Jeff was friendly and did a great job. This was my second time using Clay County Plumbing's services. I received a discount on labor for being an Angie's List member.

Fixed the broken pipe and was very knowable. Just do not let him call integrity restoration to fix the water damage

I have no complaints with their services beyond a specific plumber they employ: Robert S. In fact, there is another guy - Jeff G. who works for them - who provided excellent services on a second call. The problem is with Robert S: He is a bit cranky and arrogant and likes to fix problems by throwing money at them - YOUR money, that is! He was the first plumber who showed up when I initially called CCMP. I needed some work done in the kitchen. He also gave me an estimate of $600 - $700 to fix a plumbing problem in the bathroom. He told me he would need to come back on another visit. He also looked at a small area of moisture on the drywall outside my bathroom shower. He said it was a shower pan problem and referred me to a restoration company who eventually flooded my home as a result and I had to make a claim against MY insurance company because restoration company owner and his insurance company were not cooperative. (This resulted in $72K + damage AND I found out the owner was Robert S.'s brother!) When I called them to come back out, another plumber - Jeff G. showed up and fixed the problem for not much more than the standard service call. I needed work once again and requested Jeff; instead, Robert S. showed up. I called the owner of CCMP and told him of his bad apple. He seemed genuinely concerned but I am sure Robert S. is still in his employment and life goes on. I would give this company an A otherwise.

My rental property's septic caved in and I live in California. Harold really took care of it, sending me pics, and keeping me updated. Laurie was also great with keeping me updated too. The price was reasonable and it was completed fast. Definitely check them out if your looking for quality service.

I called to set up an appointment, and when I told them I found them on Angie's List, I was offered their Angie's List coupon without even asking for it. I was given a window of time in which the plumber would arrive. He called me from the road to let me know that traffic was bad and he would be later than anticipated, which I appreciated. He arrived along with a helper, and they got right to work. I asked that when they removed the old toilets they give me an opportunity to paint the wall behind them before installing the new, because each bathroom had a small area that my painters had been unable to reach. They called me in each time they uninstalled a toilet and gave me a minute to paint as needed. The plumbers were much faster than I expected, so my labor bill ended up being lower than expected. And they finished well within the window of time I had originally been given.

He's fair, responsive. I use them all the time.

The plumber came over and looked under the house and told me that the house needed to be repiped because there was old galavanized steel piping, which he showed a piece and I later found lying in my yard. He claimed that the steel piping was clogged and the house was a mix of steel and cpvc. I had a second (and third opinion) on the house and was told by the other companies that the whole house is cpvc and the steel piping has been abandoned. The leak in the laundry room was caused by cracked fitting and and the low water pressure was a clog within the faucet itself. I would never call this company again.

Fantastic. Good communication, showed up on time, pleasant and business like. Completed all projects (toilet repair, pop up drain repair, dishwasher re-secure) within the paid for two hours. Would most definitely recommend to anyone.

What a fantastic they did. Arrived ahead of schedule and completed all work in the two hour time frame even though they had to go get extra parts. Will definitely use again.

Jeff Gorman was wonderful. Kind and honest, clean and straight forward. Jeff came to do a couple of things and end up staying all day and taking care of all our needs. Cleaned area of work very well and was very honest and upfront about charges. He explained the entire process very well and clearly. Couldn't have anyone better than Jeff, I highly recommend this company and Jeff Gorman. Thank you Jeff for a job well done!

The service was great! I promptly received contact from the office to schedule an appointment. The plumber was prompt, polite and VERY helpful. I will definitely call on CCMP for any future plumbing needs.

Clay County Master Plumbing did an excellent job. The scheduler was pleasant to talk with and worked with me to get a plumber to me quickly. When the plumber arrived he was knowledgeable as well as informative. He worked with me to understand what I wanted done. He tried to save the old faucets and not just replace them. He was able to get them working which saved me money. He also fixed the main shut off valve. He also found a couple of small leaks in the copper tubing which he also repaired. The plumber was pleasant as I asked him about several other plumbing issues. I am very pleased with the worked performed.

They arrived on time. They diagnosed the leak and were very helpful. They explained everything well. They have continued to deliver a high level of expertise and professionalism. They have a meticulous nature with cleaning.
