punctual and unfortunately the one problem didn't occur when tech there. one appliance said will be better to purchase another one vs parts

Very courteous and helpful. Came on time, had a replacement part on the truck, and cleaned up afterwards.

I highly recommend this business! Stephen immediately answered my phone call on a Saturday, was professional and polite, and was able to meet with me for a dishwasher repair within 48 hours. He arrived in uniform, on time, and with an assistant. They quickly diagnosed the problem with the dishwasher and then fixed it within 15 minutes. Their rates were very reasonable. They did a terrific job and I would hire them again. Highly recommend!!

When they say free estimate they did that, but they forgot to tell me that I had to pay a service call of $69.00. What a surprise!

Jimmy was on time and very nice. He had the belt replaced on my dryer and had it running in less than 20 minutes!

the 1st company we had come out, and they said it was the door seal, and we paid them to fix the dishwasher they did not fix it. still leaked and took are money and ran off. So we called Stephens appliance repair they came out and said it was the float switch assembly. And said it was not the door seal.he said he would have to order the part, and he said he could fix it Tuesday I told him Tuesday would not work, so I told him how about Thursday he said yes.so they came out and punt the float switch assembly in and it was still leaking. Then he said there was a hairline crack in the tube that connects to the tub. And the dishwasher cannot be fixed. We paid him $69 for a misdiagnosis. Now we have 2 different companies come out and misdiagnosis the dishwasher. In the copy of the receipt Stephens, appliance repair says it is the float switch assembly. Why should we have to pay for someone s misdiagnosis. Now we have two different companies misdiagnosis. So we just ordered a new dishwasher. We are here on 12/28/2019. After all this, I think I will never trust anybody again. MY TRUST FOR PEOPLE IS GONE. And Stephen s is the only one who played with the float switch assembly I believe Stephen s cracked the float switch when he took it out. I would never hire him again.

Steve and his crew came out same day to connect a oven element I tried to install myself and lost the lead in the built in cabinet. He responded to my request and came out same day posted and fixed the install with his team. Reasonable price, quick service. Thanks to Steve and Home Advisor for another job well done.

I was contacted in a timely manner, the serviceman arrived on time, was able to give a comprehensive estimate, provide the service in the time promised, and performed other related, but not include tasks to make the project easier, and truly complete, when he finished. It was a pleasure working with this vendor, and Jimmie was skilled, friendly, and professional.

It was very hard to find someone to look at my fridge the same day it broke. The were quick to respond, on time. The estimate was not cheap but I did not even bother with looking for a second opinion. They clean up everything when finished. Very good service!

Jimmy fixed problem quickly but company fixed minimum price was too high for the job.

He was honest and didn't do work that wasn't needed.

Great customer service and were able to come out the same day to fix my dryer. Truly wonderful and professional. They explained and showed me exactly what was wrong and were able to fix it immediately.

He came in and started working on my fridge when I asked him to give an estimate first. He then asked for $90 for a $15 filter. When I noticed the water was not clean a month later, he said that I only have 30 days to put in a complaint and if he came to look at it now, he charges another $150 to come back to my house. It was a terrible experience, i would not recommend him to anyone.
