He was here for an hour and a half to two hours. He did the work, made a few suggestions about how I could fix the problems with my old unit I was having. He offered to perform expensive maintenance to replace a switch, but told me that with the age of the unit approaching ten years old, he recommended just letting the unit die in its course. This helped me save money. I have no issues or complaints.

They arrived promptly on schedule and went right to work. It was an extremely thorough evaluation and maintenance and took quite a bit of time. We were very pleased and won't hesitate to use them again. Since the price was fixed, they could have just run through it, but didn't. We were extremely impressed!

It was great service. My husband called them and they scheduled us in the next day. The technician arrived exactly on time and was very professional. He went straight to work, discovered the problem very rapidly, replaced a fuse in our attic system, and we were back in business immediately. He was courteous, careful about our cars since he had to go through the garage to get to the attic, and polite. We live a bit on the edge of town and it takes awhile for servicemen to get here, but he was on time and no complaints about how far out we were! We will definitely use them again.

Shaw Mechanical was offering a complete air conditioner/heater check-up on Angie's List which my husband and I thought was a value. The technician Luis was very prompt and professional. He explained what services he was going to provide and performed the services in a timely fashion which was perceived as the correct time it should have taken to complete a thorough check-up of the system. When the job was complete he went through the check-list of what was performed as part of the service and answered all my questions. With the system being checked, it gave us peace of mind that the air system was ready for the change of season. We would use Shaw Mechanical's services again.

The work was done so professionally that I told my son that he needed to have this company come and check out his AC unit- he did and was very satisfied with their work. I was so happy with them that I bought the Big Deal for this year just to get the system checked out after the long hot summer we had.

Through Angie"s List I pre-purchased a preventative maintenance service for my heating and a/c system. I had never heard of Shaw's Mechanical Services before but their ratings on Angie's List gave them high marks. I half-way expected the service to be very quick with a fast in and out. I was very surprised at the thoroughness and length of time spent by their serviceman. He was prompt, polite, helpful and took time to answer any questions that I had. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to any one fed up with the service they have been receiving from other a/c companies.

We purchased a Groupon for the A/C services and were very pleased with their customer service and work performance. Melissa at the office was very helpful in scheduling and accommodating. They have serviced two A/C units for us and we have been very pleased at their workmanship and professionalism.

They were great. When I called them, they were professional and put me on their schedule right away. They come on time on the day of the appointment and did the job. Everything turned out fine.

I was a little disappointed that the maintanence package ($60) didn't apply to the overall fix which was quite expensive and there was no additional discount for being an Angies List member, nothing. Found out later from a friend it could have saved about $200. I marked yes that I would use them again but I would check around for pricing first. They did do a good job.

Total installation went well. This company worked with a mold remediation company and they coordinated their efforts to get the job done.

Technician arrived on time, work was done well, completely, all my questions answered and was most helpful for my care of the equipement. Thank You "Shaw" and staff.

Service appeared to be done very well and the technician even performed a part replacement for no additional charge. Very satisfied and exceeded my expectations, I actually think the unit is running better and more efficiently; saving some electricity costs.
