I set up an appt for service the first week of May. The day they were to come out They did not show; when I called they told me one of their trucks broke down and they could come out later that evening. I waited till 8pm when he called and said they wouldnt be able to make it. I set up another appt for today. They called me at 2 pm for my 4pm appt to let me know that one of their trucks was having car trouble and they would not be able to come out. I will use a different company that is reliable.

They arrived on time and did a great job. I was able to get the job scheduled really quickly after my initial call to the company. The technicians were very polite and answered all my questions. It was a very positive experience and I will definitely use this company again. They had a three room special running and did the hallway without any additional charge.

It went Excellent overall! In fact we had a rust stain on our carpet that 4 other carpet cleaners could not remove. I asked this gentleman if he could remove it. He said for a small additional fee he would try and if it did not come out I did not have to pay. Well needless to say it did come out and that was the best money we ever spent. I would definitely use them again.

Appointment was setup easily over the phone with a competivie price. Isaaih arrived with 2 other guys and started promptly. Even though i moved a lot of the furniture myself, they said they would have done it for me. So i'll know for future. They got straight down to business and worked around the remaining furniture, moving it around as necessary to leave no carpet un-attended to. I found a few small spot's which i pointed out to them at the end, and even after trying to remove with a special cleaning product, it wouldn't come off. Permanent damage to the carpet unfortunately but really not that noticable and nothing more they could do. They did a very good job andwe were happy we decided to go with Chem Dry. I'll definitely be using them again in the future.

The company was very responsive and did the job immediately (the next morning) after I placed an afternoon request for services. I live out of town and was very relieved to satisfy my tenant, who said the carpets looked great! These were pretty old and soiled carpets that I probably should have replaced, so this company saved me money!

I liked everything about them. They were great. I think their honesty about the conditioner of the carpets and what they could do with it was good. We are in a rental house and are under a contract. He did everything he could and wrote that down so that we were covered when the owner came down.

They were wonderful. I was very pleased with them. There was nothing they could do better. I had the same guy come 4 or 5 times over the past couple of years. He was always on time, he was very pleasant. The fee was reasonable and he did a good job. He was not in a hurry. He also does not take a lot of my time because I have to take off to my work when I have an appointment like that. I wouldn’t use anybody else.

I called Elite ChemDry to dry clean our carpet. I advised them I had some pretty bad pet stains and wasn't sure they could get them up. My carpet had not been cleaned in a very long time and we had an area with extensive pet stains. Nick from Elite ChemDry did a phenomenal job at my home. In addition, we have a couch, chair and ottoman that are 29 years old and Nick made them look brand new. I am very impressed with the service I received and particularly with Nick who was polite and professional. I highly recommend them and in fact have given their number to friends already.

The team of two showed up early and quickly got to work. Isaiah confirmed the price with me before starting the work. They vacuumed the carpet and then cleaned them. Isaiah asked me to come look at their progress midway to ensure my satisfaction. They worked quickly and even interacted with my toddlers, who were very interested in their equipment. I was very satisfied with the end result. My carpets had pet stains and excessive wear, but they looked 100% better afterwards.

A fairly decent job. The carpeting did not come as clean as I had hoped, and some stains/spots were not completely removed, but not for lack of effort. I am not sure of the quality of the carpet - it was replaced by my Insurance company's contractors after flooding some years ago - and this may have something to do with not all stains being able to be removed. In addition, heavy wear may have affected the results. I like the Chem-dry process as it does not soak the carpeting with water as some other processes will do, and it gives the best results that I have seen among different cleaners. I did not like the fact that I was told about "Stain Guard", or "Carpet Protector" as they called it, at the time of the cleaning and not before hand when I was ordering the service. This was an additional $60 cost that I was not expecting, but the technician explained that it acted like "Scotch Guard" and would help keep the carpet cleaner over the long run. I decided to have the product applied, but I wish they had mentioned it at the time of ordering the service and not at the time of cleaning. I personally think such a product should be included in the cleaning process, even if it makes the cost a bit more expensive - an analogy would be why wash your car and not have wax applied at the time to protect the finish?

Excellent result; workers polite and knowledgeable. Arrived 1/2 hr after proposed time due to traffic, but called to let us know about delay. Will definitely use again.
