Jeff's team of four was prompt. They were very professional. When they did the original walk through, all 4 worked as a team. Their problem solving on how to access each fixture was impressive. They were all incredibly polite and took the time to explain what they were doing. They worked efficiently and didn't waste time. The team lead (sorry that I can't remember his name) did an extraordinary job of taking the time to point out the extras they were doing. For example, they fixed my DIY shower faucet plate cover.

Very responsive: got a call back within 15 minutes. Technician was punctual, polite, and professional. All repairs were done quickly, efficiently, and thoroughly. This is the second time that we used this company, and we will do in the future - always perfect service.

Sammy arrived on time and had the job done in 20 minutes. He knew exactly what the issue was and had all the details I had shared with the office earlier. I am a new home owner and this was my first venture on my own with a contractor. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks, Sammy!

The service was excellent!!! Sammy was professional and super helpful!!! Called prior to arrival and showed up on time. Explained and demonstrated things to keep the disposal running efficiently. Cleaned up after install. Fixed other minor things with my sink and attachments. Would highly recommend this company!!!!!

Service is fantastic. I called mid morning and was told someone could be out that day. I was told I would be called when the plumber was 30 minutes away so I didn't have to leave work any sooner than necessary. When I got the call and drove home, Sammy, the plumber pulled up minutes after me. He was very polite and efficient. After evaluating the issues and explaining how he could fix things he went right to work. The whole process took less than 30 mins and he double checked that everything was working before he left. I will definitely use them again and recommend them in the future.

They were great. I called a few minutes after they had closed, and to my surprise, they answered and were able to get us in the very next day. They were on time and worked quick. He let me know what was going on, taught me how to use some of the tools that came with the different products purchased, and he cleaned up after himself. He was courteous and worked well.

They answered the phone the first time I called and scheduled an appt for the next day. I was told they would be here between 10-12 and they were here at 9:58! Sammy did the work and was awesome! Very professional, knowledgable and punctual. Will definitely being using them again when we replace our tub!

Pedro was great. He was on time, knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. The reason for the visit was to determine what this "spigot" looking thing was on the side of my house that was leaking water a few days before. Pedro explained it was a pressure release valve but due to the complexity of replacing the valve (due to the way it was installed by builder) he recommended we just wait to see if it experiences the same malfunction again before spending the money to replace it. I appreciated him looking out for my wallet and for being honest. There was a mix-up due to a miscommunication over a special they were running but everything was set right. I would use them again.

Pedro showed up when he said he would. Arrived with the appropriate parts to complete the job. Was very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall, it was a great experience and I would use them again. As he was installing the new heater, I found myself wondering what else I needed to have repaired!

This company showed up on time and was very professional. The main water line was leaking the plumber Sammy drilled into concrete and fixed the leaking pipe. The company gave us a military discount. We would use this company again!

The crew arrived on time and completed job in one day. Crew was very professional and organized. I had obtained several quotes for the job and theirs was very competitive. They did a great cleanup job after they finished. The next day the drywall crew showed up on time and did a great repairing drywall cutouts. Highly recommend and would use again.

It went okay. The guys were really nice and friendly but I was disappointed in the professionalism of the service. We just had new carpet put in and asked them to be careful - they didn't lay down any tarp or blankets to prevent the drywall from getting in the carpet. A re-plumb is a huge mess in general and we were warned about that, BUT it would still make sense to at least put something down because of how messy it is. A lot of the debris and dust was ground into our carpet, so that was something that was a little disappointing. On the outside of the house where our hose was, they left a huge gap in the concrete where they cut the sizing wrong. We had to have them come back out to fix that. One of our shower heads and sinks were clogged but found out that was normal after a job. There was also debris in the toilet, and I guess they didn't shut the toilet lid before letting the drywall fall into it, but that was kind of gross to clean out (they left it in the toilet). The head guy of the job at our house actually left early to go work on a condo job that the company had booked. So that's why a lot of these things were missed because this guy had to get to another job. When we called the owner about the issues we had with the shower heads and hose, he was quick to get the guy back out there to fix it. The guy came that day and was extremely nice and professional and apologetic about what happened. The things above I can definitely get over because it's a messy job, and I understand the head guy having to leave and that's something I'm not going to hang over their heads.

The quote was high. They got back to me quickly and they were good over the phone.

The team did a fantastic job on the house re-pipe. They cleaned up after themselves and even sent in a quality drywall man the next day to repair the minimal amount of holes that had to be cut. We could not be happier and will gladly recommend Jeff to anyone.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. The service turned out very good. We got good service from them, we really did. And the gentleman that came in his name was Pedro and he said if we had any problems not to hesitate to call. And in particular we could ask for him because he was out here and he knew what was going on and he would know what to look for. We didn't have any other problems. Everything worked out fine.

