After hearing scratching type noises coming from the front of our home, we began to research the cause and discovered that several squirrels had made entry into the attic area by creating a hole between the shingled and soffit area areas at the front of the house. Within less than 90 minutes of requesting service, we received an email response followed by a phone call and were able to discuss the problem and our needs. The next day, Mike came out to our home and inspected the area in order to provide an estimate to remove the squirrels and to seal up all possible future entry points. Not only did he complete the inspection as promised but remained flexible due to us running over on an appointment and took the time to explain everything in detail. Once we decided to go forward, the process was very simple and convenient. The squirrels were even gone within the first 90 minutes and have not returned and Mike worked to accommodate our schedule as needed communicating every step of the way (great customer service). The rest of the project was finished in a very efficient and professional manner and Mike even ensured that he used some of the house paint we had left over to ensure a good finished job. Chris, the trapper, was responsive and informative and showed genuine care for the wild animals. There program is a catch and release program...far, far away from my home. He even suggested talking to my neighbor about better care securing their trash noting that it was probably the point of attraction for the opossums. Now if only Angie's List had someone to hire to do that chore :).

He listened to my description of the noises and checked for entry points. He suspected that my visitor was a raccoon. This proved to be true when he came out of the attic with a picture of my "visitor". He set a catch and release trap at the entry point. Mike and CJ both called me over the weekend to check the status of the trap and answer any questions. Monday (2/2) morning the raccoon was in the trap.I called him and CJ came out to pick him up. Both Mike and CJ assured me that my visitor would be released in a place that would be much nicer for him. This business is wonderful to work with.

They got rid of all the bats living up in our soffits. They plugged up the hole and any other possible places they could get in. We haven't seen any bats since.

Michael is the owner of the company. He performed the services in a very professional manner. He came to my residence promptly and had all the necessary equipment to execute the service. I was very pleased and would definitely recommend his service.

I had called one of the other pest companies and had not received a call back after 24 hours. When I called them back, they said they would not be available for 2 weeks. Really !?! So after having to smell the rotting animal for a wasted day and a half, I checked Angie's List and called All Pro Wildlife. Mike, the owner, answered the phone, and promised I would have someone out to my house that same day. He was very courteous and professional. Angel called me about an hour later to say he would be there in 30 minutes. They were there within 30 minutes, and were very courteous and professional and got the nasty job done! They tried to reach the possum through the back of my built ins in the hallway but had to cut a small hole in the back of the closet wall that backed up to the bathroom wall where the possum had wedged itself. They were great about explaining what they were doing and cleaning up after themselves. Regarding the rate, it seems high but it was pretty much the same no matter who I talked to. And when you have a dead, stinking possum in your wall, you are ready to pay just about anything to get rid of it. So from the time I called to the time the job was done was about 3 hours. Great job!!!! Will definitely use them again (but hopefully not for any dead animal removal)!

From the beginning, Mike was very receptive to what we had to say about our issue, even listening to my recorded audio of the critters sounds. He was informative, knowledgable, fair and direct about what he could do. Having never had this issue before, it was nice to know that Mike, not only knew what to do, but he seemed passionate about it, which means he cares about customer service. We not only would use Mike again, but we would absolutely recommend him to anyone else with a similar issue.

Mike is one of the best professionals that my wife and I have worked with. I am on the road 100% of the time for work and so my wife is usually the one that remains behind to deal with issues regarding our home. My wife scheduled an appointment with Mike and when we met him in person he is the real deal. He came in person and was able to diagnose and identify the squirrel entry into our roof. You can tell he has been doing this work a long time and his experience is why we hired him. He explained to us that he would seal off the entry so that they could only exit and then he recommended we seal off all entry points. He explains in great detail what he plans to do and he works with you to make sure the job is done correctly and to your satisfaction. He is a strong communicator in that he explains in layman's terms so that we could understand. We were completely satisfied with Mike's work and would use him again in the future. We are glad we went with sealing all entry points and have heard the squirrels trying to re-enter our roof but they were denied with the new barriers.

