Jeff's Kitchen Bath & Beyond

I called Jeff regarding installation of a new garbage disposal and kitchen faucet. He recommended it would be more economical if I purchased the items, rather than him. He suggested brands for each. I compared prices from Lowes and Home Depot and found better deals for the same brands on Amazon.com. Once I received the items I called Jeff and set up an appointment. He sent out Ed and Dustin who arrived on time. They did the installations in about 2 hours. The fee was $185, but with the 10% first visit discount and 5% senior discount, I ended up paying $157. However, after everything worked like a charm, 2 days later something went wrong with the disposal. It sounded like something was caught inside.I looked and saw nothing. I called Jeff and he sent the guys out, again. Ed saw nothing inside the disposal either. He put a bunch of ice down the drain and the noise stopped!! Now the drain works perfectly! I had to pay for the visit since as far as anyone could tell, the noise was not due to anything the guys did during the installation. The service call was $65 minus senior discount. So, unfortunately, any savings was negated by the second service call. But, overall, I was pleased with the work and the workers, and would recommend Jeff's Kitchen Bath and Beyond.

Jeff's Kitchen Bath and Beyond has the best customer service I have ever encountered from any company. I have had them come out before for service, and they continue to surprise me with their knowledge of plumbing systems and their professionalism. Their prices are completely appropriate for their services they provide. I highly recommend Jeff's to anyone that needs anything done to their plumbing!

Great experience. Guy on the phone was nice. They came the next day. They were on time. He fixed everything and the price was extremely reasonable. Highly recommend.

It went fine. They did a good job. He was right on top of it and I can't complain. There were minor thing we had and they took care of it right away. You can't ask a whole lot than that.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did what I needed to get done. They showed up, they did it and they left. I didn't compare their prices. I imagine they were what everybody would charge. The spigots work. There wasn't a lot to it. I don't know if I would use them again.

The representative was very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional the entire time he was here. He explained what the problem was, and what he was doing to fix it. Additionally, they give seniors 10% off the total bill. Great service all around.

Both the person I spoke with on the phone and the plumber who came to the house were very nice. The toilets are quiet again and they put on seals that will do much better than the original ones that came with the house. I am very happy with the service!.

We got new counter tops installed in a kitchen remodel we were doing. The counter tops include a new sink which was going to need some re-working of the drain pipes. I called Jeff's company on a Wednesday ( I was having the granite installed on Thursday) and he was able to give me a quote over the phone and be out on Friday which was perfect. I called and compared several other companies and Jeff's price was the best and had the most reviews on Angie list. His plumber was punctual and did a stellar job. There was a lot more work then I had envisioned in re-installing the sink and ended up putting in all new drain lines under the sink and fixing a leaky dishwasher connection. Everything was cleaned up when he left and you could not even tell that he had been there. I will definitely use this company in the future.

I called Jeff on Wednesday and he told me to buy a new faucet of a good quality/brand name and then call him back the next day. So, Hubby & I (and my 8 year old service dog and 1 year old service dog puppy) went out to Lowe's to purchase the new faucet. (As usual, with service dogs along for the ride, the task takes a bit longer because people want to meet the dogs and are always curious with questions). The next morning, I called Jeff - he said he would send Marshall out between 1 & 3 pm which was great! Marshall arrived on time and was very friendly and calm around the dogs. After their initial happy tail wagging greeting, they chilled out while Marshall took care of job in the kitchen. When he was finished, I had a new working faucet without any mess - he took care of everything. He also told me information that I was not aware of about the warranty so that was a plus, too! Thanks so much to Jeff and Marshall - life at the kitchen sink went back to normal....ahhhh.... When you move to a new area, you aren't always sure of where to turn for help. The price was very reasonable. I used them in November. We found out the kitchen sink was connected to my master bath shower. This made no sense. After they fixed that I had much better pressure in my master bath shower, I was very appreciative. They were very good on costs. It was very good. It was Sear's home repair that recommended them. I also saw them on Angie's list.

The guest bathroom shower had only two temperatures of hot and scalding and then wouldn't turn off. Jeff explained what the problem could be and how much it would cost prior to doing any work and warned that he would possibly have to go out for parts if the initial fix didn't work. Luckily the first fix worked and he had the 2 small parts available. He explained the temperature controls of the shower and why we had the issue. He cleaned up the work area when he was finished. I would use Jeff again in a heartbeat.

Arrived when scheduled, preformed work as needed, no problems since.

