Very well. Parts and service were very reasonable and the service tech knew what he was doing. I usually work on my own appliances but didnt have time for this one since i needed it back up and running asap and would not have the parts on hand.

I called and left a message. He called back in five minutes. He came the next day.it was an older dryer so he went and got a new part, came right back and installed. Very nice, very knowledgable, very fair and honest. He will be my now be my repair guy forever.

I called and left a msg on Monday. When I had not had a return call, I called again and Terry had me text him my address. He was here within an hour and had the part needed to make the repairs. He removed the ice that had built up in the freezer and got us back working. He does like to chat.

He is a great honest guy. He came out the day after I called him. The thing I LOVE about him is he will give you an idea of how much it will cost to fix your problem when you tell him what you think is wrong. No one else is willing to do that, and that is a deal breaker or maker for me. I need to know ahead of time if I can afford the service or not. He came out, didnt have the part with him and came back the next day. All for $70.00. He is so reasonably priced and such an honest guy. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking to get an appliance fixed. No need to call anyone else!!!!

This gentleman really knows his stuff, and he is very helpful. I have used him several times, and he always starts by suggesting some simple troubleshooting steps to find the problem. Sometimes he has helped me figure out the problem myself, and avoid having to pay him for a service call.
When he has come out and made repairs, it was well done and reasonably priced.

Smooth experience.  I gave him the model number over the phone, he bought the part he thought he would need (a new pump), he came over as scheduled and installed it easily.  Much cheaper than getting a new machine!  Nice guy, will call him again if needed.

This is the second time I used him. When he came out the first time was responsive and a little sloppy since he forgot to hook up the dryer vent when he pulled the unit out. Decided to try him a second time. Schedule a repeat service call since on the second service call he said that their was nothing wrong with the dryer. Got duct work cleaned and developed same problem. Scheduled a repear service call on the same issue and he never showed up and did not call.

I called Terry on Saturday evening after 5pm frantic that my fridge door was very hot to the touch. He explained that the compressor fan was bad and to keep the compressor from burning out I should put a fan on the grill until Monday when he could get the part. That temporarily took care of the problem. He came on Monday before noon and installed a new fan. What a nice man!

prompt response to a frantic phone call when we discovered our freezer was not working. Was at our house within two hours of the phone call and promptly fixed the problem so we did not lose much of frozen food/. Immediately diagnosed the problem and was very familiar with the Samsong fridge. Was professional and thorough and very professional. The charge for his service was reasonable, in my opinion.

After trying (unsuccessfully) to schedule an appointment with GE (earliest appointment was 3 weeks off), I called St. Petersburg.  Technician checked out the refrigerator, explained why I was getting the performance I was getting (nothing wrong).  Much less expensive and quicker than GE.

Terry discussed my dryer issue with me on the phone to attempt to fix the problem over the phone first. When none of those options worked, we scheduled a time later that same day for him to come out and fix the dryer. Terry arrived in a timely manner, diagnosed the problem, and began the repair. I wanted another item on the dryer fixed and Terry fixed that item as well. The parts he needed had to be picked up, so Terry picked them up the next day and returned to my house to finish the fix as scheduled. Terry charged a flat rate fee for labor and parts were additional, as expected. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family.

I thought it was a belt that broke and it was- came within an hour and quoted me a price before showing up as long as that is what it was. All done within 30 minutes

This was the first time using this company, but, I will use in the future he was able to quickly diagnose and repair both the washer and dryer and keep the price very low. Had all the needed components right on the truck, and had it all done in about 45 minutes. Killer service, and pricing that is fair.

He is a super nice and was very diligent! I have found my repair man for all my appliances! Thank you Terry!!!!
