Father and Son team did a fine job installing the new dishwasher. The plumbing was not typical and they had the correct valves and fittings on their truck. Normally I would have done this on my own, but since the plumbing fittings in this house were not familiar to me, I decided to call a professional. It would have taken me too long and I don't have all the tools anyway. Ed and Ryan were professional and took the time to do the job right. Thanks!

Ed and his son, Ryan, were refered to me by Dave of Dave's Plumbing as Dave was booked for the next 3 days. Ed and Ryan got to my house within 45 mins. after receiving my call. The were very knowledgable, professional, and took the time to clean up after doing the repairs. We would definately use them again!

Ed and Ryan were able to come the next morning after my call the previous evening. We had heard water running in the bathroom but no water was turned on in the house. The main shut off valve on the outside of the house that had corroded had to be replaced to begin locating the leak. They thoroughly worked to locate the leak under the floor in an adjacent bedroom. Each step of the process was explained to me before proceeding. The floor was jack-hammered to locate the leak and the copper pipe with a hole was replaced with a new section. The hole was refilled then repaired with cement. They were considerate and neat with covering the bedroom furniture with plastic before beginning the repair. They noticed we had a deteriorating toilet supply line and I asked for them to repair that also. We had been meaning to have the rusted expansion tank on the hot water heater replaced and they were able to do that for us also. All the work was excellent. Ed and Ryan were very pleasant and professional. I was impressed with the explanation and showing of the problems as they proceeded. I highly recommend GPS plumbing without hesitation and I will definitely be using them when needed in the future.

I have used them in the past. They are reasonably priced and clean after themselves. They are very polite and are in and out.

I called this company on a Saturday and even though they were busy they came because I had no water. Ryan was extremely considerate, professional, and did an outstanding job. The job took longer than expected and he did not raise his price. He stood by his quote. I found this to be very ethical. I was referred to GPS by Dave's Plumbing (whom I found on Angie's list) as Dave's was pretty booked & would be a few days before he could help me out. I called GPS & the owner was very knowledgeable & friendly. I explained that I had diagnosed the problem & knew I needed a new Moen cartridge but once I shut the main water supply to the house off to remove the old cartridge, the old cartridge broke leaving a good portion of it still in the valve & I could not get it out. He & his son showed up promptly the next AM, a little early even, knowing I could not turn the main water supply back on until this issue was fixed. He was able to remove the rest of the cartridge, replace it with a new one & re-installed my existing trim in about 35 - 45 mins time. I was finally able to have running water in the house & the shower was fixed & able to be used again. I was very happy with all aspects of the service but felt the bill was a bit too high. The cartridge cost was about $35 - 40 at Lowe's so the remainder would be labor cost. Comparatively, this was about $40-50 more than what a few other plumbers that I got a quote from (after the fact) would have charged. However, he did get the job done & did so quickly.

The main reason for the service call was a slab leak that occurred in the same general area as one that occurred 2 years earlier. Ed was not involved in repair of the original slab leak. Ed initially took our call Sunday evening, shortly after we discovered the slab leak. He was courteous and professional on the phone, and luckily for us was able to adjust his Monday AM schedule to come help us. His other scheduled job was evidently a remodel job that he was able to postpone for a day since we had an actual leak. He arrived Monday AM just as he promised. He very quickly localized the leak. (We had already pulled back the carpet and padding to expose the concrete floor). He took care to control the dust while jack hammering. He replaced a large section of pipe (as this was the second leak in this section of pipe in 2 years). When done, he cleaned up after himself. He took care of the work from start to finish. All we had to do was let the concrete dry and put the carpet back down. Ed also advised us regarding our options before doing the job. He cautioned us about the wisdom of repairing a slab leak that re-appeared in the same area, but was very respectful when we opted to go ahead and give it one more try. He was clearly not just looking to make a quick buck by replacing the pipe. Also, as he performed the work, he was looking to see where and how the pipes were laid, and he was able to determine that if that section of pipe leaked again, he could do an overhead replumb of just that section of pipe?and the cost wasn?t a whole lot more than going through another iteration of repairing another slab leak. Having another option was greatly appreciated. Ed was very respectful to us, and of our home throughout the entire process. He was methodical and organized in his work. It was clear he is a seasoned professional. The new toilet cutoff valve he installed looked great. Again, he cleaned up after himself. It was hard to tell any work had been done (other than the shiny new valve). There was what Ed described as a micro-leak in our water heater cutoff valve. Rather than just replacing it and taking our money, he advised us to wait and just replace it when the water heater was replaced (unless of course we noticed the leak getting worse). We were very impressed by his integrity and practical approach. He knows his customers are not made of money, and he was looking for ways to help us spend our money wisely. Thanks Ed! For the record, Ed came recommended by another highly rated Angie?s List professional?Dave?s Plumbing. Dave was not able to get to us on that Monday (he had prior commitments), so he recommended Ed. Hence we should acknowledge and thank Dave?s Plumbing for pointing us to Ed. Dave was also very courteous and professional on the phone?thanks Dave! While we hope to not need Ed?s services again anytime soon, he will be the first plumber we call next time we do. We got a prompt and professional response, paid a fair price, and got excellent quality work.

Their price was too high and when I checked around I found a company also very highly rated by Angie's list with many reviews that came out quickly and did the work for half the price (or maybe less than half).I wish you had a "maybe" for using the company again. I hate to say no as it was only their price I did not like.

He came out, turned it off and repaired it right away. He did this all at a reasonable price. He has also fixed all of the toilets in my home for me.

They came within a half an hour or less after I called them. This was my first time using them. I called my old plumber and was told they no longer come to private homes. So I called a friend and she said her plumber no longer came to private homes either. So she gave me the name of a handyman who also couldn't come. He gave us the name of a plumber who also no longer came to private homes; but he gave me the name of this guy who was working as a handyman who used to work for the plumber. So I called him and he came very quickly. He told me what was wrong. He went and got the new water heater and cleaned up some of the water from my flooded utility room. I think the price was reasonable and they were very honest and helpful. They put it in quickly. I would recommend them.
