South Shore Plumbing contacted me within minutes of my request, gave me a very fair price, and came first thing the following morning and installed my new water heater. Excellent job. I will be using them for all my future plumbing needs. Truly professionals! Ray was the best! Thanks Home Advisor.

Ray contacted me the same day I posted the request. He gave me a bid & it was fair and reasonable. Once the appointment was set he was there on time. The install pursued without a hitch. He replaced the valve & pipes, and we got a Rheem Water Heater that is not available to the public. I'm very happy with the entire experience and would recommend them highly.

Knowledge of the pro that came out was faulty, replaced with wrong size tank, lack of response after with emergency number.

They contacted me right away, set an appointment to inspect it and gave me a price. Even offered same day install. Pricing was good and workmanship was great!

It was not an emergency replacement but they showed up within 2 hours, gave me a price, scheduled replacement. Everything was completed as promised! Very reliable and highly recommend!
