The plumber arrived within two hours from call. Hot water tank leaking - needed new tank. Removed on 6/27 and my mother died on 6/28. They had ordered tank and would wait till I was ready since area where tank located needed repair. When I was ready, they came out the next morning.

I contacted Jeff after having to let go another contractor working on a couple of jobs at my rental property in Orlando. He was immediately responsive, very professional, and inspected the job site in an extremely timely manner. He offered a well thought out, and obviously experienced solution, and had competitive pricing. They got the job done quickly and cleaned up the job site well when completed. The invoice was detailed and clearly outlined itemization. He even graciously agreed to run a bead of caulk across the kitchen backsplash for no additional charge (which the previous vendor neglected to do). My tenants were happy, and I was very pleased. Would use them again. Highly recommended!!

Our plumber arrived on time, and assessed the problem of our leaking toilet in a thorough and professional way. He answered all our questions and left everything in good order in the bathroom when he was through working. We were quite satisfied, and in fact we'll be calling him to return and fix a kitchen sink faucet which hasn't worked right for a long time.

It went very well! Getting a quote was very simple based on the house square footage and description. Obviously Jeff is very experienced and knows what to expect. The quote was very competitive including a replacement hot water tank. The crew arrived on time and got the job done very quickly including all the piping and several fixtures. The drywall patching was expertly finished and ready for painting within hours of the job completion. Everyone used state-of-the-art materials and got the job done professionally and promptly. The new hot water tank had a manufacturer defect which Jeff promptly repaired and took care of the electrician's visit cost that discovered the defect. That's excellence! I strongly recommend Jeff's and would use them again in a heartbeat! Good quality work, very reasonable pricing, professionalism throughout. Way to go Jeff!
