The Tree Service team arrived on time, and did a good job. I was having a tree and stump removed. They stump grinder left a deep hole in the ground so they filled the hole with sawdust and wood chips from the tree removal. I had discussed that the tree was being removed so I could back my boat on the side of the house, and the tree was in the way. Once the job was completed, I backed my 24' boot in an attempt to place it at the side of my house. Unfortunately, the trailer tires sunk deep down into the soft sawdust where the stump was removed, and I had to spend about 30 minutes digging the sawdust away and placing boards to be able to pull the boat out of the hole. if the sawdust doesn't compress and firm up, I may have to remove the sawdust and order a load of fill dirt.......

They had a late start from scheduled time but overall great work and nice clean up. Dwayne was great to work with.

Dwayne was polite, professional, and even when the city caused a problem, Dwayne was right there to take care of it. Dwayne is very knowledgeable, reasonable and understanding individual. I called him for one job that would have been overbearing (price wise) so we decided to go in a different direction and he was able to give an estimate and get the job done within 24 hrs. (trim 2 oak trees, remove a palm tree and clear over grown hedges) Dwayne and his team are efficient and did a great job with the clean up afterwards. Definitely would recommend if you need something done right away.

I had tree removal/stump grinding done several months ago with another company. They wouldn't come back to do the root removal so I hired someone else to do that. Unfortunately, that company didn't do the job properly. He left a lot of roots and cut my irrigation lines in multiple places. He said he wasn't liable for that. This team came in quickly and took care of the roots manually because of where they were located as well as the amount of roots left behind. They cleaned up the yard beautifully so now I can have new pavers put down. I wish I'd had him to use for this process from the beginning.

Very professional in every way. From start to finish. The tree that got removed was a very large Oak tree. I never had any worries about what they were doing, you could tell they knew what they were doing and took down the tree in sections. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. In fact I took several business cards so I can tell my friends.

Dwayne and his crew (Paul &Val) have done a fantastic job of removing my (4) 20 feet tall Washingtonia palm trees. He and his crew arrived on time and they removed the palm trees within 3 hours. All cuttings and debris were swept up and hauled away. (There was an additional charge for haulage & dumping.) Overall, I was very happy with the final cost and the excellent and professional service that Dwayne had given. I would definitely call the Tree Removal Expert Plus again for help with landscaping my garden. An especially big round of applause to Dwayne, Paul and Val.
