Ricky was quick to respond to our request, was able to quickly identify and communicate well the issues with our plumbing as well as what needed to be done to fix it. His work was fast-paced but thorough and comprehensive. I would highly recommend him and do.

Ricky came to do a simple repair to the drain in the kitchen sink . Took him a few minutes. He asked if I had any other concerns since you have to pay hourly rate might as well make use of the time. The faucet on the sink needed minor fix so he fixed that as well. Nice guy. I would hire him for future work.

Very efficient and pleasant. On time and completed work in minimum time although the job was complicated by problems with corrosion. Ricky is bright and has the right attitude. Clean quick work at the right price. Worth every penny. I will use Gladiator again if the need arises.

I had a shutoff valve break early in the morning and called Gladiator and talked with Ricky. His schedule was full but he went way above and beyond the call of duty and came well after normal working hours to fix the problem so I could turn my water back on. Ricky was very professional yet very personable. He did a great job and left the area clean and the price was reasonable. Gladiator Plumbing is top notch.
