Description of Work: Clean out of septic tank went fine, although was high priced. Was unable to clear tub drain, were going to charge thousands to dig under house and replace pipes, which as it turns out would not have fixed either of 2 problems we had with the bathroom. I had another plumber come out and clear the drain at no charge and charge us a few hundred to fix a leak. They are professional in attitude, on time, friendly, but recommend getting a 2nd opinion before having any work done by them

Description of Work: He did not know the work and would not inspect the task needed to provide a realistic quote. He insisted on a fee before he could proceed. When I agreed, he still could not proceed and insisted on a higher quote. It is unacceptable to ask for more when you do not know the nature of the leak. I was extremely dissatisfied.

Description of Work: We had a clogged kitchen drain. The plumber came in and found the clog to be beyond his drain snake. We have an elevated house and he went downstairs and looked at the pipes under the house. Our main drain pipe to the sewer (after 43 years) was all bowed and when he opened it up it was almost clogged shut. He completely replaced the entire main drain pipe, quickly and efficiently and at a very reasonable cost.

Description of Work: Our front yard sewage line was drilled out. They arrived during the promised window of time. The job has lasted for over 1 year. They saved our blockage issue.

Description of Work: First they scheduled an app for 1:00 pm no one showed up, so I called them at 2:00 to inform then that the tech has yet to arrive and was told that the tech was running late and he would show up around 4:30pm. When he finally showed up at 4:15 or so, I showed him where the leak was coming from in the bathroom ceiling. He looked and couldn't locate the leak. He didn't have a ladder to properly look through the ceiling hole that was already cut open and didn't have the tools to fix the leaking pipe. I myself had to show him where the leak was coming from. He seemed disinterested in trying to fix the problem and said that he couldn't do it because he didn't have the proper tools to patch it. So he gave an outrageous estimate to fix it, which was around 250-400 dollars to patch. It was almost as though he was trying to convince me not to do it, and have someone else to do the job. He then had me sign a document stating that he was there and then he left. The job by the way was only $127.00 to fix. I contacted Cape Plumbing to fix it after he left.

Description of Work: Technician came out and flushed our toilets and argued with me as to the location of our cleanout. Our problem had nothing to do with the pipes. We are getting a foul smell in our house due to the vents. He wanted to sell me a $69 drain cleaner when that would not have solved our problem. We don't have a backup. Request a refund. When Roto Rooter called to schedule we explained the problem to them and they didn't say a word about not being allowed up on the roof.

Description of Work: Roto Rooter, though very polite and professional on the phone, quoted a price via their plumber that arrived at my home that was literally 3 times higher than the price quoted by two other licensed plumbers who reviewed / corrected the issue. I would highly recommend you refrain from referring this company to your other members due to the price gouging they have proven to practice. If I had not done further / previous research, I would have trusted that a company you recommended would not use such questionable and offensive business ethics, and would have highly overpaid to correct only a slow drain issue.

Description of Work: The main drain was clogged from the kitchen to the laundry because the water had been turned off for 8 months due to a renovation and they had to snake out the clog. Came on a Sat. when I called them around 3:30 pm and were there within 40 minutes. Good job & got my mother back home for Mother's Day as scheduled thanks to them.

Description of Work: They wanted $350 to unclog a simple drain. On the other side of the drain is a port to unscrew so it could be snaked the whole job would've taken 10 minutes because the port had such easy access. The guy tried to sell me a treatment service that would've washed right up to the main drain as soon as he put it in and find me amended it would have little or no value

Description of Work: Septic tank emptied and cleaned, bacteria chemicals added and sod was restored very well. I received a $30.00 dollar discount coupon from Angie's List also, so the job was $900.00. They provided great service in my opinion.
