Called and spoke to the owner about problems with two of my bathroom toilet not flushing properly. I explained that I also had two bathroom faucets that were leaking as well. Jeff was able to give me an estimate for the toilets over the phone and explained that the technician would give me an estimate once it was determined what was wrong with the faucets. The technician arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He confirmed the estimate for the toilets and was able to let me know the additional cost of the faucets after he looked at them. The technician had everything he needed and was able to finish the job in less than an hour. Everything works great!
Description of Work: Had two toilet not flushing properly (had to hold down handle on one toilet and reset the handle on the other toilet). Had two Delta bathroom faucets that were dripping.

Went very smooth. Jeff was very nice on the phone answering all questions and even after everything was done he still was very nice answering my phone calls and questions about stuff. Guys came and worked very fast and got it done in a timely clean matter. Dropped all my hose lines on exterior of house where i wanted them. Cleaned up after them selves well and cut only drywall where was necessary. Explained everything as they did it and afterwords when they were done. Overally great experience and would recommend them to anyone.

On Monday 3/11/13 Brian, Paul and Dustin did a great job re-piping our 2 story home. The biggest issue with re-piping a house is, in most cases, the new pipes are generally run through the attic which makes everything very hot. Thanks to the experience of these guys they were able to run everything through the floor joists and 1st floor walls. We ended up with a lot of holes in the ceiling and walls but that was a small price to pay to not have the pipes run through the attic. On Tuesday 3/12/13 Amir showed up to repair the holes made the day before. He repair work was top notch as well, you can't hardly tell where the holes were. All work was completed in the time frame promised and they did a good job cleaning up after themselves.

Jeff answered the phone when I called and immediately set up an appointment for later in the week, and even offered to send someone out that same day. Bobby, the tech who came to fix the drain, was prompt, knowledgeable, efficient and polite, and very professional. He fixed the problem and even explained what tools we could buy in order to fix future problems ourselves. Total cost was $40 less than Jeff's estimate. Highly recommend Jeff's and we will keep them in mind for future jobs of any size!

It could not have gone better. They arrived at the time that was quoted us and installed the garbage disposal without any problems.
Description of Work: They replaced our current garbage disposal with the one we purchased from Home Depot. They replaced it without any problems and their labor rate was lower than other estimates we received. In addition they made us aware of an electrical problem and we were able to get an Electrician out that same day to fix that problem. We will definitely use them again.

Hello, I'm sorry to hear you were not pleased with the toilet handle. We have been installing the "pro delux" handles for many years and have had great results with them. If you feel you'd like to have another handle installed feel free to call us @407-968-1801 and we would be happy to replace it. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Jeff Wines "Owner"

I wish my experience had matched those of the members who awarded an overall A grade to Jeff's Kitchen Bath & Beyond. Unfortunately it didn't. To Jeff Wines' credit, he quickly worked to remedy two problems, and followed up with calls to be sure I was satisfied at last. The two problems: Several hours after Jeff's crew finished their work, there was a flood. A new supply line to the utility sink in my indoor utility room came loose, spewing water for about 30 minutes until it was discovered. Fortunately we heard the leak before the flood spread beyond the utility room. Using a dozen towels we cleaned up the mess without much problem. In truth, we escaped a disaster: The leak began at an hour when we usually have retired for the evening. On a typical night, the leak wouldn't have been found until the morning, at which point the flood would have spread to much of the house and the damage would have been much worse. Luckily, on this night my fiancee came in late from a evening spent with friends. She heard the water spewing as soon as she stepped into the house. The crew's cleanup was sloppy and haphazard. Abandoned on one side of the house were two uncut lengths of piping, lying on the grass near a utility shovel, which was also left behind. Another length of pipe was left on the pool deck, sticking out from under the house, and yet another piece of pipe was found in the back yard. Scattered in the front yard and driveway were found six or eight small pieces of pipe that had been trimmed. They were joined by two saw blades, two empty plastic packets and a towel. Inside the house they left a roll of blue tape and a plastic bag of plumbing supplies. Back in the front yard, a hole that had been dug to allow access to a supply line was left unfilled. Jeff sent the leader of the crew back to my house the following morning to repair the leak and finish the cleanup, the latter of which was easy because I had gathered everything while my making my own inspection. The worker was earnest and full of apologies. Apologies are fine, but I expect professionals to work with precision and the utmost care, and to clean up thoroughly when the job is complete. Jeff's workers failed on those counts, unfortunately.
Description of Work: My 2500 sf house was repiped in order to get rid of the polybutylene plumbing that has been banned since 1996. That involved the plumbing crew cutting 7 holes in walls and spending 2 hours at work in the crawl space to run new pipes. Overall the job took 3 workers about 11 hours to complete in one day. The work was required by my new homeowners insurance company. (Just my luck: The plumbing had been redone by previous owners in 1995, the year before polybutylene was outlawed. Just my luck 2: The inspector I hired before buying the house in 2004 failed to notice the presence of the polybutylene. If he had noticed I would have required the sellers to pay for the repiping. But that's water under the house, so to speak.)

