I'm renting a home in Fort Pierce, my landlord had this company come by to check the return lines because condensation is dripping and causing damage to an interior ceiling. I was at work when he showed up and talked to my wife like a child with me on the phone. Before ever accessing the problem he rudely said it wasn't an AC problem raising his voice at my wife with me on the phone. As a business owner you don't talk to people the way this man talked to my wife. He refused to speak to me on the phone and stormed away and left.

We are renters and this tech showed up and demanded access to the home. My wife tried to explain what the call was for. The tech yelled and said that it wasn’t an AC problem. Talked to her like she was a child and stormed off. I was on the phone and asked to speak with him and he walked off yelling at my wife. Very unprofessional and I really hope nobody has to deal with this from anyone.

I'd give them an A straight across for everything. He's been very, very responsive. As soon as we call, he returns our call and comes out pretty quickly, so he's very good. I would definitely continue using them. It's usually the same worker that comes out every time. It takes him about 40 minutes to an hour to complete the service depending on what he wants to check at that time. The area is left as it was when he got to the home.

Very courteous gentleman. Worked very fast with confidence. Explains the new unit, ability to get rebate through FPL, and the guarantee. We had a very good experience and felt very comfortable that we made the right choice in using this company. Highly recommend!!
