Excellent! Showed up to work/install on time. Knew what they were doing, no slacking off, respectful of me and my property, no overage charges! Super people to work with.

I must say I am very impressed. I received a soild estimate on all the things wrong with the ac unit, system, and ductwork. Tj walked me through all the issues found, explained what is going on, and what needed to be done. Tj offered a great price on all the work needed to be completed and helped set up financing. I was struggling with my ac last week Thursday(05/02) and today Monday(05/06) I have a big smile on my face. My home feels great and the job Tj and his crew did was awesome. Tj has a very solid crew and they know what they are doing. I would highly recommend using Flo-Rite Air Conditioning because they are polite, very professional, they provide great service, helpful, very clean and organized, and cool people over all. I thank Tj and his crew for doing a phenomenal job. You guys definitely have my blessings.

I highly recommend this company, Very knowledgeable, professional and very courteous. I had an emergency with my AC. I call Flo-Rite and In half an hour TJ was here. He Explain to me and my wife all the pros and cons. They started to work on the HVAC. Great customer service. I called them in the morning and TJ the owner showed up at noon as scheduled He gave me all options if repair and/or replacement I opted for replacement and asked if they could install that day and they did!!!! Although they were here until 8 pm they still took the time to go through everything and gave me time to ask questions. I have used many ac companies and Flo Rite by far exceeded every other company i used. They were wonderful!!

Excellent customer service and extremely knowledgable technicians! They did a very thorough job fixing my A/C and showed me issues within my system that could prevent future problems.

Very personable. I purchased the maintenance program. He provided me with options and I appreciated that it was not a hard sell.

Overall the experience was okay. There was a scheduling issue where Home Advisor told me they would be there between 8am - 930am, so I called at 10am when no one had arrived yet to to be informed that the appointment had been scheduled with them for 8pm - 930pm. They were able to get someone over at 2pm, which was highly appreciated. The prices were much higher than I was expecting and, when the different options were explained, it was not made clear that he was providing me a list of membership prices. Found out the next day that I was charged over $100 more than I thought I was since I was not part of their membership program. Overall they were very polite and were able to come out on short notice. However, with the high prices and lack of transparency I will not be calling them again.

They were on time, very efficient, I took service contract with them for next year, I was very impressed with them.
