When I spoke to Marvin originally, he told me he would call the day of pick up to give me a heads-up on an ETA. As promised, he called at 10:30 and told me he had one other person on his schedule and would be there approximately noon. Marvin rang my bell 10 minutes before noon. He identified himself, was polite, and worked quickly and removed my items I would recommend Marvin without hesitation and surely will use him again if needed. I also belong to the web site called "Nextdoor" which I will use to recommend Marvin to those that subscribe to this site.
