After setting the appt., the tech showed up on time and did an excellent job. He thoroughly examined my system and explained it to me. I am the new owner of this old house and wasn't sure how it worked. He found the capacitor drawing too much electricity so I opted to have it replaced, for which he gave me a discount as an Angie's List member. He promptly replaced it and showed me where it is now properly drawing electricity and operating efficiently. When it comes time to replace the unit, I will be calling on this company due to the excellent service and caring attitude.

On Sunday 1 Sep 2013, I noticed the A/C was not properly cooling. I purchased this deal on-line and within and hour I was called by Certified Climate Control to schedule a service call. The technicacian came out the following day, Monday 2 Sep. He discovered a pinhole leak in the evaporator, a part that had to be ordered. He topped off the freon which allowed the system to keep the home cool until final repairs could be made on Thursday, 5 Sep. Repairs were completed promptly that Thursday - fortunately the $1400 part was covered by the manufacturer's warranty. CCC's service was prompt, professional and complete, I will recommend them to all!

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service and it turned out really well. I was extremely pleased. They were extremely prompt and extremely professional. They did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them to anybody who is looking to have their air conditioning system checked or any kind of heating and air conditioning work. They were very thorough and very polite. I will definitely use them again.

It went very well. I got the service right away and their customer service was great. I was very satisfied with the service and my heater ran perfectly all winter.

These are the most professional service providers I have ever come experienced. First, the appointment was set for between 11AM and 1PM. The the person at the office called me around 10:20AM the day of the appontment to say that the technician would be there closer to the 1PM time. That has never happened before and it allowed me to pop out to the store and fix lunch. Second the technician called around 12:20PM and said he was on the way and would be there within 20-30 minutes, which he was. He went right to work and diagnosed the problem which was the fan on the outside air handler had come off. He reattached the fan, made sure that the unit ran correctly then cleaned and did a system check to make sure all was running within specs. Being an older AC unit, part of it is the original 1989 unit, I was happy to find out that all was running within specs. The technician did inform me that the wear and tear on the AC unit was beginning to take a toll and that as time went on I could expect more and more parts to start to fail. On my service invoice he gave me recommendations for parts that I could expect would fail at some point in the future along with the current cost to replace them.

They were very good and we were happy with them. They offered me a one-year maintenance contract. They did a fine job and came out right away and the price was fine. We have not had any issues. I would use them again.

08/23 friday 6pm a service tech came out. He advised me he had no idea how much the repair would cost, he would need to call distributor and someone would call me back next day. The next day late morning I called their office to get info on when the air would be fixed and how much it would cost. A woman answered I explained to her what I was calling for and who the tech was. I guess we were cut off. I called again and got a busy signal. About an hour later the tech calls and gives a price of 3500.00 to fix and the part won't be in until late monday. I agreed, it's Angie's list they wouldn't tell me this if it wasn't so. About 10 am Monday another tech comes to the front door. Grant. I explained to him how I felt alittle uneasy about how this a came down w/the other tech. Bottom line an hour in a half later I was presented w/a bill of 368.00 and my air was working. Thank you Grant, you restored my faith in your company.

Excellent company, the communication was great, the technician called before he came and arrived at the scheduled time. He was very proffessional and the whole experience was great.

It went awesome they found the exact issue that caused the problem. Thankfully, the leak was small enough that when the technician topped me off it was enough to hold until the permanent fix could be performed.

It went very well. The gentlemen Greg W. came out and evaluated my A/C system. He answered all of my question in details and patience. He noticed a few minor issues and was willing to correct them on the spot. I appreciated his time and willingness to serve.

The installation crew installed the new equipment in a single day--in by 8:30 a.m., out by 5:00 p.m. They cleaned-up after themselves and left with the system working perfectly. Mike came by a week later to make sure everything continued to work as it should, and to answer any questions we had. He was very thorough, patient, and professional. We could not be more pleased with CCC's work, and we recommend them without reservation.

It was good. I think we were having trouble on one side of the house that didn't come on but that was just a switch that needed to be flicked at the back of the house. They were friendly and helpful. We were happy with the deal.