This is second time I used Brian's services. Have a problem with raccoons in a Largo neighborhood. People down the block illegally feed raccoons and cause damage in my yard using pool as their toilet. A year and a half ago Brian trapped 5 racoons. This time he caught 5 possums and one very large raccoon.

We had rats running around in our attic for almost two years. We had exterminators, roof men, maintenance men, friends, everyone crawling in our attic and on our roof trying to find where rats were getting into our attic. Over time we heard rats scratching in our attic and caught probably 25 or more in traps up in the attic. The emotional toll was incredible. No one could find anything. We followed all suggestions; cut tree limbs hanging over the roof, removed trees near the house, covered vent pipes on the roof, put covers on the gutter downspouts. Nothing helped. Then I found All Pro Wildlife on the internet and I joined Angie's List to check them out. The reviews were great, and we were at a dead end with no one else to help us. Along comes Angel and Cisco. We can't say enough good things about them. They were prompt, neat, intelligent, caring, etc. They climbed all over our roof, climbed inside our attic, looked all over the outside of our house and inspected our property. They spoke with the roof people from our condo association. They couldn't find anything. Angel thought they had to be coming in from the sewer. A few days later, Cisco came over to check the vent pipes that run from the sewer onto the roof to see if there was evidence of any place where they were coming in. Nothing. Then Angel called and said he'd been thinking about the sewer and thought we should hire a general contractor to take out the wall behind our sink. Sure enough, there was a dead rat there, and a completely disconnected pipe that should have been connecting the sewer with the vent on the roof. Problem solved! We asked repeatedly how much we owed, and Angel said if they don't do anything to fix the problem we don't owe them a cent. WOW! When do you ever hear that? Couldn't have been a better experience & really thankful to have worked with Mike on this. We had an awful smell coming from our master bathroom for a number of days. At first we (or at least I) thought it could have been a sewer smell, so we had a plumber come out and checkout the plumbing in the bathroom. We had a tub we had not used for quite a while so the coincidence seemed to difficult to ignore. However, the only thing the plumber could determine was that the smell was coming from the attic (or inside the walls somewhere) as once he removed a (circa 80's) built-in magazine rack we had in the wall, the smell became even stronger. And without access to that side of the attic, it was going to require some drywall holes & camera work. Did I mention the smell was awful? At that point, I called All Pro Wildlife. On a Sunday morning nonetheless. I was surprised to get an answer, figuring I would just leave a message & get a call back on Monday at best. Well, Mike answered and proceeded to discuss my situation in great depth (while holding off on his breakfast as I found out later). Mike was very thorough in ruling out a lot of other possible causes, so as not to cost me another service call (in addition to my plumber call) without good reason. After a lot of brainstorming, we agreed it was most likely something that needed to be looked at, as all other scenarios seemed less likely. Mike came out Monday & worked with my wife on finding the problem. As she was eager to point out, it turned out she was 100% correct on her initial diagnosis (she made me write that). Unfortunately, a family of squirrels had used our attic for a nest and the baby squirrels didn't make it. Mike found where they were located in no time had them removed quickly. After that, he sanitized the area and then patched the small hole where he needed to gain access to the attic. He then gave us a thorough writeup for the areas they are likely using to get into the attic and estimates for what he can do to plug them up. We couldn't be happier with the service, expertise, and professionalism of Mike and All Pro Wildlife. If you've read this far, you've read read far enough to know All Pro Wildlife's ratings are for good reason and you need not look any further. Call them!

I heard noises in my attic. 3 companies came and all told me their story. Finally I saw a bat come from my gutter area I called. Cj came out and explained everything and showed me everything that proved it was about 20 or more bats. They did a great job and educated me on everything about the reason why I got them and what the did to fix it. No noise-no bats. Great honest, professional people. Kevin

Angel had to crawl under our house and extract the possum from the back deck which connects to the back of the house. It was not an easy extraction. It required he and his partner to crawl under the house and dig under the deck and extract the possum thru a small hole in the house infrastructure.

They're very good. They did research that well and they did get the rat. So, I am happy with everything they did. They were there when they said they would be there. They did a good job. We were pleased with the results.

