Could not have gone worse. The technician came while I was at work but my wife was home. He cut an 18"x18" hole in our ceiling to stick his head in and look for the leak. He then removed all the insulation and left it lying on the ground in my garage along with a huge mess from cutting out the hole. He also removed the flange from the shower head and left it hanging instead of resealing it. He then charged us $75 and left saying he couldn't find the leak. I paid to have this company make a whole lot of new problems and not fix the one I paid them for. I'm not sure how much worse this could have gone.

Technicians came very promptly, fixed the leak immediately, were courteous and professional.

I have used Jeff's Kitchen, Bath and Beyond for several things over the last few months. The latest was to install faucets after remodeling two bathrooms. I have been very pleased with all the work I've had done by this company. They always answer the phone! And that isn't always the case with many others that I've dealt with. Scheduling is easy and every attempt is made to get to what I need done as quickly as possible. When they promise to come--they come! And the guys work hard doing their job. There are no slackers working with this company! They have bent over backwards to be accomodating and helpful in every way. The price can't be beat. They have been the best company to deal with in all the work we've had done over the last several months. Call Them--you won't be disappointed!

Joe was very professional and arrived on time. He determined the leak was in the connection between the sink drain and the house drain(which was copper). However, the copper would crack when the connection was tightened. The kitchen counter will need to be moved to gain more access to the house drain. An excellent job was done on plumbing the sink drains.

They called to confirm and they showed up exactly on time. They checked the plumbing inside and out. They addressed issues with the flapper and flushing mechanisms. I was quite pleased with the service. Never knew I could get someone to do a plumbing tune-up. I was glad I found them on Angies list.

They were efficient and prompt. They said it would take 2 days but it only took 1.

We needed a diagnosis of a water leak and, ultimately, had to repipe our entire townhouse as the copper piping was beginning to fail. The initial call was done professionally and the plumber went through a wide series of checks to ensure we were not going to pay for services we did not need. The team that came out to do the actual work were professional and very, very good. Would highly recommend this company!!!

Anthony secured the parts and installed them in a timely manner. He was competent, polite and professional. I was pleased wuith his services.

Everything went well. The tech was capable, friendly, neat, and answered all my questions. The price was very fair.

Used a deal on Angie's list and it could not have gone better. Technician Joe was on-time and even called to see if I was available earlier which I was. He inspected my plumbing. Replaced flapper and handle in master bath and fixed my leaking p-trap under kitchen sink. I thought my garbage disposal was going bad because of the noise it made but Joe assured me the noise I was hearing was normal. Good to know and saved me from replacing a good disposal. Would definitely use Jeff's again.

Great customer service during the scheduling of the service call. The service was on time and very professional. The service representative explained everything thoroughly and left the space clean and neat. Highly recommended.

I left a message with the answering service late on a Friday morning. Jeff, the owner, called me back within 30 minutes. Anthony arrived early in the time window given on the same day that I called. We thought that we had an active leak, but when he checked the areas with a moisture meter, it was "bone dry." Turns out our leak might be from the roof, but it is odd how the stain is below the pipes where the water heater goes into the wall. Since there was no plumbing diagnosis, there was no service charge. I was so impressed with how the whole thing went that I asked Anthony about remodeling work. Apparently they work with a couple of well-reputed contractors and Jeff's Kitchen and Bath does all the plumbing work. I will definitely contact them when we decide to do some remodeling. It's moments like this that I am SOOOO glad I have Angie's List! We didn't have a plumber before, but now we do. I will call them the next time we have a plumbing issue, for sure. A+++ all the way. Did a nice job putting in the garbage disposal and fixed another small problem too.

He quoted $250 to fix two leaky faucets because he had to go find the parts and I had to pay for his time to find them. I could buy new faucets for less than that. He didn't even quote a price on the leaky toilet. I took a day off work for the appointment and now I am back at square zero.

I wasn't so happy with him. He had to replace a whole section and I don't think I needed the whole section replaced because, it didn't change anything. The next time they came, they said I needed a new toilet. The next time, I'm going to call someone else. I just needed a bottom piece, the toilet was flushing itself. He came back and thought he had fixed it. He said that it needed to work itself in. When I flush it now, not everything goes down. He said that I probably need a whole new toilet. I told him that I wasn't interested. I think they could have fixed the toilet the first time.

The technician was helpful in proposing possibly reasons for our plumbing issues. They also provided recommended maintenance work.

The toilets in the house i just purchased were not seated correctly on the tile and had become loose. I called for a price to replace both of them. I was going to purchase the toilets and have them at the house ready for installation. Due to some measuring issues, on my part, I could not get the right ones in bisque in time for my appt. I called the office and spoke to Jeff on my dilemma. He offered a price to fix the existing toilets, since they were still in good shape, so the tech was dispatched to my place. The tech, Anthony, called when he was on his way and I explained the issue at hand. He offiered to check both toilets and let me know if they could both be repaired. He checked both out on arrival and said that they both could be repaired, which saved me money. Anthony removed both toilets, repaired the broken flange and leveled the seat before grouting it in place. He also replaced the guts in the tank with items I supplied him. He was very professional, kept the area neat and tidy and cleaned up anything that may have dropped on the floor. He was very courteous and answered all of my questions. I am very happy that my toilets are now repaired and working perfectly. I am sure my guests will be happy that they are not leaning anymore. Thank you Anthony!

From the initial phone conversation with Joe to the installation with Michael and Dustin, this project went like clockwork. Joe answered all my questions (and was quite patient with me when I called back twice more) fully and with and obvious expertise. I loved that I got an up-front price on the phone, so I knew exactly what the job would cost before the work even began. Michael and Dustin were extremely professional, informative and accommodating. When I asked for a few modifications to their initial set-up, they responded with patience and helped me figure out how to make the few modifications I requested work as opposed to refusing to be accommodating. I SO appreciated that, as I tend to be a bit particular... Did I mention that I had no water to my house and they came in on their day off to enable me have water to do my dishes? I would definitely recommend this company for any plumbing work that needs to be done with efficiency and professionalism.