Our homeowner's insurance wouldn't cover the plumbing in the new house we bought (polybutylene) so we hired Jeff's to repipe the entire home using Pex. The whole process from making the appointment to completion took less than a week without any hiccups. Three guys came out in the morning and walked me through the house to explain the process so I was aware of where they would need to cut, etc. I came home on my lunch break and everything was done! We're hiring them again if we ever have any plumbing issues!

Jeff and his wife Tina were pleasant to work with. Their quote for services came in several hundred dollars below our best quotes from other companies. They were easy to talk to and explained everything clearly. They made every effort to earn our business and were flexible with their time and always answered our questions. The technician, Pedro, who came out to actually complete the work was professional, punctual, personable and did a great job. We will be using Jeff and his team again in the future for all of our plumbing needs. If you want to go with the bigger companies, I'm sure you'll be happy. I had a very good experience with them. Our hot water heater burned up and they came out in a timely manner and replaced it for a fair price. They responded right away, came the next day and we were happy with it.

We moved into a new house a couple months ago across the street from our other house and we noticed that the water pressure was significantly lower. After asking Orange County to come out to check the line externally and all was fine, we wanted to see if there was something internal. I called to make an appointment and Tina was friendly and helpful and advised us to do a basic inspection and they would see if there were any issues and provide solutions where possible as part of the report. Nothing major was found, but Sammy did advise us ways that we can increase pressure or improve water flow in general. He also removed the water softener as it was not working and we didn't want it anyway. He installed a shut off valve and essentially capped off where the water softener was and moved it to the curb. Sammy was professional, on time, and knowledgeable.

It went fine, unfortunately, there was not an issue at the drain site, have to call in Septic tank folks. :( Jeff was very nice over the phone and was able to get Sammy out here early this morning. Sammy was very nice and helpful even taking the time call Jeff to see who he recommended for the septic work. Thank you to Jeff and Sammy! I'll know who to use for any future plumbing issues!

This is the third time we have enlisted the good services of Jeff Wines, and we will continue to do so as needed. But I digress. It is late Thursday night, and I'm on my way to bed. The last thing I want to find is a pool of water under the kitchen sink. But, sadly, this is what I found. With little effort, I discovered it is coming from the garbage disposal housing. A half hour later, it is cleaned up and I retire with the promise to call Jeff in the morning, realizing it is the weekend, and Jeff could be booked through next week already. Plus, I STILL have to purchase new items. Jeff always answers his phone, or returns calls promptly and personally, So , you deal directly with the owner. He is courteous, timely and direct. He charges a flat rate per service so there are no hourly worries, and is always pleasant. I called early. It was not an emergency situation, but I was hoping for an ASAP appointment. And, that's exactly what I got. He said he would have a man out between 10 and 12 on Monday. We even discussed his recommendation for replacement items based on quality and dependability On Monday, his employee called ahead to let me know he was on his way and arrived at 11:15. He presented I.D; was friendly but professional and promptly went right to work. He labored continuously, with attention to detail and stayed focused on the task at hand. He was knowledgeable, respectful, courteous, and pleasant. I also took this opportunity to replace a faulty kitchen faucet. Pedro was finished in a little over an hour, and left the area as he found it, removing the all the defective pieces and cleaning up whatever debris he'd produced, As stated above, I have used Jeff's previously twice before. Once, to re-seat a toilet and another time, to replace a water heater. On all these occasions, he exhibited the same excellent customer service and stellar work ethics. A good and trustworthy plumber is not easy to find. I'm glad I found Jeff!

Very prompt. Very courteous. Explained about draining older (10years old) hot water heater and potential for leaks. I decided to forgo that procedure. They did a very professional job on the two shower valves. Had to completely remove external water spigot and weld on a new one. Did a great job.

We worked with Jeff for the first time this year and over the past few months we've hired him and his crew for 3 additional properties. He's always very responsive with any issues/questions/concerns and when I did have any issues he addressed it right away and took care of business. They re-piped the entire house in a single day. They arrived on time with three plumbers that stayed for the entire time. A fourth plumber was here for 4 hours in the afternoon. They were polite, courteous, and made a special effort not to damage any of the household furnishings and flooring. The holes they had to make in the walls to get to the plumbing were minimal, much less than we expected. They conducted themselves in a professional manor and finished the work on time. By the way, there were no leaks, and we were thrilled with the results.
