David, Courtney and the rest of the Orlando Deck & Dock Crew were wonderful. They helped these New Jersey land lubbers become first time dock and boat owners. Their quote was reasonable and not based on â What development or town we lived it.â Many of the other quotes we received were anything but that. Our property is located on a canal that leads into a lake, which poses different and special design elements. Our dock is beautiful and features two jet ski berths and a cradle that holds our 22â new boat. The Trex decking and barrel roof tiles match our home perfectly. They even addressed and handled my HOAâ s crazy requests. Hailing from New Jersey we have seen it all with contractors that never show up, disappear for weeks and canâ t return a simple phone call. Orlando Deck & Dock was professional, responsive and timely. I highly recommend them.

Orlando Deck & Dock did a wonderful job at building our dock in the Orlando area! Why not hire the best, FIRST? We contacted about 5 companies at the same time, but David of Orlando Deck & Dock was the only one who came out in person, the very next day, to discuss the project. I still believe that the â early bird gets the wormâ . All in all, it was about a 2.5 month time investment, as you are dealing with county permitting, survey and HOA approval, which is the only thing slowing down a dock project. As soon as we got beyond the paper work, the materials were ordered, delivered, and the dock was built over the weekend, by a team of hardworking, talented men, who donâ t mind getting into the lake, no matter what may be swimming around. This is Florida, so gators are very common. I can highly recommend Orlando Deck & Dock, as they guided me through the permitting process. Everything went very smooth from the first meeting to discuss the project, to the final, amazing result !!! Now we get to enjoy our dock, all the incredible wildlife, and go fishing !!! So if you live & work at home, and are looking to expand your familyâ s experience on your lake, look no further. Built a fabulous dock, took care of all the idiotic paperwork and dealt with the government dolts with the paperwork. David was fantastic and I've got endless compliments on the finished product.

This team is a well-oiled machine -- everything from quoting to actual build and cleanup! David is an honest, no-nonsense business owner. He tells you what you will get and he and his team delivers exactly that (or a little more)! Once the onerous permitting period is over, and their team takes over, you will be amazed at how well they work to turn your dreams into reality! Cannot recommend them any higher! Highly and greatly recommend! Called few companies for a proposal to help with a dock project which had gone south with another builder. David showed up first, was professional knowledgeable and willing to assist. Once he got on site he finished our dock in 4 days! Passed all inspections at first shot and we're ready to enjoy summer. FINALLY A GENUINE FAMILY-ORIENTED COMPANY!!! We recently hired Orlando Deck & Dock to build a new dock on our property. In the past, we've had difficulties with our old docks as the wood would warp rather quickly and repairs seemed to be more frequent than what we had expected (especially for the price we had paid). I was a bit nervous with the current global situation, however I was pleasantly surprised at how quick, efficient, and professional the services were that we received. I was referred to this company by a family friend and so far, I am very pleased with the results. Will definitely continue to use this company as it seems that the owner actually cares about his customer's and their needs, unlike many of the companies in the area that just see us as dollar signs! Highly recommend!

My dock is gorgeous! David is amazing...always listens and is easy to work with. The crew is hard working and unbeatable...they listen as well and will take the time to explain anything. My dock went up amazingly fast but yet the work is better than top quality. They take pride in what they do and it shows! They stand 100% behind their work. I recommend this company to everyone and hopefully we will have the pleasure of working with them on another project.

The owner David was asked to assess the safety of my dock. I m selling my house and the buyer had another company come out who said that the dock was in urgent need of repairs totaling 15000$ as it was in dire need of repair, and might not be safe. I had not been there for that evaluation. David inspected the dock for me and was very reassuring; he showed me where it showed it s age the most, but found nothing unsafe about it. Even though he builds docks he recommended waiting until there was a reason other than the docks age to replace it. He volunteered and then spoke to the buyers agent, and explained his findings in detail, to the satisfaction and great relief of the buyer. Thank you David! We hired Orlando Deck and Dock to build a dock at a house we moved in a few months ago. David and his team did a phenomenal job. The job was started on Monday, and even though the lumber was delayed an entire day they completed the build in two days. Amazing craftsmanship and detail to make it perfect. They cleaned up the shoreline and removed all debris in a timely fashion. The lead in time would have been faster but waiting for Winter Garden to issue the permits took a little time. David was always on the end of the line when we had a question, never let my phone calls go to voice mail. A true professional from the start.
