Edwin was very professional, courteous, and did quality work. He made sure we sere completely satisfied with the job when he finished . He took a special interest in making sure that all three panels of the sliding door matched, which was not easy with a 28 year old door.

Edwin was the only person to contact me and he called right away. I scheduled a window replacement at my home and one at my Mom's for same day. He got us on the schedule for the following week, showed up right on time and was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't realize my windows were double pane so he had to re-order and make another appointment. My Mom's window is tinted so he ordered glass that would match her existing windows better. The fact that he cares about what he does really shows through and in this day and age, that's very rare!

Edwin was professional. He knew just how to fix my window. He was pleasant and explained every question about how things were done. And, I asked a lot of questions. His job was perfect and I'm enjoying looking out the window every day.

Edwin came to our home at the time that he said he would be there. He cut the glass to fit on the spot, put the glass in the frame and installed it. He also answered our questions about other windows in our new home and helped caulk a problem window. I will call Bright Glass for any other glass needs.

We had to call this gentleman on the Saturday morning of Memorial Day weekend. I had hardly sent the email and he sent me back a text saying he would be there in 20 minutes. By the time I checked my phone for the text, he was at my front door. I have never seen such fast, professional service....especially on a holiday weekend! I would highly recommend!!!
