Miller's Central Air Inc.

Message from Miller in pertinent part states: "Thank you for choosing Miller's Central Air, Inc. Please let us know if any aspect of this process was less than stellar." Tech Miller sent was under-experienced, not seasoned, only had a few months on job as tech told me this. Miller tech also indicated he was still going through schooling for HVAC. Tech was having a real ruff time with repair and install. Having to call Miller for guidance, took blower out to bring to Miller Shop, but interesting enough told me when leaving he was gonna run to school first to take a test, and after test would come back to finish install. Well Tech came back to my house to finish install after 11pm, just unbelievably crazy!!! Tech when remounting blower on unit, did not screw bolts in tight enough, and as a result, blower days after eventually started shaking until lose bolts disconnected and blower wheel fell down off unit and got damaged. Damage to AC caused AC to stop working, and temperatures surged in house to over 90 degrees, it was hard to breath. ******, I got another company come over to fix problem. Tech from different company had to order parts and replace them as blower wheel got damaged. I told new AC Tech that fixed issue to give me the bill, so i can submit bill to Miller Central Air, for reimbursement. Miller called me back told me they would not reimburse me, then changed and said they would need to speak to owner about this, who is on vacation, and they would get back to me. They never got back to me, never reimbursed me. And this is the classic attitude about certain businesses today, we got your money, screw you, your on you own, and so be it. No sense of customer service, no heart, zero caring, just greed.
