It went very well. He just put it in yesterday. Based on what he did and his professionalism he did fine. I didn't spend anything extra.

Don was both friendly and professional. I bought a labor deal and had to pay only for parts. He didn't mind installing items I had purchased elsewhere.

He performed excellent workmanship

He was just great! He came earlier than he actually estimated and was very professional. He got right to work and didn't waste any time at all. I thought I had a leak in my water line due to what i thought was dirt in my toilet, but he determined very quickly that it was just rubber debris and not an actual leak at all. He also changed the cartridge in my shower in what seemed like minutes! I would definitely recommend!

When Don arrived he evaluated the situation and then went out to his truck for parts. The toilet needed to be re-seated with a new wax ring. A new flange was installed to correct a mistake by the original installer. Don was part Superman and part Dr. Who as he researched our unusual problem. Even though the problem was severe, Don was in, out and done in under an hour. We owe him a great deal of praise for conquering an issue that we were unable to correct on our own. We are heavy-duty DIY people, but we are SO glad to have called Don and the Water Company. Now we can flush without fear. We are arranging for him to come back and help us with other plumbing problems. If you use the Water Company, you will not be sorry!

Mr. Spence called the next the day to schedule the service. At the time of the service, Mr. Spence gave me some explanation "the pros, and cons of the materials that I need to use", and he was very positive about the job that he can get it done "point A to point B". The plastic pipe was buried under the tiles, so he came up some ideas to get the job done, I'll use this company again for plumbing works, Excellent job and thank you Mr. Spence.-------Herman Beltran.

Don knows what he is doing and doesn't waste time. He is professional, quick, did the job correctly and very reasonable. You won't get a better bid and if you do the contractor will not work in the same manner as Don. He came with all his tools ready. Worked quickly to remove sink cabinet and drywall. Fixed copper plumbing by cutting and re-welding. He reinstalled cabinet, shimmed & screwed back in place. Please note I have been under a remodel since Feb and for some reason with every bad contractor in Florida so right now reviews are not something I am doing. However, Don is great and refreshing. If I only had found him sooner. I have his card on my frig and will use him to install the new sink when the new counter arrives and use him exclusively for plumbing needs. This guy is really good.

the 2 showers heads are continuously leaking. We have left messages requesting he return to repair same and possibly conduct some additional work. No response

What a find. Don not only installed my water heater but he also fixed a leaking bathtub. He worked hard, was beyond fair and did not try to inflate the cost. I have found a lifetime plumber! Don is the real deal. He got the job done that other companies had quoted me 600 dollars for.

Don confirmed the appt. He was punctual and had all required parts needed, worked efficiently and neatly. Completed projects in less than one hour. I highly recommend him and will be using him for other plumbing issues.

They came out to unclog a drain and also drained a water tank. Everything was good and I would use them again in the future if needed.

We called The Water Company because of the reviews and the Angie's List Big Deal Special that the Water Company was offering. The owner, Don, promptly returned my call and was able to schedule his visit to accommodate my schedule. He arrived on time,and did a very professional job. He was very friendly, polite and courteous. He also gave me some "tips" on fixing plumbing issues in the future. He was very fair on the price. We plan on calling him again when we buy a new kitchen sink and for any other plumbing repairs. I highly recommend.

My experience with him was good. It turned out to be an electrical problem. I wasn’t there when he did the job. He seemed like a nice on the phone when I talked to him. He was professional and honest. The disposal is working fine after the electrician fixed the issue. He was very responsive.

I found the coupon on Sunday 3/2, bought it, and Don, owner a master plumber, contacted me and arrived on Monday 3/3. He was very professional and courteous and did an excellent job. He even went out of his way to replace the incorrect pop-up drian I bought at Home Depot with a new one he had at his home. Can't ask for better customer focus then that! Bottom line is he is an excellent plumber and I will definitely use him again and recommend him to my neighbors & friends.

Don came out on Super Bowl Sunday 15 minutes after we called. He repaired the leaking pipe. Great guy, very pleasant. Will hire again.

I called The Water Company (Don) on a Saturday night after i realized that after i cut a pipe that i was in over my head. He gave me some suggestions of what to do and told me he could be out the next day. He even called back that night to see if i was able to fix the problem. Needless to say i was not able to correct the problem, so Don came out on Sunday and fixed the pipe. While he was there he noticed that i was going to install a new flapper on my toilet and offered to do it. What would have took me 30 min he did 5. Don was courteous and helpful. I like the fact that he is the owner. Some companies send out a service tech who just works for the owner. His price on a weekend was more than fair.. I highly recommend The Water Company.

I had taken advantage of an Angie's List bargain and all I had to pay for over that was the cost of the parts. Don is a master plumber and explained everything that was being done as well as answered my questions about point-of-use heating units, solar heating, etc. One of the most important things he did was stayed in contact with me. He had told me that he might be late for my Monday morning call if there were weekend emergencies he needed to follow up on. He called Monday morning to confirm his arrival time which allowed me to plan my morning. Outstanding.

Very prompt to contact me, and showed up on time. Professional, friendly, experienced and took time to explain issues and offer advice. We've had bad experiences with plumbers, even those ranking highly on Angie's List, and this was a much better experience. Highly recommended.
