All the "A" ratings I gave it should speak for them. They were responsive, called to confirm they were on the way, arrived on time, in and out in less than half and hour. Cleaned up everything even better than it was before. Highly recommend.

Joe replaced the old copper line from the meter to my house with flex PVC and installed a shut-off value. The entire operation from the phone staff, to Jeff the owner, and to the plumber Joe were so friendly. Will definitely use again!

Having been stood up for 2 days by another plumber to clear a kitchen drain, i was phoning around for price quotes and happened upon Jeff. He asked what was happening and when i told him, he gave me over-the-phone advice on a "trick" to try and clear the drain....AND IT WORKED!!!! So as not to give away anything, i will let him offer the same "free" advice he offers over the phone if you call him.....and as he says, "anything he can help take care of over the phone he will.....but when you really need a plumber to come out, call Him!!" And i will!!! He is most gracious to try and help someone over the phone, and even tho i offered to pay Something, he just gave me the above quote. I will def use him the next time i'm in need of a plumber to visit and think you all should too! You don't see this kind of kindness very much these days!!!

First, it takes a lot for me to write reviews. I was recommended to this company from a friend, and they did not disappoint. When I called about my water leak they were very informative and up front with their quoting and what to expect. We even had to reschedule the morning of our job because of our new baby coming. They made changes to the way they work so not to generate too much dust due to our newborn and they guys doing the work were extremely respectful and polite. I hope I never need a huge plumbing job done again, but I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone who does.

Jeff's guys replumbed our 2-story house. We noticed a leak on front stoop; Jeff walked me through the process of looking at the water meter to determine if we needed him to come out, which we appreciated. A tech was sent right away who was professional and knowledgeable; the same tech came back after hours in the pouring rain to turn our water off for us. A replumb was scheduled within a day and a half. All of the workers were so courteous and professional and did a fine job. We did have to call them back for a small readjustment which they did without equivocation. They are the plumbers we will call from now on

Anthony is my hero!!! The tune-ups for the two toilets were indeed the icing on the cake, but the plumbing inspection turned out to be the best thing that I could have ever paid for. The shut off valves which I thought needed a special tool were on their way to be a costly fix if I had not had Jeff's Kitchen Bath and Beyond come in. Anthony was able to free up the valves and instruct me on how to maintain them, but also pointed out an issue with the main shut off valve for the house as well as educating me on the shut off valve for the washer. I will be contacting Jeff's to come out and install a different main shut off and run a diagnostic on the water heater in a couple of weeks. THANK YOU AGAIN, ANTHONY AND JEFF!

Jeff's Kitchen Bath & Beyond was quick and professional. It was easy to schedule, and the technician actually arrived ahead of schedule. He was very professional and did a wonderful job. The cost of the job was actually a little less than was quoted. I would definitely recommend Jeff's.

We returned from vacation, turned our water back on, and started hearing a very faint hissing in the walls of one of the bathrooms. At first we thought it was air, but over the next day it got louder and we determined it was water. (Sound went away when we turned off the whole house supply.) We called Jeff's early in the morning and they arrived to inspect the same day. They confirmed that a pipe was broken in the wall, and offered the option to find-and-repair or replace the plumbing entirely. Given the type of piping we had, we didn't want to leave another "time bomb" in our house, so we opted to have the whole house replumbed. Jeff's was able to fit us in fairly quickly, and two days later they spent a full day running super pex piping. The crew was fairly large (4-5 people throughout the day) so I felt like resources had clearly been allocated to do a good job in one day. It was great to have running water again once they were done. The crew was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were good at their work, and also seemed to have a variety of skills on the team. (Depending on the nit-picky question I was asking, there would be one guy who had a background in carpentry or another guy to explain the valves, etc.) They were able to answer all of my questions as they walked me through everything they had done. They had to cut ~35 holes in the wall to run the pipe. They cut and, where necessary, sealed off the old piping. They had to make a couple of new penetrations through the outer wall of the house. Everything appeared to be well done, well fit, and well sealed. They ran a pressure test at the end to ensure there were no leaks before allowing water back into the system. A couple of days later I called Jeff's because upon reconnecting one of the toilets, the little lever arm on the float was interfering with a rubber tube. Jeff helped give me directions over the phone on how to twist the thing back into position so I wouldn't have to pay to have someone come out. Overall, we were very satisfied and would recommend Jeff's to others.

Plumber was on time and quickly determined our leaky showers problem. We were advised he would order part and call to reschedule installation. After waiting 2 weeks for plumber to call back we obtained a second opinion, and learned that indeed it was a valve cartridge. However, our second opinion said unless he took it apart he would not know what valve cartridge to order. Long story short, he still has not contacted us and we our using the 2nd service. Ultimately our valve is over 10+ years old and are replacing the whole valve, which includes cartridge. First time someone I have found on Angie's list has let me down. =(

We had some issues with a running toilet and handle that tended to hang down because my kids hang onto to flush so I wanted it replaced. I contacted Jeff Kitchen & Bath they scheduled me quickly. I had experienced with another A rated Anigieslist company but it was always a charge to come out and then their fee to fix the item were super high. I like that Jeff Kitchen and Bath explained there charges upfront no sticker shock. They arrived the issue was very simple I needed a new flapper put in $4 charge, I had them look at our other two toilets as well one of the others needed a flapper as well. With the flapper being properly installed to the chain the handle replacement wasn't needed and they do not try to push me to do it. While they were out they install a tub drain as well. The service provider I think Sammy is his name, was pleasant to work with extremely knowledge like an old school plumber very rare these days. I do realize most companies don't want to come out for such small maintenance jobs but I can appreciate that they did for me and they were honest and not trying to upsell me on additional stuff. The other company I use to use told me my toilet (home built 2008) would need re-piping in a year or year and a half, though Jeff K & B found no such issue. I have found a new company that I feel very confident calling for any future plumbing needs. Thank you Sammy and Jeff Kitchen & Bath!!

