Oh my goodness. All Pro Wildlife and especially the technician Angel have been a great company to work with. Angel was so professional and friendly and was a joy to work with. He spent time explaining everything to me and did a very thorough job. I was very nervous/upset about possible rodents in our house and Angel did all he could to relieve my anxiety and take care of the problem. Angel is a perfect name for him! We are pleased and will call this company for our wildlife needs if this ever happens again.

Talked to the owner, Mike, who was a great help and was very professional. He described in detail the costs involved and what was most likely the best method/approach for capturing the mother racoon and then going after the young. We made an appointment for the next day for his team to come and fully a**** the situation. Matt and his assistant showed up on time as planned. They quickly set two traps on the roof close to the access hole the mother racoon was using. He did a walked around of the house to ensure no other entry points (None found). Matt stated we were lucky as there was minimal damage to the soffit as the mother and babies were isolated to a small area of our roof. It took a couple days but the mother racoon was finally trapped. Called Mike and he said he would have Matt return that morning to remove the mother racoon and then collect the young. Unfortunately during the week the babies had started to really move around in the roof area and relocated to a completely inaccessible point near the roof peak. Matt climmed around in the attic to confirm there was no access to this part of the roof. After a lot of poking through the soffit we finally figure the best course of action was from inside the house. We found the bathroom ceiling fan could be removed to allow a small amount of access to the roof area were we suspected the young to be. We caught a break in that the babies happen to be in the same section of the rafter beam as the fan. After removing the insulation, glad we did because it was not in good shape, we confirmed their location as well and a count of 3 young. These were not small babies, but little ones ready to leave the nest. Young this old and size usually run and are hard to catch. Again we got lucky and in short order, Matt was able to capture and remove all 3 with no further issues. In the end we all sighed with relief as we first thought we were going to have to cut walls and ceilings to get them. Once all were removed, Matt put everything back as originally found (Less the insulation per my request). He repaired the soffit that had come loose. The access hole was badly damaged and I'll have to hire a roof repair expert to fix this area. Overall we are very pleased with the end result - No more wildlife living in the rafters above the master bedroom and bath. Mike and his crew were wonderful, I will gladly use them again and highly recommend their services to anyone.

We had a difficult time with roof rats finding a way into our attic and making a home there. We had used another individual to come out and we thought the job was completed, but somehow a few weeks later we had rats again. I used Angie's list to find this business. I had read that some complained of pricing but at this juncture we felt any price was worth maintaining our sanity (those rats can seriously drive you crazy). Spoke to Mike Spanola and he was very professional and set all expectations accordingly. He and his team thoroughly inspected the attic and the exterior of the house (and I mean thoroughly). Mr. Spanola clearly articulated his suspicions regarding certain areas being potential areas of ingress, as well as he found another spot that may have been missed before (it did not appear to be freshly chewed). The estimate was over $400 but once they actually got up close to some of the exterior areas, they concluded sealing was unnecessary in those spots, so it brought the entire bill down significantly. I am very happy to say that All-Pro did a fantastic job; once the rats that were already inside were caught, our problems were over. It is September as I'm writing this and we have had no problems since they completed their work. In fact, I just recommended this company to a friend. For those who might blanch at the pricing, it was worth getting this taken care of in a week or less, versus the month of rat troubles with the prior contractor we used (with a lower per-visit price). When all is said and done, the cheaper provider cost us as much or more (and didn't solve our problem) versus All-Pro who solved it at once.

An overall good experience. Somewhat costly but I have nothing to comparethe cost of this service to.

These guys are great and do a wonderful job. They had to crawl under a deck to seal up a number of holes.They found the main entry into the garage up by the roof and sealed it off. They laid traps to catch any stragglers. They answered my first phone call immediately and came out the same day to size up the job and returned and did the work two days later. They know a whole lot about rats. If you have a critter problem call these guys first.

