We know that choosing the right plumber in Orlando to come to your home to perform repairs is not a decision customers take lightly. We thank you for giving us the chance to earn your business and once you learn a little more about us we have no doubt you'll put your trust in us as so many others have.
Our services cover any need you may have no matter how big or small your job is. We offer a range of plumbing services such as general plumbing services and we specialize in re-piping.
Jeff and his team arrived as scheduled and completed the plumbing work within one day. For those that have not gone through a re-pipe of a home, this is a major project that requires replacing all of the piping in the home. Being built on a slab, like most Florida homes, this meant running the new pipes through the roof and down the walls. To accomplish this many holes are cut in the drywall. The day after the plumbing work is completed a drywall specialist comes in and repairs all of the holes. Everyone was very respectful of our property and apologetic for the mess that occurs despite their best efforts. When completed, only the new supply line outside the garage remained as evidence that the work was performed. All holes in the interior walls and ceilings were professionally repaired, but would need to be repainted. Jeff is very professional and understands the importance of good communication with the customer. He met every commitment he made, and stuck by his estimate although some unforeseen work was needed to complete the job.
Description of Work: The initial visit was to provide an estimate for repairing a leaking pipe. It was determined that the leak was in the slab and that a re-pipe of the entire house was the best solution. The plumbing work was completed in one day, and the drywall repair was completed the following day. This was a major project and Jeff tackled it with a crew of five workers to complete it as scheduled despite running into a few unexpected technical issues.

Jeff and his apprentice are a great team. Both are very courteous, skilled and want to please the customer. I asked Jeff how much I owed him for the repair. He said there was no charge because it was a few minute repair and he didn't make a special trip for the service "I was on my way home and I thought I would stop by" he said. I assure you that Jeff is unique in today's world. He is honest, courteous and practices his profession with great pride and skill. This guy is akeeper. I will do something that I seldom do and that is refer him to any person that needs plumbing services. I have posted him on our Home Owner's Association web site as a Class A service provider.
Description of Work: We had a problem with a toilet that had been installed a short time ago by one of the big box store plumbers. I called Jeff as a result of an Angie's list ad. He was going to give us an estimate for repair, but we didn't schedule an appointment. I gave him my phone number and address and said I'd call for an appointment.. Later that day he called and asked if he could stop by in the late afternoon. I said sure and we set a time. He and his apprentice looked at the problem, made some adjustments to a sloppy job done by the original installer and corrected the problem. When finished, everything was in place and immaculate.

Had no issues from start to finish and will call back to complete work when we are ready. Garbage disposal ended up needing to be reset and was then up and running like new. He showed us how to reset oursleves if we experience again. Leaky sink was determined to be a structural issue and we will need to replace sink. Although we did not call for an issue on a second sink, he was happy to look at and make adjustments to address the slow drain. Overall pleasant and professional experience and will use again.

They came to the house early to access what parts maybe needed and to give me the final pricing for all the work. After getting the parts the repair was completed along with the installation of the new sink & faucet. They were very friendly and completed all work professionally. I am very happy with the results and would highly recommend them to others.

After using the bathroom the toilet clogged. Tried doing a normal plunger and it seemed to work, except for the fact that it started coming out of the bath tub drain right next to it. Than the other bathroom room started backing up a little. The original bathroom started kicking out sewage from both the toilet and bath tub. We called a few plumbers for emergency Sunday service, but Jeff was the only one to call me back and he did so very fast. He was very nice on the phone and explained the extra weekend charge so there was no surprises. He took my information and around 10-20min later one of his service men (Brian) gave me a call. I gave Brian the information he requested and he showed up about an hour later. He was very polite and did an excellent job, I thought the whole thing was going to cost at least twice as much as it did, especially being on a Sunday. I would highly recommend Jeff's Kitchen Bath & Beyond, until they prove otherwise, they are my plumber from now on.

