"Hi [Member Name Removed], We apologize for not getting back to you. We had sudden influx in work/estimates and have been in the process of amping up our staff and had to place some leads on hold while we were in the training process. Again, we apologize for not reaching out with open communication and any inconvenience we may have caused. We appreciate the feedback as it helps us improve everyday."
"Mrs. [Member Name Removed], Its unfortunate that this is where we ended up considering everything A2Z tried to do to make your job right. We took on this job after another contractor walked off the job after completing 65% of the tile install. We don’t normally take on unfinished projects from other contractors but being that we came recommended we decided to take on the project to help you out even though there were many red flags raised going in to this project based on the amount of complaints that you had. We came in and explained to you the process of the installation and how to get it done properly. My installers came in and were very professional and we were able to complete the project. At the end of the project and the job was completed you did a walk through with my installer and all was great, and you praised the installers on a great job. Upon the walk through you paid us and agreed all was fine. As far as the chandelier incident you had placed a sheet on top of the chandelier and that morning the installer came in turned the lights on and didn’t see the sheet. When he did notice the sheet he immediately removed the sheet. We offered to pay for the $7 damaged part to the chandelier bulb and you told us not to worry about it. As for the spots on the wall I explained to you that it is standard practice that when the job was done we would take care of any paint touch ups that was needed, and we did. A few weeks later you called us back and said there was an issue with the color of the tiles. My wife and I came out to your house to inspect the tile and we concluded that it was discoloration with the low quality tile you yourself provided us to install, which was about 9 discolored tiles. We explained to you that we don’t warranty any tiles that we did not supply to you. We told you the proper process would be to file a claim with the company you bought the tiles from. In an effort to try to help you and make you happy, because that’s what we strive to do with all our customers, we agreed to send in my crew and replace the 9 tiles that were discolored free of charge. Once my crew was there starting the repair of the discolored tiles it went form 9 discolored tiles, which is what was the original complaint to now 18 tiles you wanted repaired. It felt like we were trying to help you and you were constantly taking advantage of us. Upon finishing the repair (18 tiles) a walk through was done with one of the installers and once again you gave final approval. I even talked to your husband on the phone and he invited us back to do your master bathroom. As far as the uneven tiles that were done the other contractors that quit on you had already done 65% of the install and the majority of your complaints of the previous installers were uneven tiles and poor installation. Our installation was done with Raimondi leveling clips to insure an even installation. In the end Mrs. [Member Name Removed] we are walking away from this with a clear conscious knowing that we did all we could and went above and beyond."
"Sir, There were no excuses. I contacted you before our appointment time to explain my situation and that I needed to cancel our appointment in hopes that you would understand and we could reschedule. Instead I received immediate backlash from you as to how unprofessional I am. Like I explained to you on June 9, I apologize for any inconvenience this put you in but unfortunately I had to make a decision that would keep me on current job site to help my crew meet a deadline for current customer, as furniture was arriving that afternoon."
