made an appointment for 2 days later. Jimmy was my technician. He was very nine, polite and efficient. Like others, I thought the price was high but it was well worth it. They know what they are doing and the ice maker works great! Definitely recommend this company.

Stephen came to fix my washer which started leaking during a wash load. He was pleasant and professional and diagnosed the issue as a faulty valve. He ordered the part ann returned within 3 days to complete the repair. It took no time at all and my washer is running great again. I will definitely call him again with any future appliance malfunctions.
