All County is a full-service Property Management firm with more than 25 years of experience. We specialize in unfurnished residential property management. We know that successful property ownership requires maintenance, marketing, legal expertise, tenant screening, real estate insight and more. With dozens of franchise locations across the United States, All County has a successful business model that works. We are members of the National Association of Residential Property Managers, various local Boards of Realtors and Multiple Listing Service. All County is a licensed Real Estate Brokerage and carries errors and omission insurance, as well as liability insurance. We conduct all business in accordance with federal and state laws and the Fair Housing Act. "Greetings [Member Name Removed], We are extremely perplexed by your statements. This year, we have received two maintenance requests for your property (downstair's AC and Garage Door) and have a detailed maintenance tracking system that shows correspondence directly with you, the tenant and the vendor immediately upon receipt of the maintenance requests, through your approval of the work orders. You also called in on June 2nd to go over the maintenance requests by phone and inquire about gate access for visitors, which was thoroughly explained on that recorded call along with an inspection report sent you. Again, all of our encounters have seemed very cordial and have ended with good resolutions...this is why we are perplexed. We always seek to have a good relationship with all of our clients and customers. So, please reach out to us directly so that we can go over any additional concerns because we do value your opinion and look to get it back positive."
