We know that choosing the right plumber in Orlando to come to your home to perform repairs is not a decision customers take lightly. We thank you for giving us the chance to earn your business and once you learn a little more about us we have no doubt you'll put your trust in us as so many others have.
Our services cover any need you may have no matter how big or small your job is. We offer a range of plumbing services such as general plumbing services and we specialize in re-piping.
Let me start off by saying that yes, if I had it to do over again I would use Jeff again and yes, there were a couple of issues but Jeff resolved all of them. My repipe and bathroom remodel were projects I wanted to do at the same time to save money. I had a list of fixtures I wanted to use and Jeff was ok with that. He even saved me money by getting them from a plumbing supplier and tile distributor instead of a big box store. I was able to use top of the line materials while only increasing the budget a little bit. The repipe was completed in a day as promised. The remodel took a couple of weeks longer but the finished product was worth it. If you are looking for a company to bring tile samples and plumbing fixture catalogs to your home and provide free financing for your project, Jeff may not be the man for you. If you prefer low pricing over pampering, want the plumbing part of your project done up to code, and want someone who will bring in talented craftsman to do the rest of the work, then Jeff is your guy. I saved thousands and I am a happy customer.

I checked Angie's List to find a plumber for my son's home. My son was away on business and he wanted to get a few things done. Jeff gave a quote and said it is for the job, not the hour. Well thank goodness for that! Bobby, Jeff's employee, came out for the first job to connect plumbing and install a new faucet for a kitchen sink that had been replaced. Bobby was here for four hours because the faucet kept leaking. Unfortunately, my son had bought a faucet he liked the look of without knowing to much about the company. Bobby tried everything and finally got it to stop leaking. The following day it started again. I called Jeff and told him I wanted the faucet out because it was going back to the store and ordered a new faucet. Bobby came with the new faucet, installed it and everything is working fine. My son decided he wanted new toilets put in. Jeff was called. Bobby picked up the toilets my son wanted and installed them. One of them leaked slightly from the tank bolt. Bobby was out to tighten it. The toilet still leaked so Bobby went and got a new tank thinking the original was defective. He installed the tank but the toilet still leaked. Finally, after calling Jeff it was decided that there must be a slit crack in the toilet. The toilet was taken out and another new toilet was put in. This one is staying nice and dry! Jeff did not charge for the extra hours that it took to fix the toilet as he charges by the specific task being done. Jeff was prompt answering call, very informative, and even though frustrated with the toilet situation he was very professional. Bobby was a hard worker, explained what he was doing and what needed to be done, and very easy to talk to.
Description of Work: Connect plumbing and disposal to new kitchen sink, install new kitchen faucet, replace three toilets, put a "s" curve pipe in the master bedroom shower so the shower head could be raised.

My wife (who is the sweetest person you'll ever meet) called this so-called plumber to ask him about installing a dishwasher. He proceed to yell at my wife that he is a plumber, not a carpenter and that they need a hole in the wall to hook up to. If we had a hookup in the wall, I could do it myself! If you can't install a dishwasher then you definitely shouldn't call yourself a plumber. Disgraceful. Absolutely will never consider using this cowboy, whom finds it so easy to abuse his potential customers! UPDATE: We didn't need a cabinet cutting out, nor did my wife imply this. All that was needed was a hole drilling! Not rocket science. I ended up doing this myself. Missed out on a very simple job for a plumber; either through laziness or stupidity. Probably both.
Description of Work: Don't believe everything you read. This guy is extremely rude and patronizing.

WOW I'm shocked that I could offened someone so bad by telling them I'm not qualified to cut out a cabinet to install there dish washer. I'm a PLUMBER not a CARPTENER and I don't work on wood of any. I belive you should hire a carpenter to do wood working and a plumber to plumb. I did tell your wife waht we charged to install a dishwasher and I also told her you could probably save a few bucks by having the place where you bought the dishwasher at do the install as I know some of those places are cheaper than I am. Sorry for the miscommunication.

This week I hired Jeff's Kitchen and Bath Beyond to repipe my house. I got 5 estimates and chose Jeff's company. He was very professional and accommodating. Being a widow, my sons helped me with the decision. Jeff answered my sons questions without making us feel we were wasting his time which meant an extra visit to my home. His team was very polite and they knew what they were doing. I would call Jeff for all plumbing related work. He is honest, knowledgeable and very nice. I am also glad I joined Angie's list.

On 10/20/11, the city water meter person came to my house to let me know that a significant amount of water had passed through the meter since the last reading. I do not have a pool, and it's only my son and I in the house. After he alerted me to a potential leak, I signed onto Angie's list and looked for a reputable local plumber. I found Jeff's Kitchen Bath & Beyond. Jeff came out on 10/21/11. They arrived and determined that the leak was on the pipe coming into my house. Jeff felt like the leak was pretty close to an outside wall. He felt that the leak might have been just under the slab, so he began looking. His apprentice, Byran, continued to look for the leak outside. At first the leak location could not be determined, so Jeff called another company who specifically does leak detection. Jeff and Bryan found the leak in the copper pipe at a 90 degree bend where the pipe ran under the slab. They called and cancelled the appointment with the leak detection company, and were able to repair the pipe with Pex pipe. They installed the new pipe and tested it before departing.
Description of Work: Jeff and Bryan responded to my call to search for a leak in my house's piping. Pretty quickly, they were able to determine where the leak was located. They located and fixed the leak the same day. They were very professional and honest. GREAT JOB!! Thanks! I will definitely use them again and have already recommended this company to my friends.