They were okay; the guy came out and evaluated, and gave me a good idea of what my problem was. I was having trouble with the air conditioner-it was not cooling down, so I was trying to find a way to have it checked out, I thought, may be it is just a tune up. So, I had them come out; they called me back the same day but then, came the following day. And, the guy that came was nice but, he was kind of evasive when I was asking questions. May be, he was not a customer service guy and more of a technician and, he was trying to sell me a big system, without giving me a lot of information on why I needed it . I just didn't get a comfort level with the guy.

The technician showed up on time and began working immediately. Was very professional during the time he was there. At the end he showed me pictures of the before-after work he had done. He recommended two things that could be done but very honestly told me the time frame that I had to do it. Neither one required immediate attention. He notified me the cost that would be involve with that whenever I choose to do it and notified me that his company provides the service. It has been couple of months since he did the tune-up that he was hired to do and I am very pleased with his work. Adding to that his honesty and professionalism, I have already "penciled in" the services in my calendar based on his recommendation. When it is time, I will contact them again to do the service as I feel that I can trust them and they will not take advantage of me. Wonderful customer satisfaction.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It was fine. They were quick and they provided a report. It was all pretty standard. They were prompt and performed the work quickly.

I called them and they came out the next day. They were thorough and found the problem pretty quickly. The price was very fair and my tenants had AC on in no time.

Very prompt, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He was able to troubleshoot and find a fuse that had been bypassed wit a wire. Took 1 hour. I will call them again.

Luckily the repair was simple, the part was on his truck, and he got it all wrapped up in less than 1.5 hours. I will be recommending CCC to anyone and everyone I know that needs A/C services from now on. The A/C unit is probably 10 years old and he had the part on his truck and the knowledge to fix it regardless of its age. Grant was kind, professional, very polite, and courteous! THANK YOU for a job well done, you have earned a long-term repeat customer.

The technicians, Dan and Ed were just terrific.I was very impressed with their service. The prior company I was using was charging me $275 for the same service and they were the company that installed the system. Dan and Ed explained why I was having issues with the blower on the A/C unit, which was great.

"Big Deal" The service went as expected. I bought a new AC (condenser and handler) from them about a year prior and while they were here they discovered an issue that hadn't been done property during that original install so they fixed it for free (as I expected). They're a quality company and I don't hesitate to recommend them.

They arrived around 6pm after calling at 5 to say they'd be there in an hour. About 20 minutes later, it was fixed and was cooling once again. Very nice serviceman, very reasonable price!

Mike Harper who was the tech that did the inspection gets A+ a thousand times. He was prompt, professional looking in appearance, polite and very informative. He gave me a few pointers, which I will definitely do. He is an asset to CCC and I would and will recommend him and the company to everyone. Even took advantage of the maintenance plan. Out of all the companies I've conversed with this company has said and done what it said it would do without any change in price or BS. My heat pump was 8 years old and has broken 4 times in the past 4 years. I decided to replace it and go with a unit that was at least 15 SEER so I would qualify for the rebate through Progress (Duke) Energy and also receive my Federal Tax Credit (since this program expires at the end of this year). Certified Climate Control gave me an estimate and I received a 5% Angie's List discount. The total for the system was was roughly $4200 after discount and I added on a 10 years parts and labor warranty through the manufacturer for $500 bringing the total to $4700. My install went perfectly - all workers were polite and neat and arrived when scheduled. My heat pump & air-handler were replaced, all ducts were cleaned and sealed and at my request they installed a Nest Learning Thermostat. 1 week after the install a tech came to the house to inspect the work and reseal anything that needed to be resealed. They then scheduled my city inspection at which time I received my certificate for my Federal Tax Credit. They also filed the paperwork for my Progress Energy Rebate which I received on my next bill. I could not be happier with the work and service I received and after getting two electric bills since the install I am happy to say that my electric bills went from roughly $300 last year to $170 this year. At that rate, the new unit will pay for itself and I have peace of mind knowing that I will not have to pay for repairs for the next 10 years.
