Description of Work: This company came out to my house several times. The first time was for some General plumbing work on the house I recently purchased. The visit went fine, he seemed to do a good job and was not trying to charge me more than necessary. The second visit was because I thought I needed a new garbage disposal in the same house but it turned out there was just something caught in it that was making that noise. They only charged me a service fee and did not charge me what I originally paid. Very happy with those two visits. The third time I had requested the first appointment of the day because I was in the process of finishing moving out of my apartment so I could only do it first thing in the morning. The technician was supposed to be there between 8 o'clock and 830 and at 8:45 he was still not there. I called to find out where he was and he told me that he had had some sort of appointment before that and he wouldn't be at my house until a little after 10 o'clock. I spoke to him at 9 o'clock and he kept trying to tell me that he was only 30 minutes late even though he would not get to my house for another hour which meant he would be an hour and a half late. I had to cancel the appointment because that would've not given me enough time that day to do everything else I needed to do which was the reason that I scheduled a first thing in the morning appointment. He apologized and told me that he would be out on another day and could do the first thing in the morning on that day. He did not show up at all. I do not know the technician's name but it seems this company is good with the exception of the last plumber. However, I am not comfortable using a company that I have to worry about which technician is coming....

Description of Work: I hired them to remove a kitchen faucet and replace it with a new one. We had tried to make the swap ourselves but didn't have the right tools. They were able to make an appointment for the next day, completed the service quickly, and at the same low price they quoted over the phone.

Description of Work: Called Jeff's Kitchens & Bath on a Saturday at 3pm with my Hot Water Heater not working. The service said they would call in 30 min or less. They called in 20! They sent Joe who was amazing. Quoted prices and gave me best & worst case options. Not knowing that much about pluming I thought for sure we would need a new HWH. Joe took a look and all we had to replace was the heating elements. Joe was fast friendly and efficient. I called at 3 & Joe was done by 415! I would highly recommend Jeff's Kitchens & Bath & ask for Joe.

Description of Work: I purchased a tankless gas water heater with installation. The work was done quickly and done well and we have really been enjoying lots of hot water from the new unit. I was happy with their work/product and would use them again in the future.
