Coastal Repairs

Robert who represented this company came to the house to repair. I asked if he was LG authorized and he said no but it was no problem as he could still fix it...1st he stated it was a motor control board and he would get one and be back the next day or so to fix. He called and said his supplier thought he was wrong and asked to come back and look at it which he did...he stated they it was as he thought and would order the part. He then call a couple days later and said that he had determined that it was something else and he would order the part and return. The next call we got after not having my washer repaired for several days was that he didn't think he knew how to fix it and we should get someone else. At that point he should have returned our $75.00 as he didn't fix it...He still has not returned the $75.00 nor has he responded to any messages we have left him. As far as we are concerned, he got $75.00 for doing nothing and it was he who could not fix it after he said he could. We were willing to have him repair it...so where is our money? This is the same as a scam! We have since had it repaired which by the way was a 20 minute job! I would never recommend this person to any one !!
