We know that choosing the right plumber in Orlando to come to your home to perform repairs is not a decision customers take lightly. We thank you for giving us the chance to earn your business and once you learn a little more about us we have no doubt you'll put your trust in us as so many others have.
Our services cover any need you may have no matter how big or small your job is. We offer a range of plumbing services such as general plumbing services and we specialize in re-piping.
Amazing!! These guys are pros. They came in with a game plan and got the job done quickly and efficiently. They were very cautious of my home and pets, they laid fabric to cover my wood floor and swept their mess when they were finished. We had water by 3pm the day of and the job was finished besides the repair of the drywall, which was scheduled that day. We will be calling Jeff for our future plumbing needs. :)

I called the answering service at about 7 pm on Saturday night because my kitchen ceiling was leaking under the 2nd story bathroom. Jeff himself called me back in just a few minutes, helped me do some diagnostics to try and figure out where the leak was coming from and if it could wait for regular business hours. He took his time to explain to me all the possibilities and probabilities, cost difference for emergency service, and what might happen in each scenario if I waited. His opinion was that it was probably the toilet seal, and I could shut off the toilet for the weekend and just get someone out on Monday. However, I was worried it could be a leaky pipe in the wall and didn't want to take a chance. I decided to go ahead with the emergency service, and the technician came and fixed the problem in less than 2 hours from the time I talked to Jeff. I did have to pay the extra fee, but I had made a very well informed decision. Jeff was right and it was the toilet seal, but though I could have waited and worried about what it might be until my regular hours appointment on Monday, I was happy to have the situation solved and behind me in just a couple of hours. This is the 6th time I've used Jeff's Plumbing, and each time I've been fully satisfied.
Description of Work: repaired a leak from upstairs bathroom that was dripping into the kitchen by replacing toilet seal.

It went very well. Michael showed up on time, was very friendly and professional. He told me what the problems were, fixed them, and gave me good advice on keeping them working for the future. They did a complete repipe of my house a few years ago and we were very happy with their service. I would definitely use these people for all of my plumbing needs.

This is the second time I've used Jeff/Anthony and they are wonderful. Jeff personally goes over all the details of the job before they come out to do the work. There was a glitch in my scheduling this time, but they were able to arrange things so that they could come out today to do the work (I took the day off so it was great that they were able to work with my schedule). Anthony cleaned up afterwards and removed all the used supplies from my home (not just leave them on the curb as prior contractors have done). You don't need to look any further...call Jeff for all your plumbing needs!

I had a leak in the original copper plumbing in the house. Jeff was extremely responsive but initially advised that it wasn't in my best interest to repair the leak, but rather re-pipe the house. I was apprehensive at first, especially since insurance will not cover re-piping. Even without the coverage, I went ahead with the re-pipe. I imagined some issues with exposed piping or noticeable repairs but was surprised at how these guys can run new water lines throughout a house essentially without an visual clues. It's a little like magic. I think Jeff even understated how well the project would go. Now I have no leaks with little fear of additional leaks, new hose bibs (that work way better than the old ones), new washer connectors, new supply valves to all sinks and all with quarter turn valves. While the plumbing job does leave a little drywall dust to contend with throughout the house, the drywall repair guys were the best. After I touch up the paint, no real telltale signs of the new lines.

5.4.16 - Anthony - Jeff's Kitchen Bath & Beyond installed AO Smith Water Heater XCG-50 and InSinkErator Garbage Disposal. COSTS: Installation of AO Smith Water Heater XCG-50 $350.00 AND InSinkErator Garbage Disposal $110.00 = $460.00>.... Anthony made a timely arrival to 1. install a new gas water heater and 2. a new garbage disposal. Before unboxing, moving & installing the Water Heater, Anthony had to drain, uninstall and move my old Water Heater. Anthony completed the above successfully. Finally, he needed to turn the Control Panel's pilot light on. It burned momentarily but then went out. After many tries I called the manufacturer who instructed Anthony on steps he had already taken, but it still did not fire up. Nikki said a replacement part would be delivered to me 2 days later and gave me their contracted plumber's name/phone #. That would save me the additional expense of Anthony returning. Neither Anthony nor I had any idea if the replacement Control Panel would fix the water heater or if there was an internal issue. If the latter, it would mean waiting for a replacement to arrive with more days without hot water. Anthony cleared my garage of my old water heater, the packing box and my old water heater, loading all into his pickup. Next, Anthony uninstalled my old garbage disposal and installed my new one, only to discover that a part was missing! I spent over 30 minutes speaking with a person that was unable to give permission for a replacement part which Anthony had on his, but wasn't the manufacturer's part. I asked for a Supervisor but none was available. During the whole time Anthony was at my home faced with TWO manufacturers with NEW product defects, he was patient, professional and did everything he could for me to make these 2 situations less painful. Anthony gave me his cell phone # if either manufacturer or plumber who would visit to remedy these issues could speak with him if needed. Anthony surprised me by calling that night to see how things were going or if I had any questions. All in all, Anthony went above and beyond what I had expected!

At first, service was good. However, the repairman cemented the spout so it would not turn on/off. When the repairman returned for fix, HE was extremely rude and abrasive to my wife. A witness present could not believe he treated/spoke to my wife in the way he did. My wife was extremely concerned about his behavior and only felt safe because a witness was present. Otherwise, she felt extremely out of place and concerned about the repairman's arrogant behavior.

