They were amazing. They had to clean up the mess left by the 1st people we mistakenly hired. The house is mold free and looks beautiful.

When I scheduled them, I was shocked to see how many people came in. They just kept pouring in. There were the prep people, people who removed everything from the affected rooms, flooring people, painters, cabinet maker, a mold remediation supervisor, and a project manager. They really just jumped in, took over and fixed everything. Quickly as possible (had to wait for some parts). Of course, the number of people dwindled down once everything was set up. Gorgeous results. I trusted them enough to put a lockbox on my door so they could work here while we were at work. I really recommend them highly. The project manager's name is Tom Meyerer. Be sure to ask for him.

Very shoddy business. Roof tarps were placed and a few days later started shredding leaving tiny pieces of very cheap tarp all over my lot and all neighbors. I called for help and they ignored all of my phone calls and never returned calls for 2 full days. Avoid these people at all costs.

Do not trust! They are the catastrophe! I dealt with the Orlando and Melbourne bunch. I do not know about the Daytona office; however, they have the same 'co-president' and he sets a horrible tone. They work through sub contracting except for the cabinetry. They were a preferred vendor through my insurance when a tree penetrated my living room ceiling during a bad storm, and what a unethical, fraudulent co-president. I worked with a contractor who was only at my home three times during the months that passed (after the tree fell, for the roofers, and for the painters). I was later told in January that he quit (the tree fell in September). I still have work that needs done because it was unfinished (e.g. the ceiling patch still needs finished, nails are hanging out of baseboards, etc) and punch-out was never done. They wanted to get rid of me by 'cashing me out' because I would not tolerate their practices. They would not offer anything other than their line of cabinetry which was not quality unless you wanted to pay out of pocket. I was handed a sample slab of laminate door (how would you know what the cabinets were going to look like with a small piece of wood in front of you???) and a huge necklace like ring of mini laminate samples and told "pick one". Their 'co-president' hung up on me during a phone conversation regarding my discrepancies with his fraudulent estimate to my insurance company. He said they needed to be paid and he would not be "low balled" when I told him that items on the roof were not completed as he was charging. Their pricing is unreal, and he tried to charge for things that weren't even done. I may be young and not in construction, but I know what drip edge and down spouts are. I knew they weren't replaced as I painted my home last summer--and painted the older downspouts that I do have the same color to temporarily disguise them until I could get new ones. To move a bed 2 inches to the right--they call it 'content manipulation' and charge over a hundred dollars. I had to demand that work be stopped on the roof so I could see what color shingles they were putting on the roof!! As a homeowner, I believe that the color would have been my choice. They are even BBB accredited and with the Contractor's Alliance Network. Find someone else!!!!! They will take you for a ride if you are too trusting because they can 'technically' call themselves professionals or savvy enough to know what things should cost. Like scam artists that target the elderly. Shame, shame on such an unethical, fraudulent company. My father was a house painter/sub contractor my whole life, and he always provided his clients with top quality work as it was their 'home' he was working on. It was his craft to paint their homes and practice fair, ethical business. He treated others the way he would want his own family treated whether it was an insurance claim, a small older cement block home, or a wealthy physician's mansion-like house he was painting. Their co-president should be ashamed of himself. Ethical business practices do not seem to be priority. The lowest quality for the highest prices they can get away with seems to be their modus operandi. I guess that is how the rich and unethical stay rich. I'd rather follow my dad's example.
P.S. I wouldn't doubt the reviews written on here are falsified as well! Or written by people they know!
