Jeff's Kitchen Bath & Beyond

Jeff himself came out on a very short notice. I had partially removed the old faucet and could not get the rest removed. Jeff removed the old faucet and tried to install the new one, which turned out to be defective. Before leaving Jeff checked out a small leak on the bathroom sink which he fixed, he left without charging and Jeff arranged for one of his plumbers to come by the following day. Next day I exchanged the faucet and had it installed by another one of JKB&B plumbers. They were courteous, punctual and professional. Total charge reflects both visits and from previous plumber experience I thought it was very descent of him not to charge me extra for both visits. Yes I would recommend him and use his services again.

Up to this point, he was great. However, he then informed us that the two water heaters "were too old to flush and clean out" and that servicing them might actually cause problems. The heaters are working perfectly and I have never heard that you cant service heaters this age. Also, if that is the case, they should have asked how old they were before making the appointment as that was one of the main reasons why we bought the service. Then, the real issue. We had just received a notice from the county informing us that we needed to install a "Backflow Prevention Assembly" on our property. This is a code requirement for all homes with wells. We asked Sammy if he could do it and for a price quote. He quoted us a price of $750 and showed us where he would install it. Fortunately, before moving forward, I called the county recommended installer and he quoted me a price of $365 for the work. It was literally less than half of what Sammy quoted us. In addition, when they came to do the installation, that company said that if would not have met county code if it were installed where Sammy had mentioned. So, going with "Jeff's Kitchen and Beyond' quote would have cost me an additional $385 and it would have been installed incorrectly. Overall, this quote and their not completing the water heater service makes them a "do not recommend"

We contacted Jeff the Friday before Easter at 9 p.m. with water dripping out of a light fixture in our kitchen, and a saturated ceiling. Despite the late hour, the fact that it was a Friday, AND the fact that it was a holiday weekend, he responded with in 10 minutes and had a technician, Nate, at our house within an hour. As we live in an old home (built in 1926), we anticipated the cost to be huge and the damage to be extensive. Jeff & his crew worked with us to make sure that neither was the case. With Nate's professional advice, we ultimately determined our best course of action would be to do a total re-plumb to avoid future leaks from our old, copper pipes. The process was quick and budget friendly for our family of four, including two young children. The team Jeff sent, which consisted of Nate, Dustin, and Mike, couldn't have been more friendly, professional, and efficient. They were in and out inside of 6 hours, and all we had to do was wait to have the walls patched up. They were very communicative and informative about every step of the process, anticipating the answers to questions before I even had the chance to think them up. They even tried to keep the noise down when I put my toddler down for a nap! My husband and I are incredibly impressed with the craftsmanship, the professionalism, the efficiency, and the overall friendly employees of Jeff's Kitchen, Bath and Beyond. Not to mention the incredible and surprisingly low price! We HIGHLY recommend them for any repair or improvement you're looking to make. We are considering remodeling one bathroom and adding another a few years down the road. They will be the first company we call! Thanks, Jeff and crew!!!

Yesterday I decided I'd had enough of whatever leak was occuring under my sink and hit www.angieslist.com to look for a good plumber. After a short time I decided to call Jeff, his reviews were great and he seemed reasonable. Best decision I could have made! He set up an appointment for the NEXT DAY at 10am and had Pedro, one of his friendly and very skilled plumbers out to check out my leak. Pedro was only here for about 10 minutes before he figured out that my garbage disposal wasn't working and it needed to be replaced - just $250 for parts and labor. I agreed and within 30 minutes he had installed it, showed me that it worked, and gave me some valuable advice on how to keep the moisture down in my kitchen. Everything was perfect about this service, they were very honest with what they could and couldn't accomplish and ended up fixing my kitchen!

I bought their Big Deal; they came out after two or three days after I purchased the Big Deal. They were honest about the pricing and what needed to be done.

Called for a price - the price was better than other estimate we received. Pedro came out the next day and did the work. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. After he left we noticed a leak in a shower faucet - he came back and corrected the leak and did not charge us extra. From the first person we talked to until the job was complete, we were very satisfied. We will use Jeff's Kitchen Bath and Beyond Plumbing in the future and would not hesitate to recommend this plumbing business to friends and family. Very, very satisfied from the quality of the work to the price.

They were fast, clean and efficient. I had used them to repipe my entire house in the past and will continue to refer them to other potential customers.

Jeff personally returned my call promptly. Although I sought 3 estimates, Jeff's was lowest by far. Not only did he understand the unique installation methods associated with a hybrid water heater installation, he had at least one installer who had extensive experience in their installation. The plumber (Sam) called to announce he was arriving ahead of schedule to make sure I was available. When he arrived, he was pleasant, well-groomed and efficient. He was done in an hour. He cleaned the area around the water heater, and removed the old heater and the new heater's carton. He spent time explaining the operation of the hybrid water heater, and gladly answered any questions I gave him. I would certainly use Jeff's Kitchen Bath & Beyond again. Thanks for a job well done!

It went well: they were on time, efficient and got the job done. We will use their service again should we need it.

I found them through Angie's list. The owner, Jeff was on time and handled the job professionally and quickly. I would highly recommend them and use them again.

We had used Jeff's plumbing service about two weeks ago by going on recommendations on Angies's List. They sent us Pedro who fixed our sink. He was really good, got the problem fixed quickly and cleaned up all the mess. So we decided to have other things fixed and we asked for Pedro again. He came out the same day, same great service and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company. We have put things off because we did not have a plumber, but now we do!

They sent Pedro and kindly told me he did have an accent although he did speak English. I had absolutely no trouble with communication. He evaluated the problem, discussed it with me and showed me the deteriorated equipment that was causing the leak. He even cleaned up the wet floor that I had prior to his work. Previously Brian had installed a water heater and disposal. I knew that they both really needed to be replaced. I had no problems with this equipment. I found the work excellent and Tina at the office got me their services really fast. Thanks Tina for being so nice!! Everyone was professional and also very nice!! I need a plumber again, back I go to this business. Thanks everyone for a job well done. I highly recommend this company!!!!!

I called this plumber after finding them here on angie's list. I left a voicemail and received a call back fairly quickly. The lady that answered was very nice took my information and called me back with appointments available in my area. We found an appointment that worked and scheduled. it out The appointment went well. The plumber was late but he did call multiple times to let us know. He offered options and we went with the cheaper one for the time being but plan on having them come back out when we remodel the bathroom to have the piping redone.

These guys were grade 'A' all the way from follow up to timeliness to quality and friendliness. I would call them again if I had any plumbing needs.

All went smoothly and efficient. I have no complaints.

They were very professional, prompt, so friendly, excellent at what they did, very informative from start to finish as there were no surprises after meeting with Brian about the job at the initial visit to the time he walked out the door that evening. They cleaned up after themselves and stayed until they made sure everything was up and running and all was well. Remember folks, when a problem such as this arises, try and not place the blame on the workers or plumbers that come to your home. I was in such a dilemma at the moment and not happy about what I had to have done in my home, but these guys were my heros not my enemies. Everything has been good with them. He is very responsive and calls me right back. Scheduling goes pretty good and works around my schedule. The results are excellent.

Plumber came way earlier than expected, which was okay except for the fact that he didn't phone before hand. Installed the toilet and fixed the hose bib quickly and was very professional.

He did a great job! I found his workers to be very professional. They were right on time with the timing estimate. They got a majority of the work done in one day and came back to finish up on their work the next day. They cleaned up well after themselves too.

The service guy showed up on time and was quite professional. He looked at the problem and knew exactly what to do. He had the drain unclogged quickly and with little mess. I would use this company again in the future. I was quite please with them.