Our home was built 1962 with galvanized water main from street to copper pipe in home. We discovered an under slab leak in our hall bathroom. Called on a Sunday and left message and the owner returned my call and scheduled appointment next day. I was very impressed as he was out with his family. Their estimator, Marshall, provided me quote and scheduled for Friday morning re-plumb, A team of 5 workers arrived and started about 9 am and completed job by 3 pm. Everyone professional and friendly. Workers cleaned up after job satisfactorily. Drywall repair was scheduled for following Monday and they arrived about 8:30 am and finished by 1:00 pm. Again workers were very professional and courteous. We had about 30 holes in 5 different rooms, and best drywall repair job I have ever seen. I highly recommend this company for all plumbing, and especially whole house re-plumbing. I will continue to use them and recommend them for plumbing jobs.

I contacted Jeff hoping that he worked outside of the counties he had listed if the job was big enough, I had read the other reviews and was impressed. Jeff called me back the next morning at opening of business and after a few questions gave me a soft estimate of 2400~2900. That sounded like a great price so I went ahead and scheduled for the install 2 days later. I arrived at the property at 8:30 (time of appt) and one of the plumbers had already arrived. Unfortunately the other two plumbers got a little lost on the way and arrived about 45 min later, these things happen. The gentleman that was there took that time to walk me through what was going to happen and firm up the estimate that Jeff had given me, which surprise of surprises was 2420! This included the re-pipe, a water heater (installed) and the drywall repairs needed after the re-pipe. Once everyone was on scene they started to work, and were neat and professional as they went about it. All three of the plumbers were very personable. The house is on a crawl space which at once point they had to do a bit of tunneling to get to the far corner to pipe the washer and the hose bib on the far side of the house. Everything was done around 5:00 and they gave me directions that should anything start to leak give a call and they would be out to fix it. Well, about 30 min after they left the connections under the kitchen sink began to drip :o\ a quick call later I was on the phone with the plumber who assured me the leak was the connection to the pre-existing faucet supply lines, I turned off the valves and he came out the next day and replaced those lines (I had bought new ones but he told me to return them and made me ones for free!) The next day a separate crew (contracted by Jeff's KB&B) came out to patch all the drywall that had to be removed the day before, they lived up to the praise of the plumbers and everything looked good as new (minus paint of course) when they were done, took about 2 hours and they even patched another large hole in my plaster that was pre-existing, free of charge! I couldn't be happier with the service I received start to finish.

We called because we had a leak in an upstairs bath. We had determined that it was probably a leaky valve that was accumulating water behind the face plate. The valve was replaced and no other cause for the leak could be found. Provider was prompt and polite and helped us order parts for another problem shower. We had the provider return because the water was no longer gettting as hot as previously or as compared to the other showers in the house. He was unable to solve the issue. We later did an adjustment ourselves to the valve to fix issue. I had indicated both times during the service and in a phone call to the owner that I was interested in getting a quote for plumbing in a new bath and asked the owner to call to arrange an appointment but he never followed up.

Excellent. Jeff was coming by to give an estimate on a toilet that was improperly installed by a big box plumber. He solve the problem instead of giving an estimate and also checked for a leak on a newly installed garbage disposal. He dod not charge us. He said he was on his way home and we were on his way so no service call and spent ony a few minutes. He is not only an expert, but honest; a refreshing change from most of the trades we find.

