SAR provide exceptional customer service, arrived on time and exceeded my expectations by coming back earlier than original estimated return date to complete the repair. Also, they provided refrigerator coil cleaning after the repairs for a nominal fee. I really appreciate the service and look forward to calling them in the future for my appliance repair needs.

Steve arrived on time and handed me a business card as he introduced himself (nice touch). He started diagnosing the problem and got back with me to discuss before fixing. Price was a little high relative to a new unit, but I agreed and within an hour or so the bulk of the work was done. I asked him to clear up a couple loose ends and we settled up. Good experience.
