They were late, but called to let me know they were behind an hour. The install took longer than expected, but that was due to a technical issue with gutter molding machine. Overall, very happy with the process and product.

I had them install the gutters 9/12/18. It was several months before we had a heavy rain fall. I noticed that there was water shooting from the back downspout against the building. I called and explained what was happening and was told that they would come by on Saturday. No one showed or called. I called again and was told that there was a mix up, but someone would call and they only did the warranty repairs on Saturday. That was February 23rd. Again a no show no call, I contacted them again the 27th, they said they tried to contact me but I didn't respond, they sent me a picture with the call on it. It was the wrong number. I was told they would correct it and come out. Mar 14th and 15th I tried again, but their mailbox was full and no one answered the phone. I tried several more times over the months and still no response. I talked to the a month or so ago and they told me that they had revamped the system, and were catching up on the missed jobs. They would be in touch in a week or so and certainly fix the problem. As of today I still haven't heard from them. So they aren't living up to their promises. I will probably fix it myself, at best it should take 15 minutes. My advice, stay away.
