They were booked solid but fit us in the same day. They are very accomodating and seem to go the extra mile. Their employees are very friendly and knowledgable.

Service was excellent! Phoned and received a reply same day with service within 2 days. Provider was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. Can't do better and would definitely use them again in the future.

I left message with answering service for call back about plumbing issues. Jeff returned call a little after 9:00 am. They open at 9:00. He scheduled Joe to come out between 1:00 & 2:00 pm. Joe called around 1:00 saying he was on his way. Arrived close to 2:00. He proceeded to diagnose and then repair the problems. He was very courteous and informative. Explained that if the upstairs kitchen drain did not drain properly, he would have to return with extra long extension ladder to access the roof and the vent. I will definitely use this company again.

I called before the business was open and a very professional answering service took my details. Within 15 minutes of opening I received a telephone call from Jeff and I explained my issue. Despite the fact that I spent hours doing all I could think of to resolve the issue the night before, Jeff decided to help me (without charge) over the phone and the issue was resolved within 5 minutes. Not only did this save me money having an emergency visit from a plumber, more importantly it saved me lots of time, not having to arrange my schedule around a service visit. This was very much appreciated and if I actually need a visit from someone in the future this will be the first phone call I make!

I've recently moved into a house built in 1980 with 2 bathrooms. The toilet in the master bathroom was refilling the tank with water even when no one had used the toilet. I tried cleaning the flapper like a youtube video showed sometimes helps, and it did help the tank need to be filled less often, but this did not fully fix it... While turning off the water to the toilet, it leaked a good bit of water from the water shutoff onto the floor, but I was able to get it to a spot where it did not leak. Unfortunately, the next time I went to turn off the water to the toilet, I could not get the water to not leak while the water was on... I decided I had tried enough on my own and was not making things better. I left the water turned off and found Jeff's Kitchen Bath & Beyond deal for $125 for a 2 toilet tune-up. I thought this would cover fixing the running water in the tank and that while that was being repaired, I could find out how much it would cost to fix the leaky water shutoff... and getting my refrigerator hooked up to the water hose for the in-door ice maker to work... and to get 2 slow draining sinks to drain normally. I spoke with Jeff after I purchased the deal and we scheduled an appointment for the same week (Thursday between 4pm-5pm) when one of his workers would be in my area. Sammy arrived earlier than scheduled, @ 2:30pm, while I was still at work to let me know he was in the neighborhood and had finished up another call earlier than expected and could come earlier than scheduled if someone was available. Unfortunately I was not able to leave work earlier... and he was fine with that. When I arrived home at 4pm, he was there and ready to get started. Very professional and friendly. He had already done a walk-around and had information filled out on my house to make it easy for me to know what was in my house. While he got to work on the toilets, I told him the additional things I did not think would be covered. He said he would take a look and as they sounded pretty easy to him, that he could take care of it today included. And he did, ALL of it. My toilets both work properly and don't leak, my fridge is making ice, my sinks are draining normally. I was overjoyed to have everything working and not have an up-charges (when several of these are definitely not part of the deal I purchased). I highly recommend this company for any and all plumbing related needs. Before Sammy left, he let me know they offer 24 hours service for any emergencies. I am very happy to know about and have this company and will use his services again... and recommend him to anyone in need of his services.

The provider gave me an appointment and then prior to coming out called me with tips to try to potentially avoid a service cost. My garbage disposal was backing up both sides of the sink. He told me to put a rag on the opposite side of the sink as the garbage disposal and put hot water in the sink where the disposal was and let it run for a few minutes. This resolved my issue and helped me avoid any service charges. I would highly recommend them.

The technician Isacc arrived on time. He inspected the leak and advised that because of corrosion to the faucet it could not be repaired and I choose to have a new one put in. I also asked for an estimate to replace my 20 year old hot water heater. Based on my prior price checking it appeared to be a good price for the purchase of the hot water heater and installation. He indicated that he would need to pick up the hot water heater and faucet and possibly return the same day. He called about an hour later and said he would be able to obtain the items and return to install during the afternoon. He was able to come back by 4:30pm and installed the new kitchen faucet and hot water heater.

I tried replacing the a pipe fitting on the hot water pipe under the kitchen sink, but I snapped the PVC piping. This happened on a Sunday. I called & left a message. They called my back within 15 minutes. They offered to come on Sunday at a rate of time and a half or the next day at the regular rate. I opted to wait till the next day. They fixed the pipe within 15 minutes! I am going to have them do some more work around my house & recommend them highly.

Wasn't able to use them this time but will in the future when I need a good, honest plumber.

Excellent service. Jeff's repairman arrived on time. He checked our non-working garbage disposal and said the motor was burned out--which meant I was right and my husband's theory of it being stuck was wrong. :-) He replaced it quickly. I had left a note about getting a price for a new faucet as ours had a broken sprayer. Our repairman said we could get the part for free from the manufacturer and wrote down the phone number and said we could also get it online. We will absolutely use them again.