Anthony called to let me know he was enroute, arrived on time, and conducted all the necessary work in a relatively short period of time. I was very pleased with his expertise and professionalism. I would definitely endorse this company.

Jeff crew re-pipe my entire house, Jeff coordinated the project schedule the time an date with no delay. Kept me inform all the way. The communication was great. Workers call before coming and came 20 min before schedule did not waste time. Made the least holes on the walls for the re-piping. The workers where very carful inside the house each worker had a job to do they all work as a team. At the end of day the plaster guy call very professional and schedule the time and date to come and plaster the holes opening on the walls. The plaster crew came the following day and cover all the holes on the walls opening and match the texture on the wall and left the walls for priming and painting only. Once I did the priming and painting you could never tell where the opening of the holes on the walls was made. Both company clean after they job vacuum the entire area they work on, they treat my home as it was there own. Both crew Jeff and Kent the plaster company did a great job was very satisfied with there work from beginning to end. I highly recommend JEFF'S KITCHEN BATH AND BEYOND. (EXCELLENT WORK) ) (EXCELLENT PRICE) ( VERY POLLITE ) I will use them again if I need them in the near future.

We had a pipe leaking in the wall of our garage near the water heater. We called them at 9:30am and their answering service picked up. We explained the problem to her and she told us she would forward on the information to Jeff and he would get back in touch with us soon. By 11:30am, we hadn't heard anything yet, so we called again. This time we got right through (I guess the answering service is only used in the morning? Not sure). Another woman took our information again and scheduled our appointment for 1:30pm of the same day. She apologized for the mixup with the earlier scheduling and said that it's not a normal occurrence. No big deal. The plumber arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue and gave us an estimate. I thought the price was fair, not amazing and not bad. Within 30-45 minutes it was completely fixed. He tested it multiple times. He was nice and showed us what the issue was that caused the leak (old pipe corrosion). Thanks! I would use this service again, although I hope I don't need to -- haha!

Before Jeff?s Kitchen Bath & Beyond started on a repiping job at my house, I asked Jeff, the owner, ?What happens if something goes wrong?? He said, ?We try not to have anything go wrong, but if it does we do our best to make it right.? Well --- it went wrong, but they made it right. Very much so. After the initial problem, which wasn?t Jeff?s fault (his subcontractor for drywall patching screwed up his schedule), Jeff went out of the way to reschedule the job and make it right. And he did. Second time around, I?d rate Jeff?s work as excellent. The crew was fast, professional and very respectful. And I?m not a plumber, of course, but it looked like they did first-rate job. Afterward, the drywall patch guys came in and did a very neat and clean job, as well. I?d recommend Jeff twice --- once for the very good work they did the second time around, and once for the way Jeff handled the screw-up the first time around. Very well done.

Jeff was great in coordinating and scheduling the re-plumbing and repair process. The plumbers arrived on time and went right to work. They had completely re-plumbed the whole house (eliminating the leaking copper pipes) in 6 to 7 hours. Their clean up was through and they checked to be sure there were no leaks. Jeff also coordinated the drywall repair which was completed within a few days.

My wife and I purchased an angies list deal giving us a 50 gallon electric hot water heater. A mere hour after I bought, I was contacted and scheduled for the following day. This company was very punctual and responsive which is hard to find in a company nowadays. They arrived on time and were very quick and precise in the installation. We even had an issue where the water heater would not fit with the current plumbing and they re-plumbed the connectors so it would fit at no additional charge. They were very professional and knowledgable, providing advice and tips with our plumbing. The price was well worth the convenience.

The technician arrived within 3 hours of our call and proceeded to quickly and efficiently clear the line in our front yard that was causing back-up in our home. He quoted the price before doing so and that was the fee we paid in the end. Very pleased!!

Through each step of this process, from the easy estimate to the personal call I got from the owner to ensure my satisfaction when the job was completely done, every part of this experience was handled professionally and efficiently. The estimate was the lowest, but I had used Jeff's K B & B for a few other small jobs with great result, so I didn't have any hesitation about hiring them. Jeff went through each of my concerns over the phone before I chose him to do the work. The scheduling was quick and flexible, I couldn't ask for better. On the day of the repipe, the crew handled all of my possessions with great care and respect, draping plastic and covering the floors with paper, and very carefully moving furniture out of the way. The workers were efficient and professional, explaining each step that I had questions about. The job passed inspection with no problem the next day, and the following day the drywall crew was there. They did a great job with drywall and texture, to the point that you could almost forget where the holes had been. When everything was over, Jeff called me personally to make sure that everything was done right and to my satisfaction. I was very pleased with this experience, and will definitely hire this company again.

I called Jeff's Kitchen Bath & Beyond on Sunday to replace a cartridge in our spare bathroom and they called me first thing on Monday morning and had someone to my house the same day. They were prompt, charged a fair price, and did a great job.