I called three plumbers (all with "A" ratings) that I found on Angie's List. Out of the three I found Jeff to be the most responsive, personable, and helpful. I asked Jeff if he could find us a specific brand of water heater (the same one we had currently) because it seemed very reliable. Jeff told me he would call around and see what he could find and would call me back and let me know. Within an hour Jeff called to tell me he could indeed find it and gave me an estimate of $500-$550 on the cost plus install and could fit me in right away. I told Jeff I had to clear it with the "Boss" (the wife) before I could commit. After getting the approval I scheduled the appointment for Friday first thing in the morning (it was Wednesday when I spoke with Jeff). Brian showed up on Friday morning about 15min early, which was great for me, and got started right away. He was very professional and courteous. Within one hour, the old water heater was out, the new one in, and I had hot water running. Brian wrote up the bill and to my surprise it was a for the LOW end of the estimate! My only regret is that I didn't have cash on hand to tip him with. Overall, the experience was a really good one and best of all I believe that I have a reliable plumbing service I can call on 24/7. Thanks guys for the great service! I'll be calling you again...but hopefully not too soon!

After recently moving in to our home, noticed some minor plumbing work that needed done. Jeff answered all my questions, explained his prices and gave me an estimate over the phone. Very reasonable prices. Bobby came out on time, explained everything that was done, took time to answer my questions and even included my 10 year old son in "helping" take a hose off. Will definitely call again when I have a plumbing issue, and Jeff also recommended someone for me to do stucco repair. He knows other contractors in the area, if he can't do it himself. I greatly appreciate all he did.
Had a water leak on a Saturday night. I called several plumbers. One wanted to charge me $90 an hour to locate the leak. The others never called me back. I called Jeff and he answered the phone! He was shopping with his family, but said he would be over asap. He was able to find the leak in just a couple of minutes, unfortunately for me it was a slab leak. He went over the options with me and we found the solution that was best for us. He left and never asked me for a dime!! (most impressive) He also called Damage Control, who was in my house the very next morning with fans and dehumidifiers to dry everything.Jeff re-arranged his Monday schedule and was able to re-pipe the entire house in one day. We did discover the next day that our shower head was leaking and they came over immediately and fixed it. (Often debris gets into the fixtures) So rest assured if you need anything after the job is completed they will still be around to fix it. Jeff and his crew are honest people doing an honest days work. Note to people like me who are clueless about this stuff: Drywall dust is extremely messy so cover what you can. Also, be sure to change your a/c filter after this is done because it will be completely clogged.
Description of Work: Found water leak at no charge on a Saturday night!. Re-plumbed the entire house in one day.Crew was prompt, professional, and honest.Call Jeff, save yourself the time and frustration of calling OTHER plumbers who over charge and don't return phone calls.

I hired a plumber to move my shower drain, the toilet and install a shower pan liner. He did all of that but he wanted almost $500 to install the shower valved. I started looking on Angie's list and found Jeff's Kitchen, Bath and beyond. I called him and told him I needed two shower faucets installed. He told me about a local warehouse and told me to get his pricing on what we needed and he quoted me a price for doing the job. As it turns out, the shower faucet we picked had 2 body sprays with it which normally adds to the cost of installation but Jeff honored his original quote and showed up when he said he would. Integrity and honesty are good business traits to have. I will use Jeff's plumbing for all of my plumbing needs from now on.
Description of Work: Jeff did an excellent job. He showed up on time and, when he realized that he underbid the job due to me having 2 shower body sprays, he honored his original price. The only extra charge was for materials. Jeff will be my family's new plumber from now on.

Called provider after 5 PM for emergency service - I'd had to shut off the water to the house due to a broken pipe where an outdoor faucet had snapped off. Jeff could not come out then but promised to be here at 8 AM the next day and he was! He and Brian looked at the problem, explained that they could fix it or if it was not used much they could cap it off for less. They capped it off in less than 15 minutes and turned my water back on. Jeff also educated me on the various water cut offs for my house.

