The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. After a couple of minutes troubleshooting my refrigerator problem was fixed. I thought the charge was a bit high for fixing the problem by pushing two buttons and using no tools or parts, but then again, I didn't know what buttons to push. I would use this company again.

Great company. They came out the next day and quickly diagnosed my dryer problem being a bad heating element. They replaced it and had everything working again very quickly. I would use them again if I need appliance repair again.

Jimmy was professional, courteous, and quick. His vehicle is stocked with parts for most any job and didn't need to go purchase parts. The price was higher than expected, but my dishwasher is a high end model... I will use them again should I ever need service!

Even though I had given the info on the phone (including the model number) they showed up with parts for a different brand. The second day, they showed up but had left their tools at home. Finally, on the third day, the repair was made.
