I have hired Jeff and the boys to work on my water heater before. They did a splendid job and even finished the job same day, on a weekend. The repipe was a process I was very unhappy about, but a slab leak is a slab leak. Water was seeping through my tile grout and vanity. Jeff quickly scheduled this job within 2 days of the inspection by Joe. The group of three guys showed up at about 8:30/9a. They were done by about 4/4:30p. The job was done quickly and the group was friendly. I had to point out a few spots where valves coming out of the wall under sinks were very loose. They said that the pipes will have some play being that they are plastic, which is true. However, the amount of play that I saw on the pipes was way more than a little. They shored up the pipes and now they do not play much at all. The water heater pipes were originally mounted strangely. The intake line was about 2 inches high and the output line was about 3 inches high. I had to point it out and have them fix it. I had to have one of the guys come back out on Tuesday morning the following week to fix the showers. One of the showers had the hot and cold reversed, a trivial fix. The other shower would not completely turn off. They had to remove the faceplate and remount it and now it works. Overall, they did a nice job in the end, however, I didn't get the wow factor like I did when Joe came to replace my water heater. I don't expect everything to go perfectly when repiping an entire house, but it is the fine details that seemed to be ignored in a few places. Please don't take this criticism that the job was terrible. There were only a few mistakes and they were resolved. The price was also low in comparison to other competitors in the area. I would hire them again for my plumbing needs. The team will also walk you around the house and show you everything they did so you can inspect it yourself. Very professional. They also record who did what pipes in the house so there is a level of accountability for each aspect of the job. Jeff is a wonderful business owner and very easy to work with. You will not find a more honest plumbing company in Central Florida. I just wanted to give an honest review of my experience.

Anthony arrived at scheduled time and finished in a 1/2 hour. He was very courteous & professional.

I called Jeff Wines for an estimate on repiping our house, since we still had the old polybutylene manifold system. He was able to give me an estimate over the phone. His price was good so we went ahead and scheduled an appointment. Jeff was able to fit us in 2 days later. Dustin, Michael and Nathan showed up on time, they worked very hard, did an excellent job, were very friendly and knowledgeable. It took all day and they stayed until the job was finished. They cleaned up nicely after the work was done and removed all the debris and most of the old piping (certain sections couldn't be removed). Thank you, you were awesome. The drywall work was done 2 days later by Kenneth Mills Drywall (arranged by Jeff Wines) and they too did and outstanding job....can't even tell I had holes in my wall.I am very happy with the workmanship, the friendliness and the professionalism. And to top it off....I got a free new water heater with my repipe for being on Angie's List. Thank you!

For the first time in my life, I did not feel like someone was making something worse than it was for extra money. Both technicians that came out for each job were amazing and quick. One call was on a weekend and they were here with in and hour. Unclogging our drain pipe that had been filled with wipes from our kiddos. Even for a weekend emergency the price was more than reasonable. The second time was this week, getting called personally by Jeff to discuss our issue and he had his tech out here promptly. Not only did he quickly solve the problem, but even had me order the new faucet online and Lowes and went a picked it for me. Hard to find such great customer service. They are on the top of my go to list for plumbing!!!

Reconnect went well. But because I had brittle pipes due to cheap construction, the pipe at the valve cracked. I forgot to turn off main, so we got some water spillage. Worker was responsible and help cleaned the water and replaced the brittle pipe. Accidents happen, but the worker was responsible and professional about it. I would recommend them. I think price was fair and work was good.

Toilet was fixed quickly and has not been a problem since

I called Jeff in the morning to see when he could get a new 75 gal hot water heater and install it. They came and completed all the work the same day. Very professional and thorough. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

They were on time, actually they were early. They were courteous and everything was positive. I have used them another time too.

They were responsive. They came out and gave me an estimate of what I wanted done. I had ordered all the parts myself, so it was here already and they didn't have to get them. They came out when they said they were going to come out. They had a problem putting in one of the systems, and they got one of their senior repair guys to come out in the next day or two. He fixed that problem, and now the system works real well. Their clean-up was really good. They didn't leave a mess when they were done. There was no mess for me to clean up when they were done.

His service was prompt and friendly. He showed up on time and his work was professionally done. He cleaned up after the job. I found his prices very reasonable. I have hired him many times to make plumbing repairs in my present and previous home. I have had some difficult and unique plumbing problems and he always was able to fix them properly--even the mistakes made by another plumber. I trust him and his crew and will call him again for any plumbing issues that I have.

He responded well to the email and was professional. He came out to check the leak and I thought it was only an estimate, the leak was only a loose cap that he just need to tighten it which he did. Then later I got charge with $75 just for that. He did not give any warning about I'm going to charge you $75 to tighten the cap. Before fixing something, he should get a verbal or written consent that this is what it's going to cost to fix, if I agree then we'll do it, if not then he should not touch it and then charging for whatever amount he come up with. I was going to also changing the kitchen faucets for $175 but after he charged me $75 for tighten the cap, forget about it! Customer be aware using this services and make sure to get clear communication before having him touch anything in the house, otherwise he would just come up with a ridiculous price and you would have to pay or he will get angry which happened in my case!

The crew was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the speed with which they worked.

Doug and Joe arrived on time. They did a thorough walk-through of the property and assessed the problem, then implemented the soloution, educating me along the way! They were in/out in less than an hour.

Great. On time; gave my re-piping a clean bill of health. But my mind at ease did not try to sell me on unecessary re-pipe.

They were pretty good. I was very happy with them as well. They showed up on time. I called them, and they were able to get someone out the next day. Very good. I already did them again. I needed some other plumbing work done, and I called them. He was great. The big deal was for $89 and the cost of the toilet leak was $50.

They were prompt,and called to let us know they were on the way to the house.

The repairman arrived in the window that was promised and immediately got to work. He took one look at each toilet and was able to diagnose the problems with each. Now that he's rebuilt both of them, we hope to get a bit more life out of them, but it was suggested that we replace our toilets and the PVC plumbing throughout our house. That's something we'll have to budget for in the future, but we were grateful for the honest evaluation.