Our faucet had been leaking for some time. I called around for 3 quotes, Jeff gave us the best price and sounded the most knowledgeable as well as actually caring about doing the job for us. Jeff gave us the options of repairing or replacing. We opted to replace. He was able to come through the front side of the wall instead of the back side like another company wanted to do (which would've been in our living room!). He came in and within an hour was done. I could've wished for just a little more clean up after the job was done (some dust and debris was still left). But for the most part everything was cleaned up and the job was done.
Description of Work: He removed old 3-knob bath faucets and replaced with single valve stem.

Was able to get an appointment within days and Jeff and his assistant showed up exactly on time. The work performed was exceptional and everything was completed in one visit. Despite my having the wrong type of hardware, Jeff offered to go our and purchase the right type right then and there and installed everything within the hour. Jeff also provides a military discount which was greatly appreciated. Will definitely use this company for future plumbing needs.

I had an outside faucet with a bad valve that was leaking. I called Jeff and scheduled an appointment later that day. Since Jeff was quite busy he could not give me a specific time, which was fine with me as I got an appointment on the same day as I called, (this was not an emergency). I asked him to give me a call when he was on his way. Jeff called and about 30 minutes later I met Jeff at my home. He inspected the problem area and determined that he would need to chiseled out some masonry to get enough space to expose the pipe and remove the old faucet. Jeff removed the old faucet, prepared the pipe and installed a threaded coupling, so that a new faucet could be screwed in place as opposed to the old configuration with the faucet simply sweated on the pipe. Jeff pointed out that if there was a problem in the future I could simply remove the faucet myself as it was now threaded on and I would not need to call a plumber. The new faucet Jeff installed would be less prone to leaking than the one he replaced. The job was done in less than one hour. Jeff did not patch the hole in the masonry (I understood this up front), but provided me with some ideas how to seal it temporarily until I could get the area permanently repaired. I was very happy with Jeff's straight forward professional work. I also received a new customer $20 discount for the job.

We have been on well water since purchasing the house in 1997 and the pump motor burned out during a recent brown out by the utility company. We got full power back, but the pump was toast. We were without water, with kids and pets - running up and down the street to the hotel. We spent the morning getting estimates and came across Jeff in Angie'slist with excellent reviews. We called and described the job, he quoted us a price range for the job (since he wasn't onsite to see the conditions). Within 18hours he: pulled the permit, put together a team, and started digging the trench --in the pouring rain-- The crew was professional and a pleasure to work with. The final price came in within the range he quoted (which was significantly less than any other quotes we had received) and water was restored immediately!! We were so happy with the service that we are already planning on using Jeff for another job and took additional business cards to share with friends and family. What a TERRIFIC experience. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. Do yourself a favor and call Jeff for your plumbing needs.
Description of Work: Jeff provided us hook up to the city water; which included laying pipe 180 feet (20' under driveway), pulling permit, backflow installation, and meeting the inspector.

When I called around to various plumbers concerning my frozen water valve, I was quoted a repair price ranging from $200 to $1400. Two different plumbers also suggested I purchase something called a sediment blaster. After doing some research on the sediment blaster and discovering that it was a fancy gadget that did nothing, I decided to check Angie?s List. Jeff listened and diagnosed the problem immediately. They came out that same day and completed the job quickly and cleanly and at a reasonable cost. He even spent time discussing with me the type of maintenance I should perform on the water tank and which type was not necessary. Definitely use this man if you have a plumbing problem.
Description of Work: I had a frozen water valve on my water heater tank. Jeff replaced the valve with a better quality one and repalced the piping that ran from the wall to the tank. I now have an easy to open or close lever on the water tank.

There was a slow leak in the upstairs bathroom that had been undetectable, even with the help of a handyman that I had asked to come out to look at it. I called Jeff to schedule a service call and he explained that he was booked solid for the next couple of days but told me over the phone of things to look for. Following his leads, I was able to detect where the bathroom leak was originating and fix it myself. It was too bad that I hadn't called him to begin with. I plan on using them when I remodel another bathroom later this year.

Jeff's price was 1/2 of what Home Depot would have charged and 1/2 of what a plumbing competitor in the area estimated. Jeff came back also a third time to connect my dishwasher which is an issue I should have taken care of myself. Highly satisified with the quality of work performed and the punctual timeframe was excellent with three trips to the job. Excellent value - I could have asked for nothing more.
Description of Work: Jeff and his associates peformed the plumbing connect and disconnect for our granite countertop installation in the kitchen and our two bathrooms. They came out two different days - the first day to disconnect all of the plumbing prior to the granite countertop installation, the second day to reconnect all of the new sinks and plumbing connections.

Jeff is a nice guy...very down to earth. He is no-nonsense and very professional. He arrived early and went right to work. It took about 20 minutes, like he had said, and the faucet works like a charm. The old one was falling apart, and this new one makes such a big difference. He gave me a price break since it was not "out of the box" new. He also warranties it for 6 months, and Moen for life. Very efficient job - I will use him again - highly recommended!

Great customer service, took the time to answer questions even about PBC pipes (gray pipes) which we have throughout the house. They did a wonderful job and will be calling them again in the near future. It's rare to see someone who really enjoys their work and does not take advantage of customers.
Description of Work: New faucets were not sealing & kept leaking. Checked Angie's List and called Jeff's Kitchen Bath & Beyond that morning and they were there by 7 pm and in 1/2 hour or so we had running water in the bath and no leaks. I tried to replace the tub faucet and with gray PBC piping the faucets wouldn't seal properly so had to break down and call the plumber. They were great and recommend their services to anyone.
