The plumber was Sam, and he was very courteous and professional. With regards to the broken valves in my manabloc he offered me several options to alleviate the situation. He worked quickly to troubleshoot the problems while always explaining to me what he was doing and why. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs. I initially contacted this company due to the consistently high ratings and recommendations I found on Angie's List. I'm glad to add my review to the list.

Delivered and installed a new bathtub. Jeff helped me by installing the new bathtub while I was remodeling my bathroom. They minimized the holes in the wall necessary for installation. They were very neat, respectful, worked quickly and cleaned up after the job. They were actually 2 hours early for the appointment, and since I wasn't home, they came back right at the appointed time. Jeff also helped me get the best price on a good bathtub. Very professional group to work with.

I am remodeling my master bathroom and had removed the bath tub. I needed to have the water lines caped since I was not replacing it but instead making the shower stall larger. When Rick arrived and I explained what I wanted done, he educated me on how to save $200 by doing the job differently and still accomplishing the same thing. I cant say enough about his professionalism and patience. I know that from now on, any plumbing work I need done, they are the go to guys. Sammy showed up on time, installed everything rather quickly with little trouble. He was in and out, also installed valve for new reverse osmosis system. Very nice and professional as is jeff too. Will use again due to excellent service and price.

Wow am I impressed! My kitchen drain was clogged 4 days before Christmas and I had all of my baking to do. In my book, that is an emergency! I had tried draino, baking soda and vinegar etc. Jeff returned my call within 5 minutes on a Saturday and then told me what to do over the phone to unclog my kitchen drain. He probably saved me $200.00! I will definitely call on him for our next plumbing issue. I am so thankful for you Jeff. Merry Christmas!

Called to make a non emergency service and found a polite, professional, and knowledgable person to answer my questions and make the appointment at a time convenient to me. Service called me to confirm and change the time which was good for me since the home was empty. He arrived and did a great job cleaning the line. He was clean and knowledgable about his craft. He clearly explained what he was going to do and very polite and treated me as a customer not someone bothering him, which has been a problem in the past with other plumbers.

I called Jeff at 7:00 p.m. expecting a return call in the morning. He returned my call immediately! He was very honest and told me I didn't need to replace my piping at this time, since I didn't have any issues with it. I appreciate his honesty, its a rare trait nowadays. I will highly recommend his services to anyone, I will definitely use him in the future for all my plumbing needs.

I called around lunchtime. By late afternoon Sammy had arrived to resolve the clog. He was courteous and knew exactly what needed to be done. The pipe was snaked and 5% senior discount was received. I would definitely use this service provider in the future.

They were on time for the evaluation and to execute the job. Their price was very competitive. They did the whole re-piping job in 1 day and this allowed me to continue with my schedule on other repairs. They had to cut some drywall to do their job; the next day, they were all fixed and you could not tell if there was a cut around. They offer me to install my water heater for free but I could not take advantage of this. Not changing water heater for now. Wonderful experience. I would recommend this company.

Contacted Jeff and made an appointment about a week in advance on my day off from work. Got a phone call early that morning advising they were running a little late and that the schedule to arrive would be a couple of hours prior to the scheduled time. No worries since I was home all day. Ed arrived as scheduled, went to look at the existing kitchen faucet and then brought in all of the tools he needed to remove and install a new kitchen faucet. Ed had to "retrofit" the connection to the faucet and it was not a standard fitting. All in all, Ed did a great job installing the new faucet. Ed was very professional and personable. Fully explained what the standard type of connection and the connection the home builder installed. Excellent job by Ed. The faucet is beautiful and no leakes, etc. Will definitely use the company again! Highly recommend!

We had a pipe leak and after reading about them on Angie's list I called. They had someone to my home in a couple of hours to take a look at the damage. They were able to fit us in within the week and re-piped the house in one day and had the drywall repair company out in another 36 hours. We had one issue with the original pipe layout and they came back on a Saturday to fix it. The entire crew were very polite, helpful, and professional. I would highly recommend them.

The work crews arrived when promised. Conducted work in a professional manner. charges were made per task, which me to have a good estimate of overall cost of services. There have been no issues as of this date. 10/23/13

Sammy was exactly on time for the job. He was very professional. He made every attempt to dislodge the toy from the toilet, but ended up having to remove it in order to solve the problem. Great service!

My definition of repiping - EVERY place that you access water in the home is reconnected to a new pipe. (May help readers realize how widespread this job is) Our house is 40 years old and the copper pipes in the concrete slab were leaking - you could hear the water running when no taps were on and no equipment was using water. Initially, Jeff, owner of Jeff's Kitchen Bath & Beyond, sent one of his employees, Nate, to assess the issue. Nate took the time to tell me what to expect and how to prepare for the repipe process. He had talked about clearing the areas to be worked in ahead of time. Jeff's speedy response on the phone and with his calendar was very reassuring; the job was scheduled in six days. When a cancellation arose he called and we agreed to get it moved ahead by a day. Even better! On the day of the repipe the lead worker, Sammy, arrived on time, introduced himself, and asked to walk through the house doing an eyes on assessment of where the work would be done - including below sinks, the walls which would be accessed, etc. The other two workers arrived within a few minutes after Sammy and introduced/greeted me. This whole team provided reassurance about the job they were going to do - open up walls, turn off the water at the main, thread pipe throughout the house and up into the attic - or in our case - moving through trusses, some of which were very small. They had all that was needed to make the connections - and worked well together. Communication was on target and professional. All three were working at different locations in the house and garage and then working together when/as needed. Pulling the flexible pipe up to the point of connecting in the attic, communicating, and getting things done continued. There was respect among the plumbers - if a question arose Sammy was the lead and they checked with him. To me this was a very big job and therefore, stressful. The team approach, their positive work attitude, and Jeff's quick response in scheduling did a lot to make me feel confidence in their effort as they worked. Another step in the process was to push air, from a compressor, through the connected new system before water was run through the system. This was a great way to check for leaks. The air is pushed into the system which was closed at the turn off valves at each place you would use water - laundry, showers/tubs, sinks, dishwasher, etc. The pressure is viewed on a meter for 10 minutes. If there is a leak the pressure will go down. We had 0 leaks. Whew! Cleaning up after they worked in each area was ongoing and that included the dust created from the wall cuts. Everyone did their part. This meant much less tracking of the sheetrock dust throughout the house. Later in the afternoon the wall repair lead, Ed, stopped by to check on the volume of work needed for the final part of a repipe; patching the holes. Sammy's eyes on the entire job, meant his ability in determining the locations of the wall and tile cuts was well designed. In my bathroom he had been able to do the connections for the shower without cutting tile. That night Ed called to schedule his visit for repair the next day; again, the assurance that the job was in good hands. Thank you, Jeff, Sam, Nate, Dustin, and Ed. Great job!

Spoke with John on the phone and set up appointment for service. Nate arrived on time and was very pleasant and acted in a professional manner. He quickly and efficently repaired the toilet.

Honesty and professionalism: That's what I got from Jeff. He is such a great guy. I had a leak from the upstairs bath into my kitchen. But of course, when he came the leak didn't happen. He told me what to watch for when it happens again. He give me a quote on installing a water softener system as well and took a quick look at my dishwasher. I paid 0 dollars! I like that he was honest with me and gave me good tips on the options I am making (buying water softener, watching for leaks) I would totally hire them for any plumbing issues in my house.
