+ -1 moreVery well. Parts and service were very reasonable and the service tech knew what he was doing. I usually work on my own appliances but didnt have time for this one since i needed it back up and running asap and would not have the parts on hand.

Description of Work: fixed drain that was clogged leaving my refrigerator opened for 90 minutes while he talk and answered phone to talk to customers next morning water on the floor from ice cubes melting now my freezer for top ice maker does not get cold at all with all of his talking i believe he left something unplug or not connected call him about 10 times he would not pick up the phone knowing it was me. he screens all of his calls i noticed it when he was at my house check number before he would answer the phone he would not come back because he did not know how to fix it you get what you pay for. he will not answer the phone if you have with something he broke not fixed

+ -1 moreI called and left a message. He called back in five minutes. He came the next day.it was an older dryer so he went and got a new part, came right back and installed. Very nice, very knowledgable, very fair and honest. He will be my now be my repair guy forever.

He was here within an hour and had the part needed to make the repairs. He removed the ice that had built up in the freezer and got us back working. He does like to chat.

+ -1 moreI had used Terry before for fridge and washer. Although he spends too much time talking about unrelated issues, since his prices were so reasonable I decided to call for washer repair. Left a message and never got a call back, very unprofessional. On one occasion when I was expecting him he never showed up but he gave a lame excuse and I accepted it. Terry is a perfect example of "you get what you pay for". I called another repair company and although their prices were higher they were very professional and punctual.

The thing I LOVE about him is he will give you an idea of how much it will cost to fix your problem when you tell him what you think is wrong. No one else is willing to do that, and that is a deal breaker or maker for me. I need to know ahead of time if I can afford the service or not. He came out, didnt have the part with him and came back the next day. All for $70.00. He is so reasonably priced and such an honest guy. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking to get an appliance fixed. No need to call anyone else!!!!

+ -1 moreThis gentleman really knows his stuff, and he is very helpful. I have used him several times, and he always starts by suggesting some simple troubleshooting steps to find the problem. Sometimes he has helped me figure out the problem myself, and avoid having to pay him for a service call. When he has come out and made repairs, it was well done and reasonably priced.

+ -1 moreThis is the second time I used him. When he came out the first time was responsive and a little sloppy since he forgot to hook up the dryer vent when he pulled the unit out. Decided to try him a second time. Schedule a repeat service call since on the second service call he said that their was nothing wrong with the dryer. Got duct work cleaned and developed same problem. Scheduled a repear service call on the same issue and he never showed up and did not call.