I called on Monday, Jeff answered the phone personally, gave me an overview of the what they would do and sent out his guy that afternoon. Bobby, performed a walkthrough of the house and clearly explained the process to me, told me to what to expect and not to expect. For example: I have very old faucets in one of my baths with integrated copper piping. They warned me that they may not be salvageable and could leak. I was warned that cutting the drywall away would create dust, but they'd do their best to mitigate it. I was warned that there would be holes and that the drywall guys would come the next day. I was told they used Bow brand PEX piping and brass fittings. The work is warranted for 5 years, parts 25 years through the manufacturer. I agreed to execute on the estimate. They came two days later, first thing in the morning. The team that came out include Jeff, and three other guys. Each of them were completely courteous, respectful and exceeded my expectations in all areas. In less that 7 hours they had completed the job. They air pressure tested my system to 120psi and showed me that it held air for 15 minutes. Jeff arranged the drywall crew to come the next morning. They did so, and also exceeded my expectations. I couldn't be more happy with the quality of service, workmanship and courteous interaction.
Description of Work: I have a home built in the mid-eighties which was plumbed with copper. The copper is old, Chinese made, and I had my second leak. USHAC gave me an estimate to fix it, but recommended re-plumbing the house. They estimated re-plumbing as well. In speaking with a few neighbors, Jeff's Kitchen Bath and Beyond came highly recommended. Jeff's K,B, and B completed a re-plumbing of all water supply lines throughout my 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home.

Jeff's Kitchen Bath and Beyond! Why do we LOVE thee? Let us count the reasons!! 1. When Bobby, the plumber assigned to our job, was going to be a bit late, he called us and let us know ahead of time. He was only a few minutes late. 2. We thought we had a cracked pipe in our toilet, however Bobby found the real reason, a deteriorated gasket, and quickly replaced it eliminating our "toilet waterfall." 3. Bobby then checked the other toilet in our home and found no problems. 4. By this time, Bobby's friendly, positive and energizing personality and his fast efficient repair of the toilet had convinced us that we wanted to have Jeff's Kitchen Bath and Beyond do ALL of our plumbing jobs. So, we inquired about having our kitchen sink, replaced, new counters installed in the kitchen and new tub and tile installed in the hall bath. Bobby told us that his company could do all the plumbing and that the counter and tile work would be done by folks they could highly recommend. AND all work would be done by local professionals. Since we love our town of Oviedo and want to see it prosper, we are ecstatic! 5. The original quote for the job was $80.00. All other quotes from other plumbers were upwards of $125.00. 6. Instead of the $80.00 we were originally quoted, Bobby TOLD us there was a price reduction for first time customers. (Bobby did NOT have to tell us that! ) This repair cost us $60.00 instead of the original $80.00, which for us "old folks" with one of us retired and the other about to go into retirement, means a lot. 7. Bobby chatted with us a bit at the end of the service call and when he left, he left behind two people who were much much happier than before his arrival due to his friendliness, honesty and huge smile! Those are the reasons we LOVE Jeff's Kitchen Bath and Beyond and will use them for all our plumbing needs and highly recommend them to any and all who will listen to us as we sing their praises.
Description of Work: Toilet developed a "waterfall" of clean water from the bottom of the tank each time the toilet was flushed. A rubber gasket was replaced. Also, the second toilet was checked for possible problems and none were found.

Overall, I was very pleased with the response time from the time I placed the phone call. I called a Sunday, in desperation, and he was able to come to my home the very next day. In addition, the price was very fair. I am very pleased with Mr Jeff's team and professional work. I would definitely used them again, and recommend him to all my friends & neighbors.
Description of Work: I specifically called to have my toilet fixed. However, he went beyond just fixing the toilet that was plugged. After fixing the troubled toilet he also made sure that the other toilet was functioning well. In addition, he took a look at my washer's hot water hose, after explaining I wasn't getting hot water. He fixed both.

We were thinking of moving a washer and dryer from the second floor laundry room to the garage. The house is new, a model home and the washer and dryer are also new. Jeff looked over the entire situation and advised us that there was no need to go through the expense of relocating the machines. He easily could have convinced us to do something, either a relatively inexpensive fix if the drain was correct, up to a full procedure. He did neither, but he did walk us through every scenario and suggested a simple clip which would give us peace of mind. He even gave us the clip. As a bonus, he noticed a possible defective installation on the gas water heater. Jeff refused to charge us anything and told us to call him if we needed anything else. Jeff and Brian are a first class duo. We highly recommend him and will not hesitate to call him in the future