An A+ experience from top to bottom. My water heater failed on the weekend and I came out to a swimming pool type garage. I purchased a water heater from Home Depot and they wanted over $600 to install it. To top that off, the company they contract through has terrible reviews everywhere. I called Lowes and it was the same story. I went onto Angie's List to being my search for a viable option for the installation. I emailed and called several companies and Jeff was the only one that returned my call on a Sunday. Jeff was a friendly, professional fellow with a great personality. He knows what he is talking about and only employs the best. The tech showed up within 2 hours of the phone call and had the water heater up and running within less than 60 minutes. He didn't even mind that I hung over his shoulder the entire time. To top it all off, the service on a weekend only cost me $375. It would have been $250 in the week. I now have hot water in my house and Jeff's is to thank for that. Do yourself a favor. End your search right now and just hire Jeff. You won't regret it.

It went absolutely wonderful. They came the same day. They were in and out. They even took the old water heater with them.

They are a cut above! Their prices are in line with the other top plumbers in the area. I am very impressed with them and they give excellent warranties that they back up. They are wonderful to work with and have fantastic personalities!

Pretty smooth one day job. Others wanted two days. Guys were nice and professional. Customer service for small issue was excellent. Called and had response after hours within 15 mins.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Was able to get same day service when making an appointment and repair was made with no muss or fuss.

I woke up to no water pressure coming to our kitchen faucet. Searched Angies List and came across Jeff's KB&B. Called them up. They had a tech on site within 2hrs. This wasn't even an emergency so that was suprising they were so quick. The friendly tech arrived on site, inspected the faucet and began to go layer by layer through the faucet and kitchen plumbing to locate the blockage or issue. Eventually located and cleaned it. Pressure is back and better than it ever has been before. The technician warned me the cause was due to our water heater dip stick corrosion and we may soon need a new one. Was thankful for the heads up. Very timely, very friendly, very reasonable. Great experience and highly recommend.

On October 28th I purchased an Angie's List deal that Jeff's advertised for 2 toilet rebuilds and a plumbing inspection for $125. Having just moved into a home with 3 baths, I contacted Jeff's to have the third toilet looked at and to have a longer shower arm installed in the master bath shower. The office set up an appointment for 8:30 am the following day. Two technicians showed up promptly the next day and did rebulids on two toilets and a partial rebuild on another. They also did an inspection inside and outside, removed and cleaned a clogged aerator on the master bath tub and installed a longer shower arm on the shower. I was very pleased with their work ethic and professionalism and will not hesitate to contact them again for future plumbing work. The Angie's List deal was a great savings and I was so impressed with the quick scheduling. I definitely recommend this company.

I was pleased that they arrived early and immediately wanted to see what needed to be done. They installed the garbage disposal and kitchen faucet in no time. And my bathtub leaky faucet no longer leaks. I am so pleased with the prompt attention to details and professionalism that the company showed. I would not hesitate to have them to come again to service our plumbing needs.

Jeff and his team did a fantastic job on our whole house re-pipe. He was able to get a crew out the very next day and they completed the job that evening. Jeff's pricing and quality of work are far better than other companies that provided quotes for the work. This is the second job his company has done in our rental property and we are always extremely pleased with the service they provide. I would highly recommend them!

I got a quote from Jeff at my previous home and wanted to use him based on that quote back then being the middle priced guy with the best information and felt he would provide the best service. His men arrived early and were done before 3pm. There were about 18 - 20 cuts, and they were pretty clean afterwards. Their drywall crew came the next morning and were out about 1pm. We were able to paint on them the next day.

The re-pipe crew did an excellent job. They showed up early, were very respectful, and informative. They got to work right away, and they finished the entire job in one day. I was told by numerous others that it would take at least two days but these guys got it done in only one. Once they were finished they walked me through the entire house to show me the work, inside and out. They answered all of my questions and made absolutely sure that i was satisfied before they left the site.

The plumber called on time in advance and started on time. He quickly assessed the problems and suggested the most efficient way to fix both problems.

The plumber did not locate the leak. This is not my issue. Leaks can sometimes be difficult to detect (although this one was directly behind one of the wet walls, easily detected by someone else). My issue is that the particular person sent to us had ZERO clue about plumbing. He told me the leak was possibly coming from the copper piping under the house. I told him the entire house has been replumbed, and all the plumbing is in the attic. He insisted that some of the water is using the new plumbing, and some the old. I have since had a real professional, who SHOWED me the main line, and showed me that it goes ONLY to the attic. He said replumbing a house for only 1/2 the use is not something anyone would ever do; it's like buying 1/2 a car at the dealership, he said. That means this "plumber" we got knew NOTHING about plumbing. He couldn't even see the main line was going in one direction?! No wonder he couldn't find the leak. Complete incompetence on the part of this company. I don't know if some of their other people are better, but I wouldn't take the chance. Hire someone that knows their job. The only thing I can say positive about this provider is (a) they came out quickly and on time, (b) since they didn't find anything, they didn't charge us anything. Otherwise I would really be upset!

We had some weird situation where the bank was asking for a handful of things to be fixed, primarily 2 leaks (two different sinks). It was a joke, no one wanted to do it... Jeff squeezed us in and it was awesome. Not only did they fix the leaks but fixed the rest of the stuff we had plumbing wise AND installed our new garbage disposal which took care of ANOTHER issue with the old one they were complaining about. Great effort, great communication for a great help for us to close. Thanks Jeff!!

I called and left a message for service with these guys, and Jeff called me right back to schedule an appointment with them. I actually had to call him and re-schedule for the next day-no problem. His guy was on time (actually early), performed the task, and was on his way all within a half hour. This is the second time using Jeff for my plumbing and I'll call him again if I need to. Thank you for the timely, professional service!