When I first called I left a message and Jeff called back within 5 minutes We set up the appointment....I mentioned I had a coupon and that I found him on Angie's list....which got me an additional break. Plumber called when he was on the way.

As my husband was prepping our lawn for resodding this morning, he accidentally cracked the main water line going into our house. Terrible, esp as we have my son's prom tonight, and my other son and I are attending a big fundraiser tonight! we immediately came to Angie's List and called several. One gave us an estimate of over $500...we choked at that! But it's Saturday, and we figured we'd get taken to the cleaners by somebody. :-( Anyway, we noticed Jeff's Kitchen Bath and Beyond had a zillion good reviews here, so we called him. As a small business person myself, I was stunned when his voicemail said, "Leave a message and I'll call you within 15 min." What? Seriously? I'm gonna test this guy out. I called at 12:30pm and sure enough, 13 min later, Jeff calls me! Amazing! Gave the phone to my husband, and he was impressed with Jeff's knowledge and pricing. Jeff sent a guy out within 2 hours (awesome!) and he did a fantastic job. It wasn't the quick easy fix we'd expected, so we were really glad to have someone who knew what they were doing! It got all fixed in time for my son's prom and so I could get ready for our big fundraiser tonight. Jeff, you exceeded our expectations today. Great job! HIGHLY recommend!

They told me that they can easily replace the faucet but the problem was my faucet was rusted so it took them four hours to do the work. However, their charge was consistent and I was really impressed since I know it was not an easy job.

Located the leak in the attic in no time, replace the joint that was leaking and didn't take much time at all!

Owner of business is caring and responsive. Employee of company arrived on time, introduced himself and began to perform work. Unfortunately, he did not voluntarily explain the install procedure and I had to ask him what and how the installation is to be performed. Removed old water heater, installed new water heater. Installer provided incorrect information regarding the water heater gallon size installed and removed all copper piping from previous water heater to resell. Product is performing well after one month.

I am exceptionally pleased with my repipe. I called Jeff to have him come out and quote a repipe as the old CPVC in my home was becoming brittle and I wanted to replace it with PEX. Jeff was on-time for the quote (which took all of five minutes; I have a small-ish home) and said he'd be able to have his team out the next day if I'd like. After checking in with some of the other companies on angieslist, I decided to go with Jeff's as they we less expensive than the competition. I spoke with Jeff over the phone to arrange the date and also to inquire about installing two toilets during the repipe. He said his team would take care of it at no charge; needless to say I was thrilled at that! On the day of the repipe, a team of three gentlemen, led by Brian, did the work over about 7 hours. Afterwards Brian took me around and showed me each area of work, all of which look phenomenal. He even went so far as to install two new shutoff valves between the inlets and water heater so that in the event I ever need to change it, I don't have to shut off the water for the whole house! His team was prompt, courteous, professional and exceedingly neat. He also informed me that the drywall repair would be billed separately and taken care of the next day by a different company: This is done to ensure that they aren't gouging for the drywall repair after quoting low on the repipe. The repairs took about 2 hours and are indistinguishable from the areas where there was no work done. I'd highly recommend Jeff and his team to anyone looking to repipe their home.

Paul was the licensed plumber that came out. Removed the old unit and replaced the old valves. He arrived at the correct scheduled time and place. He was very neat and did a very thorough job and went above and beyond. He requested my input. He worked quickly and efficiently. Anyone who needs a plumber should give them a call. I was very pleased with this experience. I would reccomend them without hesitation.

Paul and Dustin worked very hard, were extremely professional and efficient, and could not have been more courteous. Great job and great experience.

We had bad experiences with 2 plumbers and were in desperate need of help!! Marshall came out and fixed the problem in a few hours! He was very knowledgeable and courteous!! We were so pleased, we had him come back the next week to do some more work. I would highly recommend Jeff's KB&B!!

I called Jeff's kitchen Bath & Beyond on Friday, April 5, 2013. I informed Jeff that this was small job, replacing two filters, which normally is easily performed by the home owner. Jeff sent out a plumber (Paul) on Monday at 8 AM. Paul was punctual, courteous and responsive to my many questions. He showed me how to relieve the housing pressure prior to unscrewing it from the system. It took Paul about 15 - 20 minutes to complete the job. He wiped out the housing, replaced the filters, checked for leaks, and flushed out the system. While he was there I inquired the water heater. He looked it over, found no problems, but connected it up with a hose and flushed out the water heater anyway at no additional cost to me. I rate my experience with this contractor an A.