everything about our experience with Jeff's Kitchen and Plumbing was top notch. When I first called, Jeff himself answered the phone. He could have had someone out there that same day even for a non-emergency call. I scheduled someone to come out the following day and Marshall came out exactly at the time he was scheduled for. He was professional and courteous. In about 30 minutes, he had the old faucet removed and the new one installed. We had to change the compression valves for washer water points because they were leaking. After doing some research we called Jeff. Jeff sent Bobby to take a look. Bobby offered two options either to change compression valve so there is no cutting of pipes. Option number 2 was to cut pipes and drywall and install new valves and adapters. After discussing with Bobby,we decided to get the same compression valves to replace them first so that there are fewer cuts/connections and fewer opportunities for leaks. He said it will take some time to find the exact valves. There was no communication for 3-4 days when we called Jeff, he said unfortunately, he was unable to find valves and they have to cut the pipes and drywall. But would not give us a day when when he will come to do the job . Finally after three days when we told him that we had to move into the house he sent Bobby again. The technician Bobby came and said he had to cut the pipes and make all new connections because he couldn't find the same valves. This is in the laundry room where washer is connected. We have 1 hot water pipe/valve and another for the cold water, both go into the washer. Between them is a drain pipe. The drain pipe is for the dirty water to drain out of the washer. There is a brass adapter at the top of each water valve attached with a ring. What he did was cut the cold pipes top , but he did not keep his hand on the adapter and nut and they fell into the drain pipe. He did not realize that I was standing behind him watching. When he cut the other one(hot water) he held it and caught it. He continued on with his work like nothing happened. When I asked him to get the things out of the drain pipe that fell in, he was at first shocked, but then he assured me that it would not cause a problem. I insisted and made him try get the adapter (which is quite large) and nut out of the drain pipe. He tried to fish it out, unsuccessfully, and then called his boss. Jeff advised Bobby to cut most of the drywall all the way to the floor, then cut the drain pipe, and get it out, then replace the drain pipe. When I asked about the drywall repair, I was told that it was my responsibility to get the drywall repaired. Then when they came to know I was not willing to pay for the dry wall repair, Bobby called Jeff again and he assured me that the adapter will just flush out on it own or even if it stays there it wont be a problem. He tried to offer me a warranty of 6 months in return. Bobby continued on and started gluing a pipe; even though I asked him to stop, he did not stop. He said he was putting in connectors where cuts were made. I asked him to please stop so I could show it to my husband. Then he stopped; when he left, I took the brass adapter and nut (the duplicate one from hot water pipe) to Home Depot and showed it to someone there in plumbing department. He agreed that the adapter and nut would not flush out and will eventually clog the drain pipe. I went to 3 other hardware stores and tried to find something to fish out the adapter and those people also confirmed that it would eventually clog and cause problems if it wasn't removed. They said that Jeff should take responsibility and that his offer of a warranty was just a way for him to try to cover himself. My husband spoke with Jeff and he was actually angry with us! He said that I made his plumber stop working. Now we are left without washer connected to water supply and a big piece of metal chunk in our drain line which will definitely clog over a period of time. If this is not removed, it could possibly flood and ruin everything, including our hardwood floors. I have lost faith in this contractor, I get the feeling they're lying a lot. First of all they were aware I was watching when he first dropped the adapter in the drain pipe in the first place and I don't think he was planning on telling me. Jeff keeps lying that if it is left there it wont be a problem and also it might drain out on its own which is contrary to what ever other expert tells me. We have been stranded now without water for the last 7 or 8 days with our children in this new home we are about to move in.

Well I'm never happy to have a negative review. We tried to meet your request to find comperssion valves as you didn't want us to cut your walls to replace said laundry valves on the first trip to your home. My plumber and I both looked at a few supply houses trying to locate the valves as yours have a fine thread and all the valves we found were a larger thread and would not seal correctly and this process did take a few days. I should have done a better job keeping in contact with you during that time. On the second trip to your home as my Plumber was cutting the pipe and a small piece of 1/2" cpvc pipe with a small nut on it did in fact fall into a 2" laundry drain. My Plumber called me right away and asked what the best way to get it out of the drain would be. I talked it over with him giving him a few options "which none of them worked" as your pipe has 2, 45 bends in the pipe before the trap. I assuered my Plumber and the lady of the house that it was such a small piece of pipe that it would not be a issue and that's why I was willing to give a 6 month warranty. I most certainly was not trying to get out of anything. I was trying to guarantee the drain for your piece of mind. That's when you stopped my plumber for a 2nd time not letting us finish your work. The following day your husband called saying he was ok with the drain issue and we could come back NOW and finish the job. I already had jobs scheduled and told him we could not get to it NOW and that's when I feel I was less than a professional and did get a bit irritated on the phone. For that I apologize. I then tried to call your husband back and set up a time to get my Plumber back and no one returned my call. I then had my Plumber try to reach you over the next 2 days to finish your job to no avail. I guess the only up side to this for you is that you have not been billed one dollar from my compay for the hours spent at your home or trying to find your parts. I also would never have myself or one of my Plumbers not be totally honest with anyone we come into contact with. I believe there is no more important thing in any business than integrity. I also don't feel that the so called "Plumbing experts" at a hard wear store could clean a drain or know what will block a drain unless they have been a true Plumber and not only worked in the Plumbing department of Lowes. We appreciate any feed back we get from our customers. We use this as a learning tool to better serve our customers

The first visit, the faucet was replaced quickly and efficiently. The rep was on time and personable. The toilet required a part to be ordered, which the rep took care of while at my home. When the part came in, I re-contacted Jeff's and within a few days a second rep came and made the necessary repair. In both cases, these plumbers were friendly and professional. They arrived within the time frame given, and I was very satisfied with the quality of their work. I would definitely use Jeff's Kitchen Bath and Beyond again.