Spoke with Mike the morning of 26 Dec and he laid out their pricing for animal search and removal. He noted that the smell would likely go away in a week without further intervention and to let him know if I wanted to have someone come out. I did... desperately. CJ went up in the attic with gloves and a respirator, removed the rat, and put down an enzymatic spray. He also noted that if the critter had been further into the eave, he wouldn't have been able to reach it and could only have sprayed. CJ also gave me a tip to put chicken wire and not just spray foam in the external wall heat pump duct that was the probable ingress route for the rat. Mentioned I found them on Angie's list and he gave a 10% discount off the regular price of $249. Would highly recommend.

We had the usual suburban complaint - noises in the attic. Mike was very professional, arriving on time, diagnosing a squirrel invasion, explaining the process to get them out and keep them out (without harming them), and most important to my family; treating my autistic nephew with respect. Mike understood that changes in routine and strangers can be frightening to some kids with ASD. He made sure to arrive after James was at school and was finished (with no mess or fuss) before he came home. If you want someone whole will actually listen to you and treat you with respect, All Pro Wildlife is a great choice.

We heard some noises in our attic and scratching outside our 2nd floor bedroom window. When I looked through the window, an adult raccoon was scrambling through the soffit area (which the raccoon dislodged) and into the attic. I called Mike Spanola at All Pro Wildlife at about 7 am, and left a message. I called again at 9 am, and he took the call. He was very informative about raccoons and their habits, and told me he'd come to the house to place a couple of traps (cages with entry-only) on the roof, which he did the same day. Nothing that first night, except a bit of noise in the attic. On the second night at about 9pm, I heard scraping noises on the roof, and I figured the raccoon was caught. I went outside to see the raccoon in the cage (shined a flashlight into its eyes, and they reflected). Meanwhile my son heard some movement in the attic directly above his bed. I went to check, and we knew they were the raccoon's pups. I called Mike and described the situation, and he said he'd come the following morning. Mike called at 7:30am to say he was on his way. He arrived with 2 assistants, and described the plan: Mike would go up on the roof (he is fully equipped with ladders, gloves, everything necessary) to get the cage down and see if the raccoon was a male or female. Once he confirmed it was a lactating female, he sent the assistants with me to the attic door to rescue the pups. The guys were very professional and respectful. They found 4 pups in a remote area of the attic, and put them into a bag, and brought them out of the house. By then, mama was hissing and barking still in her cage, but on the ground next to Mike's truck, as Mike went to cover the entry hole and caulk the small holes made in the roof to secure the cages. Mama was reunited with her pups in the cage, and the plan was to release them at a specific location outside the city limits. Great work, very professional and respectful. Mike is extremely knowledgeable about raccoon's habits, and was very careful that there were no injuries to anyone, animal or human. He even gave me a couple of referrals to get the soffits repaired. He gave me the Angie's List discount. It was still a bit more than I wanted to spend, but probably in line with other companies. Mike and his crew could not be more professional or respectful. I'd recommend them to anyone with critter situations!

Mike was very professional on the phone and answered my questions in detail. He was able to come to the house within a day of my initial call. Their work was done efficiently and Mike gave thorough explanation of his services. Very up front with costs, and payment is due after the job is complete. Overall very satisfied with the professionalism and level of service delivered by All Pro Wildlife.

A mom and 3 baby raccoons had taken up residence in a remote area of our attic. We called All Pro Wildlife. Mike Spanola provided excellent customer service and walked me through every step that they take in a situation like this. I was very comfortable that I had made the right choice. He informed me of the 10% Angie's List discount and was more than happy to help me out. On the Big Day, Mike Spanola and his sidekick CJ came to set a humane trap. They used marshmallows as bait. It was obvious how much they cared for and appreciate animals. Even though the little devils were up in my attic causing a raucous, I didn't want to be directly responsible for anything bad happening to them. I knew I had picked the right company when I heard how Mike and CJ talked about the animals. They explained every step to me and made me feel comfortable with the process. The momma raccoon went into the trap the 2nd night, We called Mike at 10:30 pm and he put us on the schedule for the next morning, so that she wasn't separated from the babies for very long. were able to get them out. In the morning, Mike and CJ went in to liberate the babies. They were in a walled-off area of our attic, and the wall was load bearing. Luckily they were able to go through the AC vent. We almost thought they'd have to cut a new hole in our ceiling. They used a camera to locate exactly where the babies were, then they reached in a carefully grabbed them. After the babies were out, they also sealed up the hole on the house exterior where the momma was climbing in and out of our attic. The babies were reunited with their mom and all 4 will be taken to a wildlife rehabilitation center and eventually released into the wild...NOT near any houses

They were removed just in time--before more raccoons arrived. The main technician, Angel Sanchez, was top-notch and very professional.

