Overall, this was a painless process. We got Ron's name from a friend, we called - he came out and fixed the original unit one..I believe that was in 2009. He told us at that time that the unit was not very efficient compared to the newer ones and that this one was doing fairly well for it's age but wouldn't last forever. Due to our finanncial situation, we waited another 6 months and had him install a new system. He shows up when he says he's going to and doesn't leave till it's done. We have had him come back to do the yearly system check. I can't recommend these guys highly enough.
