We called Brevard Water Solutions. They were on another job but promised to come when they were done. When it got to be 6:00 we figured since it was Friday they would come on Monday. They, however, came at 6:30 on a Friday, promptly diagnosed the problem and fixed it for a very reasonable price. We won’t be calling anyone else in the future.

We called this morning and they arrived this afternoon. They fixed our pump and then went above and beyond fixing other things they found wrong. The price was more than reasonable for all the work they did. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs this type of work.

Erik did an excellent job. I would definitely hire him again. He did exactly what I needed for a great price. He was on time, professional and educated. He caulked the wall after inputting the work to the house, which makes me feel like he did a great thorough job.

We thought we were gonna have to have a new well dug. Two previous plumbers tried fixing our issue and neither could fix it. But we had our check valve replaced by them hoping that was the problem. The problem was we kept losing our prime. We would wake up in the morning to no water. Happened twice in one week. After the first time, another plumber came and told me he didn't know what the problem was and just primed it and left. Second guy came and said he didn't know what was wrong but gave us a new check valve. Then it happened again three days later. My husband called Erik from Brevard Water Solutions and had him come check out our water issues and well even though he does not dig wells. To be honest, I thought he was going to waste our time because we needed a new well. I was wrong! Yes. I did admit that to my husband! Erik said we did not need a new well. That the check valve installed by the other company wasn't working properly and our fittings and PVC looked like it needed replacing. He replaced the check valve without charging us for the valve since all he said he had to do was send it back to the company for reimbursement. He actually showed me where it was messed up. Blew into it from both sides. One side you should be able to blow through, but not the other side. Well you could blow through both sides. He said he always checks that prior to installing them just to make sure they are working properly. He didn't put down the other company. He just let me know what he does. I don't know anything about plumbing and since we bought this house I have spoken to many plumbers. If they explained anything to me, I always felt stupid. This guy didn't make me feel stupid. I felt educated after he left. I will call him first from now on as he specializes in figuring out what is wrong rather than just replacing everything in sight! Thank you so much! Oh and by the way, its been about a month and everything is still working great!

He was punctual and friendly yet professional. I will def. use him when I am ready replace my system in the next month or so. I have already given his number to a few coworkers with well water issues too. He was great - went out of his way to help me and was up front and honest.
