Customer service and professionalism was excellent, extremely easy to work with this company; I especially enjoyed working with Sam. Very satisfied with the completed job which was a full trim and canopy lift on a 40 ft Live Oak. Will gladly use this company again and would recommend to anyone needing tree work done.

They did a great job from start to finish. I would certainly use them again. There were 6 or more workers on site for almost 2 days. Several of my neighbors hired them after they saw what a great job this company did at my place. They removed 6 trees, ground the stumps and did some trimming as well

Mr. Cramer and his crew were amazing. Very knowledgeable and kind. Worked with me and explained everything in detail. Quality of job was wonderful and I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Very disappointing. The salesperson texted an agreement which I agreed to. She indicated that the work would be done Thursday afternoon or Friday this week. On Thursday I made an effort with her to get an ETA. She handed me over to the owner who said that he couldnt make it Thursday afternoon, but would be here on Friday. I called for an ETA for Friday and the owner told me that it was likely that he would not be doing the work on Friday - maybe Saturday. I told him that time was of the essence, as it was part of the agreement I had with the salesperson, and he suggested that I find another service and that he would pay for it. By that time the trust was gone. And, yes, he didnt show up on Friday. There is no way I can recommend this company.

Matt gave me a great price and I was very excited to work with them to get a huge dead tree removed from my front yard. He was supposed to remove only that tree and then when he and his crew came they talked me into removing another tree and wanted to trim a couple of others. I was told that it would look so much better and when I pulled in the driveway I would smile every day. He removed the tree in the front yard and a palm tree in the back. Both, I was told, included the stump grinding. Several days after it was scheduled, the stump grinder finally showed up and only did the tree in the front yard - and did an awful job! There was a whole bunch of stumps still sticking up from the ground that never got ground. The one in the back never saw the grinder. The stump is still there. The trimming of the other two trees was not noticeable and several large side trunks - very thick branches - were left on the tree. The machines that were used to reach the trees tore up the yard. Matt and his team did nothing to fix that. Debris was left ALL over the yard. They never cleaned up any of it. We waited for a week and no one showed up to clean it, so we cleaned it up and put it in the dumpster that sat on the side of our house for over two weeks. I called to find out when that would get removed and never received a callback, but it was removed several days later. It should be noted that I called - Matt, the owner - several times and left messages. It was not until I sent him an email that he called back and told me he did not receive my voicemails because he was using one of his crew members phones as his was not working, so he did not get those. The crew member - the one that we gave a car to as a donation - could not give the owner the voicemails, or call me back himself to let me know what Matts number was??? It was clear that I was taken advantage of. In my opinion, Matt realized he should have charged more for the tree removal and grinding, so he made his money back by horrible customer service and lazy trimming that did nothing and left the tree trunk un-grinded. I should have known better when the price was half of the 3 other people that we talked with. This year we had several trees that we had removed and we used Fine as Pine. The price was a great price and he was a one-man crew, who owned all of his own equipment. He did everything he said he was going to do and more and he even fixed the stump that was left behind from Matt and his crew for free. He cleaned up after himself and was done in two days and kept in contact the entire time. It was refreshing! I hate leaving a bad review to any business, but this was just awful. I cannot recommend Matt and his crew to anyone. When I see his logo and it states Value - Integrity - Service, I cannot help but think that he either needs to remove those words, as our work together did not include any of that, or that he needs to do a much better job at achieving them.

There was a small query about the remainder of the tree grinding-it was addressed immediately. They came on time;worked quickly;did an excellent job for a reasonable price.

I hired them to trim palm trees at my parents home. My parents were thrilled with the Great job TreeCare America did on their palm trees. Even though they did not have room on their truck for all the trimmings, they returned, as promised, and cleaned up the next day. The crew was very respectful. We will recommend them to our neighbors and call them again when we need any tree work done.

They did what they thought they should do not what I wanted, I was not present but they convinced my wife. One sago in the front was not trimmed and their reason was that it would stump the growth but that is the same sago that I have been trimming for 15 years. The clincher was that one of them stated that they had underestimated the price so that told me their heart was not in the job. Please do not contact me about this as I want nothing to do with this company anymore.

The overall service was fantastic. Matthew the owner, is the person you communicate with, no middle man. I reached out to him on a Saturday and got an immediate response. He came out on Monday morning. We disused my options on multiple tree removal. He was honest and explained everything in great detail. He answered all my questions thoroughly. Not pushy at all. Ultimately we hired him because of all the reasons noted above. The crew, including Matthew came to remove the trees. This included removal of all debris. Also stump grinding. All of his crew was polite and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend to everyone. If I could I d give him 10 stars. Thank you Matthew for everything.