Hello, I spoke with your wife concerning the wall patch and we only offer to put back concrete to patch a block/stucco hole. We are only Plumbers and try and help out with that but it is not stucco and you can tell the difference. Joe offered to remove the concrete so you could have it patched by a stucco company. We try and fix any block/stucco holes but we are not pros at it. Joe is a big guy and I can see how he might seam intimidating but he his a good Plumber and has always been respectful to our customers. He has many great reviews here. If there was some kind of misunderstanding please call our office @ 407-968-1801 so we can discuss it. I provided pictures of other bib replacements to your wife so she could see how we do it here. But we are always striving for a happy customer experience. If you have had some thing other than that please call me. Thank you, Jeff Wines Owner

It went very well, I had a new granite countertop, sink and faucet installed about a month ago. The initial plumbing was done by another plumbing company. The plumbing under the sink has been leaking ever since. The original plumber returned 4 times and could not fix the problem. Joe from Jeff's Kitchen B&B was able to determine the cause and fixed the leak. I finally have a new sink that does not leak. Thank you Joe and Jeff's Kitchen for doing a great job.

This was my second time using Jeff's. The first time was via an Angie list deal and it went so well I used them again to install my new faucets in the kitchen and master bath. Again it went well. Joe, the plumber, is exceptional. He is efficient and when he found I needed new turn off valves in the bathroom he took care of it. He found a defect in the new bathroom spout and contacted Moen and the replacement part was fedex to me. Joe returned and changed out the bad spout for the replacement. It was seamless for me. Great job Joe and the manufacturer, Moen.

Joe, the serviceman (ex-Navy), was prompt, polite, and professional. He was concerned that the job was being done to my expectations throughout the entire process. I enjoy working with ex-military because they don't fool around. He got here, found out what I wanted, and was hard at it. Joe often explained what he was doing and why -- even to the type of pipe that they used. I will definitely be calling Jeff's Kitchen Bath & Beyond when I get ready to remodel my master bath.

Description of Work: Jeff was extremely helpful in my decision making process. I wanted to replace my old gas heated water heater with a new heat pump unit. I was having trouble deciding between the cost advantage of a hybrid vs. an electric. Jeff was able to provide to me all the facts on the heat pump (hybrid) unit and I ultimately decided to go with the electric unit. It saved me considerable money over the hybrid.

My service did not go well at all. I called the company a little after 7pm after noticing water leaking from one of the pipes in the cabinet under my sink as I was washing dishes. I got the answering service and was told someone would call me back shortly. Jeff, the owner of the company, called me about 5 minutes later and asked what the problem was. I explained that I had water leaking from one of the pipes under my sink and the cabinet floor underneath was very wet. I also let him know that in the past year, I had work done on a pipe under my sink for a leak issue and I was not sure if it was the same pipe or a new one. He asked me to turn the water off and wait for his plumber to arrive. A young man called after 8 notifying me he was in my subdivision and close to arriving. Upon his arrival, he asked what happened and I explained I was washing dishes and noticed the floor beneath me was wet and the cabinet under the sink was wet and there was water coming from the pipes. I showed him the area and he then squatted down and reached underneath the sink with one hand and tightened one of the connections that was loose. He then looked at me and said he was all done, that the problem was just a loose connection. The entire process was under 3 minutes including our conversation and him sticking his hand underneath my sink to tighten a connection. He then said he was going to call his supervisor to see what the bill is. He stated since he didn't perform work, he needs to see what to charge is and that likely a service call charge would be made. He stepped outside for about 5 minutes and came back in with an invoice for $112.50. I questioned him on the very high price for simply tightening a loose connection and he said that this was what his supervisor told him to charge. He stated it was the service call price plus time and a half because it was after business hours. I asked him what was the regular service fee and he stated it was $75 during the week between normal business hours 9-5. And anything after that was time and a half. I stated that while I understand that this was after hours, $112 for sticking your hand under my sink and tightening a connection was a bit extreme. He stated again that this is what he was told to charge. At that moment, I asked to speak to his supervisor and he sent a text to Jeff who called his phone a few minutes later. He explained to Jeff that I wanted to speak with him and he put Jeff on speaker phone. I explained to Jeff that I was not happy with the price of my invoice because the plumber was there for less than 5 minutes, no tools were used and I was paying what I felt was a very unreasonable price for tightening a loose connection. He cut me off as I was starting to tell him I would be more than happy to pay the $75 service fee that they charge during regular business hours and asked him if he could be a bit more reasonable with the price. He stated that he felt it was reasonable because he had to call his plumber after hours to come to my house and that I needed to understand that I am taking that plumber away from his family at 8 o'clock at night. He also stated that his prices are set and that I was the one who called him in a panic about a water leak and it doesn't matter it the plumbers use tools or not or that the plumber was there for 3 minutes, the price is what it is. It appeared that Jeff was bothered with my request for a more reasonable price because he cut me off twice to tell me that the price is what it is. I thanked him for his time and told him I was going to get off the phone. because it was obvious that we were not seeing eye to eye on this. I paid the plumber the fee of $112.50. The company describes honesty and integrity on its website but where is the integrity in charging this price for a plumber to do what took him less than one minute. I am a female and humbly admit that it's a shame that I do not know plumbing or pipes. But what's more a shame is a company that uses this to their advantage. For the owner, Jeff, to tell me this was a reasonable price is unethical. I had no problem paying the plumber money because of course I understand regardless of how long he was there and regardless if he used tools or not, he still came. The issue was not my hesitance to pay but rather my hesitance to pay such an extremely unreasonable amount given the circumstances and obvious fact that the plumber technically did not perform a job requiring tools or equipment, was at my house for a few minutes and was done after a simple twist and turning of his hand. A good business is one where the customer does not feel cheated but rather treated fairly. This was the complete opposite treatment of what I received.