Mike Spanola is owner and operator of the company. He arrived as scheduled on all days services were performed. All work completed as described in an efficient and professional manner. I had a very bad experience with an animal trapping company a few years ago. It was such a pleasure to deal with a total professional like Mike this time.He explained different service options and did not try to push any extra services. I will definitely use this company again in the future if needed.

They were referred to me by a neighbor. They take care of pests, raccoons and so forth. The work took longer than it was supposed to take, but it was satisfactory.

They were cheaper than the other estimates that I got. They did a fine job about removing the animal with little notice on a weekend. I have nothing bad to say about them.

This company was great from start to finish. They knew what they are doing and quickly eliminated the critters, which had gotten in the attic, from my home and then secured it so they will not get in again. Their prices were reasonable, the estimated price was the price they charged and they were quick to respond. They were professional, communicated about every step and showed up on time. I highly recommend them.

Had 2 squirrels that got out of my chimney and ended up in my bathroom. It was a nightmare. It was either go into a half bathroom with no protective equipment and try to catch these squirrels without getting bitten and ending up in the ER for rabies shots or call the pros. I opted to call the pros. These guys answered the phone at 8 pm on Sunday night and schedualed me for a service call right away. They came on time and had the squirrels caught within about 10 minutes. Then they found out how the squirrels got in and put a screen cap on the chimney so squirrels couldn't get back in again. I had allready written the check for $205 when Mike heard me mention to my neighbor that I found All Pro on Angies list and he told me he had an Angies list discount which brought my bill down to $185. I would reccomend All Pro Wildlife to anybody who had an animal problem.

No complaints. Very professional. Pricey, but I have no one to compare it with.

The experience was very positive. They were quick with the service. When I called, they came out and took care of the rat traps within a couple of days. The one thing I did not like about them was the price.

I was very pleased with the serivice. It went extremley well.

My dog had a opossum trapped under the playhouse. Took me an hour to manage to get my dog out from under the playhouse and away from the frightened and very angry critter. I called around to find an animal trapper to come and get the opossum as I couldn't let my dogs back outside until the opossum was gone. I wasn't aware when I made the phone call to Mike that his office was only a few miles from my home and he happened to be free at that moment. He was at my house within 15 minutes and within an hour he managed to snag the animal from under the playhouse, saving me the extra expense of having to set a trap and pay to have him come back out. He was very honest, professional, courteous, friendly and efficient. I would most definately call him again if needed. Hopefully I won't have to need his services again.

I awoke on a Sat morning with a horrible smell and knew it was a dead animal. I called him and he was out within 2 hours -- on a SATURDAY! Very professional, very courteous and professional, very thorough and extremely fair pricing. I will use him again for sure!! He understands the distress of a dead animal smell and was so incredibly thoughtful.

I am very happy that I hired them. Once he did all the work in my attic I didn't see or hear anything after that. So I was pleased. I had hired someone else through Angie's List in the past and they didn't do a very good job. I was hearing noises again and got more damage caused by rodents. That is why I contacted All ProLife. He was very prompt, responsive and very friendly. He was knowledgable and answered all my questions. He was funny and had very good customer service. I felt very comfortable letting him into my garage when I was a work. I haven't had any problems since. He told me how he would price according to the customers needs and not give an estimate until he seen what I needed him to do. He did try and talk me out of out when he seen that it didn't seem like there had been anything in the attic recently. He could have told me he needed to do a number of things and charged me alot, but he didn't. He was very honest with me. I would definitely trust him. I am so impressed with Angie's List.