After subsequent leaks in the copper pipes in my 60 year old home, I decided it was time for a total house re-plumb. I called Jeff's Kitchen and Bath after watching the YouTube video on their site. My intuition was saying, "yes!".Brian came out to do the estimate and he was VERY friendly and professional. He assessed the situation and explained the entire process to me in detail. He probably spent a good 30-45 minutes with me and answered ALL of my questions. After getting 3 other estimates there was no question as to whom I was going to hire... I called Brian and told him I wanted them to complete the job.Brian, Bobby and Mike were at my home promptly on the morning scheduled. They got to work right away and after a difficult days work (because my house is built like Fort Knox; concrete block and built in 1952) they wrapped it all up by 5:00pm and I had a brand new pipe system! No more leaky copper pipes! Best of all, their dry wall partner was in the neighborhood and made himself available to finish the work that evening! The entire job was completed in ONE DAY! Amazing... I would recommend this company to anyone seeking this type of work, they are full of integrity and true to their word. Jeff's Kitchen and Bath will be the company I call from now all for all of my plumbing needs.

We are totally satisfied with the work and the cost. Bobby was very friendly and easy to talk to - very informative throughout the process. Our house was built in 1980 and has the original copper piping - we'd done some research as had heard many stories about repiping in FL. Had even gotten an estimate about four years ago from another contractor. Discussed the process with Bobby - he explained it very clearly. Requested an estimate - it was very competitive and we plan on scheduling the work in the near future. We were very happy to hook up with this small, independent business - always our preference. Found them to be very honest and professiona and the pricing very fair for the work done.
Description of Work: Called Jeff for a suspected leak at a faucet on the exterior of the house. He told me he'd have someone there within 2 hours (even tho' we live just outside his normal service area). Bobby arrived within the time stated. My husband, John, told him what he had tried to do to locate and remedy the problem with no success. They examined the faucet and agreed the leak was inside the wall and it would be necessary to break into the brick to access the area and locate the leak. Bobby looked up their pricing for this type of leak and told us it would be between $175 and $200. We told him to go ahead with the repair. When he'd created a small opening he showed John were there was water shooting into the house under the tub in the adjoining bathroom. Told John it would be necessary to make the hole larger to access the pipes and make the needed repairs and that the price would be $200. John gave the go-ahead - once Bobby had opened it up and removed the faucet, hose bib and piping he showed us the leak was due to the hose bib not being seated properly (due to a prior repair). Completed the repair and said it would be a good idea to run a fan directed into the interior for a couple of days to guard against formation of mold before we had the brickwork repaired.

I needed some valves replaced under the laundry room sink along with the installation of an in-line walter filter in preparation for a refrigerator delivery over the weekend. I spoke with Jeff and he arranged a service call for the following morning with Bobby who cheerfully maneuvered the cramped space in my laundry room and did a thorough, leak free job. In addition, an exisiting stripped out tub and shower faucet needed replacing. Despite the unusual original placement of pipes when the home was built, Bobby managed to complete the installation. I'm looking forward to filling the tub with bubbles and taking a nice, long soak!
Description of Work: Cut out old cold water angle stop under laundry sink and replace with new two new angle stops; one for laundry sink where the valve had broken off and the other for a refrigerator water line. Called at noon, came home at 4pm and repairs were almost done! Now tub fills only with clean water, shower drains, both toilets dump into the sewer. They also rearranged the innards so that toilet now functions! I'm extremely happy!!!! Company certainly does not drag its feet . I'm so happy to have found someone for all my plumbing needs! Thanks, guys!!

As you can see Jeff and Brian were here the day after Christmas at the appointed time. And as you can see I gave them straight A's and was glad to do it. They were polite, quick, clean and knew exactly what they were doing. I am so glad I called them and will definitely use them again. I had questions about other plumbing ideas I would like to do in the condo and Jeff was honest about how to go about doing them and what he could do to help. He also suggested alternate way to help save me some money. It was so nice to find an honest person and one that I felt I could trust. Hope you call Jeff with your plumbing problems and ideas
Description of Work: Jeff and Brian cleaned out a tub drain that should have been done over a year ago! They also replaced the insides of both toilets and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left.