A raccoon had been pooping in our pool!! Gross!! We wanted to turn our pool back into a pool instead of a raccoon toilet. Before we had it drained and cleaned we knew we need help catch the animal. The raccoon was very smart as it figured out how to loosen the child proof gate encircling our pool. We called Mike on a Sunday and he answered right away, He set the traps as soon as we gave him the go ahead. The first night the raccoon got all of the food without getting caught. I called Mike and he came out right away and made adjustments free of charge. (yes our raccoon was especially crafty). Sure enough the next morning the raccoon was caught. They came out and picked up the animal. I received 10% off with the coupon. I would recommend his services to anyone. Do not try to catch a wild animal on your own. You will just waste time and money.

Mike first set up two traps on our roof to try and capture the mamma raccoon. After three days, she was not having anything to do with the traps, even though we continued to hear her and quite a few babies. So Mike's team went into our attic to discover that mamma had left with all but one baby who was not doing well. They were not able to reach it from the attic because of our trey ceiling, so they had to locate it with a remote camera and then tear down the soffett to reach it from outside. With the baby captured they inspected the rest of the attic and determined that we were free of critters and there was no damage or unsanitary conditions that warranted the additional cleaning and repair service that they offer. They could have said we needed it and we would have believed them and paid the price. Mike's honesty was greatly appreciated and respected. A main reason we would highly recommend them. The team did the agreed hole repairs and we paid less than expected for the whole service. I really expected that the difficulties getting to the baby would have raised the price, but it was actually less than quoted. The did a fine job, and we were very satisfied. Thanks to Mike and team. One lesson learned. Go ahead and call the pros before you try the advice you get on the internet. We feel that the various tactics we tried contributed to the failure to keep mamma and babies together for relocation. If we had not tried to disrupt their environment with lights and music and all the other stuff we tried, mamma may have stayed put or been less suspicious of the traps instead of moving the kits, and all may have survived together.

Came out right away. Set trap and animal was caught in 2 to 3 days. Came out that same day to remove animal. Job well done!

After hearing squeaking and scratching in the roof near a bay window we discovered that I had some bats come to roost. After investigating on line who you even call for such problems I called All Pro Wildlife. Mike was able to schedule a time the next day. He came out and inspected my whole roof line to see if there were other areas they could enter from. He installed a bat removal valve so they could escape and not re-enter. He also found some squirrel activity on my roof. He sealed those points. He checked in with me in a few days then came a week later to check that all bats were out (thankfully they were) then removed the valve and sealed the entry points. I did learn some interesting facts about bats and am happy to be bat free! I was very pleased with Mike's works and will call him again should I hear or see any critters and I would recommend him if you hear or see any critters.

We had noticed some rat droppings in the garage and attic and had also heard something scurrying around in the attic in the evenings. I called and spoke directly with the owner, Mike. He listened carefully to what we had observed and agreed it was most likely rats. He was able to send a team of two out that same day. They called ahead of time to make sure I was home. They were very nice, clean-cut and professional. They inspected the garage, the attic and the roof. They then wrote up an estimate for everything from just setting and inspecting traps to covering all the entry points. They told me they suspected that we had between 4-6 rats and that it would probably take a few weeks to completely eliminate them. There was no pressure to buy. They explained all of our options in detail, and answered all of my questions. We could have covered the entry points ourselves, but most were on the roof, so we decided to have All Pro handle everything. They worked with me to schedule follow up appointments and always called ahead and showed up on time. They trapped and removed 5 rats and covered all of the entry points. They also gave us suggestions for keeping our garage door better sealed. They shared all sorts of tips, knowledge and expertise with us that I had not found online...I'm very grateful for the knowledge and feel equipped to prevent this from happening again. Having rats in your attic is not a pleasant experience and definitely something you want to address before they multiply! We had a minor problem with rats getting into the attic at one end of our home near our citrus trees. These guys came out and removed the rats over a period of a couple of weeks, then sealed up all the possible entries to prevent further problems. They showed up on time, were professional, very capable and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a pest problem.
